The staff incompetent and unfriendly, languages: turkish, Russian bad English and no German! Eat a total catastrophe, in the morning, at noon, evenings always the same you had the feeling not consumed meals were again and again offered. So for example fish this end already after above arch! The hotel was 2011 completely renovated. The outside area is seer been done well and was from the morning until the evening clean and tidy gehalteh. The types of people are off course brilliant. During our stay there were in the entire hotel 6 German speaking families, the rest were only guests from Russia, the endsprechen dwar also the staff not German speaking.     The rooms are schöngroß and on the first glance super has been made, but on closer observation the surprises, the moldy smell in the bathroom, the abfalender plaster from the ceiling, the felender base board, the augekwollene laminate, and so on.

    We are at o'clock mornings in the hotel arrived, at the front desk no one could speak German, the room we have only to 14.30 got. Cleaning of the rooms? The toothpaste from the previous guest I think immeg the mirror, and the rotztücher under the table.

For my son the holiday was very unpleasant. Of 15 children in the pool have one speak German. Also the animation was during the day and evenings in Russian. Rooms were great renovated. Okay food. But we see the hotel never again. read more

Conclusion: A holiday from hell. Not recommended at all. Hygiene zero. Food rotten, barely edible. The pool is filthy. The price/performance ratio very bad. Friendly, but hardly trained staff ☹ read more

All inclusive drinks were water coffee and tea gin, vodka raki and, of course, coke, Fanta and sprite adulterated ever a sort of white wine and red wine and dreadful beer if you want something you must pay. All-inclusive at the beach only until 17 hours and only drinks (same as above except coffee and tea) mini room and mini bathroom are available only the mini bar unfortunately not. The double room (economy and standard) are very small-single room of such size was OK Makes a language before coming-Turkish or Russian, because otherwise you can have a conversation-it also read ... in other reviews but it could not: also we were the only German guests believe otherwise only russians and the staff speaks perfect-but unfortunately no or only very Russian, very little German. If Freß -and culture of russians not disturb, you may feel, despite all-sorry but if two people was nine plate full with food from the buffet and that no individual case, but rather the rule is passed a so the a or other times the appetite-and if you then still drunk bears this is the not straight to a better behavior of those in. But comes only-the staff was glad about each German, the lost. read more

Were 12 September 2009 in this hotel for a week. The front desk was normal. But then it all began. The supper was inedible. The breakfast a disaster. After threefold to ask for butter we have given a two-piece. 09:50 A.M. it was on as well as nothing more the so-called buffet. The pool was dirty and full with dead flies. Entertainment zero. Everything only Russian and spoken. No water on Sunday more, neither cold nor hot, to montagmittag. As we us then judge had to go to enno swim beach, and saw him, we have turned right. ... The total chaos. In the bar the barman have slept on the bar. The beach dirty and disgusting. After all these events have decided we us, as fast as possible to the hotel to leave, after consultation with the travel line what was very fast and uncomplicated was. We were given a small hotel in side, very beautiful and clean. read more

The beach bar was the best! The people the work there are really friendly and great on it. Each evening party! Foam party, cocktail party or belly dancing! Cool. Delicious cocktails were the not to expensive. The owner of the bar were really nice and has us Oragnisiert Deniz some tours. For example, rafting for 10 with food including! Or for 5 side a tour by boat. read more

Area with 150 rooms, older area with two pools, a slide for children up to about the age of 12. Pool bar lay in the shade. Doctor available there, massage, sauna-offer in the club. We had two big rooms with air conditioning, balcony and shower. Everything was always cleaned thoroughly, fresh towels every day and once a week fresh bed clothing. Most people booked all inclusive. We were there for one week and were the only Swiss people or even German speaking. The Club was vacated by Russian to 99%. At reception you had to be lucky to get someone ... speaking your language (even English no chance). read more

    We had a great room, the standard was alright for us. Balcony, TV with international channels. Apparently we had two of the biggest rooms because other people were complaining about the small rooms. We could not comment on that though.

    One main restaurant and possibility to eat at the pool altough it was hardly possible as all the Russians sitting at the pool had taken all the tables. 12 pool bar closed at 5 PM but the other one was open until midnight. Small shops with leather articles and every day products as well as swimming gear at the pool bar. There weren´t any drinks cards anywhere so you didn´t really know what was on offer. We always enjoyed our drinks at the bar but we had to pay. To eat you "only" got Turkish dishes. So no chips and nothing international. A lot of fruit and salad. Sometimes long waiting at the buffet. No labels of the sometimes hardly identifiable meals. If you wanted some of the nice cakes you had to wait in line there first and hope to get lucky. Usually we missed out and there weren´t any re-fills. It was annoying when people then gave back 4-5 pieces of it untouched. Twice a week a grill outside by the pool. Strenuous was the story with the drinks. At the special drinks bar you had to stand in line for one plastic cup (1dl) and that with 47°C.

    The staff in the hotel were very friendly. They gave themselves a lot of effort which sometimes was a bit strenuous as most of them didn´t speak any foreign languages. You couldn´t get anywhere with English. Nobody spoke English there. So people, you had to learn Turkish here or Russian.

    Sport down at the beach out of your own pocket. Entertainement was not useable. You never knew what and when and anyway... At 9 PM singing and dancing for the children. It wasn´t the same every day though and only in Russian. The entertainers only spoke Russian. The beach was great and very clean. Shower, bar, sunbeds at the beach and at the pool available. Internet against a charge at the reception available. Safe in the room for two Euros per day. Beach towels announced at the reception and got at the massage saloon.

    From the airport to the hotel it took, depending of dropping off stops about two hours. Climatised buses. The hotel was located about 400 metres away from the beach but was rechable on foot without a problem. Also possible with a pram or wheelchair. On the way to the beach there was a travel agents, shops with beach wear, clothes and other. Great beach with enough sunbeds with mats. Sport possibilities next door: Jet ski, parasailing, banana boat etc. Owner was a Turk who grew up in Germany so he also spoke German. Most staff at the beach spoke multiple languages. If you walked along the beach for about five minutes you got to a nicely arranged shopping street with a lot of shops and shopping possibilities. Very expensive though. In the evening in the Golf-Club beach bar entertainement from 10.30 PM but food and drink had to be payed for. The drinks were very recommendable. Prepared with a lot of imgination and tasty. Until 4 AM disco with DJ. It was also possible to enjoy a romantic dinner directly by the sandy beach (against a charge).
