Rooms were super, all of the balconies with a view of the sea, fantastic aúsblick, everything clean and tidy, beds were great good. Free safe in the closet. Air conditioning was very good and above all totally quiet.

There's a restaurant, a bar in the entrance and at the pool. The food was very good, in buffet form and typical for the country. Everything was enough and was constantly refilled. Everything was clean and in immaculate condition.

The whole staff was very friendly us forestalling. All speak very good english, at the front desk was also speak german. Rooms and the whole hotel area were very clean, on request was handled immediately.

Activities we can't make any comments. The pool is however, due to its location, spectacular. The water is very clean, there is enough chairs, umbrellas and nice showers. The view from the pool is a watch. We were really amazed.

The hotel is in a nice location on the mountain, works very into the landscape because. The rooms were big and very clean, the beds were a dream. Breakfast and dinner were very good and varied, Very much german guests.

To the very nice hotel-own beach there is a shuttle bus. The hotel is in a nice location, rental car but definitely recommendable since the way to the hotel but quite steep. To the airport after catania is about 2 hours. It will be excursions from the hotel offered, by car is independent, there is very much to look at, it depends on, how far one would like to drive.

Large with a balcony and great view.

A for Italian standards great breakfast buffet. Dinner with traumsonnenuntergang excellent. Pool bar a bit carelessly.

Great team at the front desk. We arrived without luggage and were outstanding with the replacement of our suitcase supported. Perfect team at the front desk. Special thanks again to rosy and forth colleagues. You would be wonderful!

A great pool with great quality of the water. Evening entertainment was well intentioned...

Great hotel in a great location. Four good sicilian stars worth. Great pool with great clean water and dreamlike view. Very little visited in the high season.

Quiet location on a hill, no ideal bathing beach nearby - was for us however also not is so important. Ideal for the area and also Palermo to explore - with a car -and look convulsively to relax Nice hotel to visit Palermo and to relax.

The rooms were big and bright. Very decorated up to date. The bed matched the description and Was very good. The rooms all have a great view of the ocean with dramatic sunset.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was very monotonous. It was partly only lukewarm and often had to wait, until it was filled. The drinks prices at the bars were quite high and have been the beverages in plastikgläsern enough.

The staff were friendly and courteous, however only english or italian spoken. The rooms were regularly sorted out.

Occasionally there were evening entertainment at the bar. Sportanimationen were regularly by the pool offered. Enough beach chairs and umbrellas available (travel time outside of the holidays).

The overall impression of the hotel was new and good. The rooms are quite spacious and decorated up to date, unfortunately a bit noisy. But there is a gebäudetrackt in rohbauzustand. By the slope is the walk more sportive ambitioned \u263a There is a great pool with spectacular views.

There is the hotel's own beach shuttle service. The exposed location makes up for the long journey from the airport. The place is primitive sicilian and not touristy restaurant. A supermarket is located in the street below of the hotel.

Food always good, typical of the country Staff always tried very hard, even if many staff there was, the ' branchenfremd ' was. However always friendly, always the guests content. The prices for the drinks are normal for a four-star hotel, if someone like drinking wine, you have to divide.

Friendly staff, foreign languages I don't know, as speak Italian. Room were always very well cleaned, with small anständen, but accept. At the beach there is no shower and no toilet, we think this is not good.

Leisure offers does not exist. At the beach there are loungers and umbrella, the umbrella were always the same Closed if a little wind was there. In my opinion, you need umbrella, the time a wind bearable must. On the beach, there was no showers, also toilet was impossible.

The hotel was ok, room good, air conditioning worked great. Were with half board, was ok, dinner always good, very nice, not for the mass cooked. Too many German guests, apart from that many eastern europeans, and many, many, Italian guests, families and granny and grampa with us. The Italian guests were too many two stars weekend -guests** that means they come from friday on monday or tuesday. If the poleberry shopping center were there, had the ** long-term -guests** no change on parking.

Distance to the beach was far, without rental car not feasible. Although there is a mini bus 3 to 4 times at the beach, however if lots of people, you have to wait long, he then drove 2 or 3 times. The last way back from the beach is at: o'clock. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities directly nothing. In the place is the dog bury, also in the evening, all shops. In the hotel no entertainment in the evening, each would be room back

the rooms are spacious and perfect: large bed, flat screen, fridge with drinks. unfortunately on the balconies only 2 chairs and no table. The air conditioning is however almost without a sound and excellent. Bathroom okay.

There was a large dining room, a terrace, whose counter but in September not included in the business was and pool bar, at which one also at lunchtime can enjoy light meals. the breakfast is for Italian proportions excellent. During dinner one had to be patient. The completely withuot were extremely öllastig. There are 3 restaurants, the good washed will. It will be solely per 1 hot meatand fish dish served. For a four-star hotel completely insufficient. The two 'hot' food was constant cold. Even after repeated complaints was the food not warmer. The fish, the previously was grilled, then in oil floating lukewarm serves. 1 dessert! Vegetables and fruit on Sicily very tasty. Unfortunately, only every 10 days fresh fruit for dinner serves. The pasta dishes were wonderful (each 2 per dinner ).

the staff are only average friendly. At the front desk one speaks English, is however essentially not very helpful. Our room door didn't shut properly. About 3 minutes after we reported it, it was repaired. in the dining room talk 2 waiter English. Unfortunately the staff completely stressed. The cleaning of the rooms was also average. I found the balcony water drop on the floor, which after 10 days to see. In the room the soil is only dry from the dust cleaned.

the pool is a poem. Showers, loungers, sun screens, Lifeguard. All great. In September there was solely at the weekend annoying animation. For children is this hotel not suitable. The beach is a beach with gravel. You required urgently bathing shoes. The beach chairs were new and wonderful. Towels in the room and all 3 days replaced, even if you are filthy and you put it on the floor, you evenings folded back on the bed. There is a pool attendant, the showers at the beach served. Without one gets its key no running water. At the beach there is a restaurant.

the hotel is 2 years old and in good condition. Everywhere it is clean. There is a mini-laptop for all guests available. Request at the front desk. The complex is really nice, because of the amount very quiet location. the audience is international, West-and Eastern Europe. The average age depends-as in such hotels common-after the holidays. we had the half board booked. unfortunately there are no German Reading to buy. The place also not.

the hotel lies about 1 kilometers away from the town center and 500 meters high. The hotel's own beach is located in the next Bay. The shuttle bus service is impeccable. Required it outside offered Times or other Objectives ( for example town center ), be 3 euros per person billed. Approximately 5 minutes on foot from the hotel is a food store 'CONAD', which is very well stocked. To the town center there is a short cut. Shortly before 'CONAD' is located on the right side of the road massive Gum. There a staircase down and one is very fast in the city center, which some nice cafes and restaurants offers. We have, on several occasions, in the 'ROMA' and 'la Piazzetta' eaten and were extremely satisfied. Reasonably priced and not so fatty like in the hotel.

the room was modern and clean. The air conditioning cooled the rooms pleasant.

the hotel is very beautiful and modernly decorated. The rooms are impeccably clean. Wonderful is the pool area, an experience. Only downside was the pool for our stay between 1 and 3 in the August o'clock and then starting from 7:00 P. M. by ' Abrenzungen ' locked, which many guests however ignored. The entertainment you need anyway not really, although the young people very friendly were. The pool bar is very recommendable. Live music, delicious cocktails and friendly staff let us spend the evenings. The pool bar was unfortunately but also always hardly visited, which had nothing to do with the prices sun loungers can be. The cocktails cost as much as in Germany, are but also very good freshly prepared. The breakfast is, in fact, very one-sided, but you will full and found something, what a fan. The dinner we found it good. Every day there were different fish, meat-, Pasta, vegetables-, Pizzas-, salad dishes and appetizers. during our stay there were almost only Russianand Italian guests in the hotel. We have unfortunately no.

The journey to the hotel was an adventure and many nerves cost. We were in a bus to a port risks, since all of (from other Travel agents) and they were... We stood there and didn't like it is. Unfortunately, we had to several telephone calls with the hotel and the tour operators run, until we finally 11/2 hours to be picked up and brought to the hotel. The transfer from the airport to the hotel takes 3-4 hours to. the hotel lies on a mountain slope. You want to without car move, it must be good on foot his. The place is cute, unfortunately offers he wasn't a large shopping experience. The shuttle to the beach is OK, but several people waiting here you have half an hour on the next shuttle bus wait. The beach is beautiful and clean, a stony beach, Footwear is recommended. excursions were in the hotel offered.
