The hotel is from the inside renovated, very clean and modernly furnished. Good value for money. Ideal location, - the hotel is located outside the village and is approximately 5 minutes out by car the place Karlsbad.
Delicious food and friendly staff. Only pluses.
The spa area did not impressed; is very tidy and clean, but unfortunately you could as for offer syndromal no individual treatments choose. Either is kosmetologin not there, or massage not-perhaps tomorrow. We have already been on several occasions and everywhere the spa and the comparisons.
Despite all, we have a nice holiday had. read more

A small but fine hotel 4 kilometer before Karlovy Vary. A very good starting point for the inspections of Karlovy Vary, cheb, loket, marianske lazne, franzensbad and so on
Directly behind the hotel there are numerous hiking trails.
The young staff was very professional, friendly and helpful, always in good mood.
The manager was always and everywhere present.
The young waiter in the restaurant was an unprecedented expert, always friendly and pleasant with very good recommendations. The food was very good.
The number of applications and their quality were ideal.
The staff in the wellness area was very competent and ... always friendly.
The spa treatments were from the staff explained in detail. read more

the hotel is located in a very quiet area outside the center of Karlovy vary, with sufficient park possibilities. A very favorable place to go out for excursions after Karl bath and Marienbad. For wellness vacation a more ideal place. The hotel offers very modern rooms, a very good restaurant, and very beautiful wellness rooms. All in all a very beautiful and ambiance. The hotel was completely renovated two years ago, the rooms are wonderful and most modern equipped. The menu is varied, the food very tasty. People like W., 99 euro for six days vacation to make want including bus and half board! Should rather go the price and performance in relation and fair reviews. The hotel is great! read more

All in all a good three star hotel. Off the beaten path Karl bath you can enjoy the Wellness factor right. Absolute peace, all newly equipped, good, solid kitchen. Since you couldn't complain. The rooms are a bit small, but up-to-the-minute equipped and left nothing to be desired. The bar prices are moderate and cleaned perfectly. Except for perhaps a bit too short-stricken applications had absolutely nothing to complain here and would like to thank Mr p. (manager) very sincerely once again for his kindness and help. read more

The hotel bar with a large sun terrace enjoys an idyllic location in the forest, the bus stops almost right outside the door. On a very well-built footpath is 1 hour in Karlovy Vary. The hotel is a beautiful wellness area, which I would like to highlight the salt grotto. The atmosphere and furnishings, facilities and cleanliness of the rooms was very good. The service in the restaurant was fast and attentive. For fruit and information on the area you have to take care of itself. read more

Hotel is off the beaten track, but a few meters away from the hotel there is a bus to Karlovy Vary. Hotel could use a little entertainment. Cleanliness could be in the bathroom was a bit better. I have never stayed in a hotel with such unfriendly staff! When we checked out the staff disinterested sat on the corner and wouldn't even pick the keys. Complaints were taken with murren and you had to arrange anything yourself. Cleanliness? In the rooms: at all! As you enter the bathroom was evident black curly hairs on floor and on the bed. Food? If you like it ... The rooms are newly renovated and make a good impression on the first view, but noisy as otherwise! forget the earplugs! read more

Value for money was ok. The new rooms with flat screen tv and adequate German channels were despite the small size of the room was ok. Room was clean and tidy. Staff helpful. First you have to say: It was a coach trip for 5 nights with half board incl. Busanreise for 99 , -- EUR. The treatment was also from the private of our out of town guests like part of us (see below). The Alice is a is old hotel, reminded of a youth hostel in the outside. But inside it is completely renovated. The renovations are, especially in the basement, not all finished yet. read more

Our experiences with coach trip to Bohemia - Hotel Alice in Karlovy Vary After reviewing Holiday Hotelcheck researched this hotel I was warned. Mountain with coach parties from Lubeck, in the usual buffet form good quality from the bus, driver and service, we arrived at the hotel Alice in a outside of Karlovy Vary the area. Problem 1 No elevator - baggage itself had to be our bags or against 1.00� EUR charge was sustained. Everything was new in the rooms, especially entanment eye a design bathroom from the finest. Here was a special feature the window-wall separating the ... bathroom from the living area. Advantage: If the TV nothing special, the partner to PEEPSHOW in the tub - or vice versa. Rather took getting used to for all of us. In the room but lacked a table and a shelve space. In the review is the food. Here you really couldn't complain about them, the breakfast buffet was well stocked with several kinds of sausage and cheese, bread, bread rolls and croissants, butter, margarine, jam, cereals and pastries. The service staff was very friendly and helpful, which was missing was the trained view where something was missing or running out. But you learn certainly. Also the prices for the drinks were ok for a hotel, Pils 0.5 cost 1,60 € also includes Becherovka, we probably won't to find. Problem 2 The cleanliness of the rooms was unfortunately to be desired. The beds are new and daily cleaned, the Designbad top cleaned daily, but during the week we had the room, wasn't even the floor! It is unfortunate that you're on my way to renew everything and to clean up. Friendly waiters and Servierkräfte rebutted what other to other guests, on the internet. The evening meal was not so plentiful as you it was used to from other hotels, but I'm a good eater and can say it was delicious and it was enough, I am never went hungry went to bed. What is missing are seating arrangements around evenings to have a little gather, because except TV is no change at the hotel. In about 300 yards is the bus stop of bus line to Karlovy Vary. One-way cost 18 Kronen = 70 cents. Karlovy Vary, stop at the bus station in the center of the city. Careful: non smoking in the bus station! Tickets to the check-in counter also in advance to buy - they stamp on the bus. TIP: the funicular Diana - behind the hotel Pupp located (tucked away located) to the observation tower and Diana restaurant. The tower with elevator to "climb", one had a fantastic view of Karlovy Vary. Very good restaurant at reasonable prices is recommended. Stop called Deer's jump (Jelení skok) invites you to walk. The 2 funiculare up is near a health center and runs direct to the Grand Hotel Imperial high (cost as Busfahrschein). The trips with RTS and Firma mountain from Lubeck are highly recommended, even, thanks to the Spitzenfahrers thorsten, be it again and again 5 course dinner served on the bus and next to a safe driving on board made for good conversation. If you had something to complain here, is only 7 star in Dubai - all inclusive and pay to recommend! Thanks again for the hotel and company mountain - but please don't more with glass wall to the Peepshow. read more
