The hotel is a nice hotel in the centre of Palma. The cathedral is in a 10 minute walk disctance. Some typical spanish bars are close to the hotel. The hotel is very clean, but not a cheap thing i would use for a private trip. read more

Stay of 5 days in this hotel was ok, had truthfully expected more, breakfast buffet is a bit carelessly decorated, was due to the fact, that only very few rooms were occupied, the restaurant on the 7th floor is not very recommendable, the view over the harbor however very nice. The double rooms are very small and very loud to the roadside, the bathroom is well, but who lives in the bathroom-), well the overall, everything okay for a four-star hotel in Spain, but I would next year a five star hotel book, since 4 stars in Spain maximum ... straight times a three-star hotel in Germany are. The staff are attentive, but to 90% only the spanish language. read more

The hotel we have saratoga to 2 time and were also this time not disappointed. The location is perfect for Palma on foot to explore. The room to the inner courtyard location was absolutely quiet, well cleaned and attractively decorated. The small gym and the pool with different places to sit, on the roof offer a nice view over Palma. On the weekends calendar in the bar different jazz concerts instead of, the service is good, the prices are not exaggerated.
Only the car rental, with the hotel working together, you should not, the cars are a catastrophe. read more

The front desk works very professional and helpful. Everyone was very friendly and competent. In the restaurant jazz club we were well served. Brilliant food and great music enriched the evening. A visit to the jazz club is very recommendable. The breakfast room is dated and the offer poor. The service leaves much to be desired. The food on the buffet were never refilled. When something was missing, had every time demand. We lived in one of the freshly renovated rooms with very beautiful view. The bathroom was nice large and the shower great. However missing any space to put ... things. The manicure case could the whole week not unpacked are. Place would be abundant. A rack could be incorporated, without the design including would suffer because! The white floor is unfortunately very nice. Otherwise everything was wonderful. The hotel is especially very well situated. read more

Hotel in a central location ( shopping street just round the corner; restaurants carrer fabricia approximately 500 meters; old town with bars etc. For example abaco approximately 500 meters). Suite in the 6th floor very comfortable. Furniture in the entrance area and facilities of the breakfast room should be replaced. read more

Very nice central located city hotel. Friendly staff. We got with our late arrival in the evening an upgrade to a wonderful suite with a great view. Our summary: hotel Saratoga gladly anytime again. read more

This is a larger city hotel. Although the building even already a few years old seemed, the hotel is even in very good condition and everything worked very clean and well maintained.

Very good value for money, great location, renovated room, definitely in the hotel- garage guest parking ( public parking garage nearby, but it was clearly cost more! A beautiful, not so large hotel in the historic center from Palma. Renovated, spacious rooms. The room with a view of the sea have lateral view of the port and the castle. Very helpful staff, the fitness area for opening of the pool make accessible. Merely it at the breakfast buffet no coffee at the table gave, but two not always functioning machine, which quickly long queues formed, has a bit disturbed. The buffet was otherwise however very extensive and was until 10,30 always refilled. read more

The hotel would not recommend. We were in the dining room the purse with all documents, money, camera stolen. From table neighbors we know, that it is foreign (not hotel guests) had acted. The hotel is in the center and any from the street unhindered to the hotel enters. In the dining room none to his room number. Access from the reception in all other hotel area for foreign not a problem, no monitoring (except a camera at the entrance), no security and the staff seems to thefts of this kind used to be. Besides access to the internet and ... address the police and the German message for us in the hotel by staff nothing in done. read more

The hotel Saratoga is in the center Palmas close to the street Jaume III. Everything is within walking distance, great options for shopping are in the immediate area. The pool on the roof offers a great view of Palma. Unfortunately this is not heated, and therefore in the colder months not usable, or rather a daring. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, but it lots of alternatives in the nearby neighborhood. For a city trip after Palma I can the hotel absolutely recommendable. In a earlier review the construction work we only on the edge notice, seems slow ... completed to be. read more

Never again Saratoga! It is currently a basic redevelopment in the fifth floor. We got our room on the third floor. That was vacation on a construction site. We had a red eye flight and wanted completely exhausted just lie down easily. This was not possible. On our demand at the front desk, what was wrong, we got a Verdummungsantwort: (short repair, definitely be finished soon, so what.) seemed already Spanish. The intolerable noise proceeded. Only after a complaint with our travel agency we got a room on the first floor. The last 2 days were however only slightly ... less noisy. In our opinion would have the hotel need to be closed. The roof terrace was the noise also no fun.
From the hotel there was no apology or compensation. Completely bad service. We are certainly not book again.
Apart from the construction the hotel is very badly soundproofed. Everything is tiles laid out. Is safe hygienic but also very loud. You can hear every step and force. read more

Nice hotel in the centre of Palma, in close proximity to the shops, restaurants and the port. Very recommendable for a city break to Palma. Check-in was very smooth, also late in the evening. We were able to visit various room and us decided (surcharge) for a room with view to the harbor (in the night a dream!). The room was rather small, already something older, but spotless, including safe and minibar. The hotel is efficient renovated, from us but not disturbing. The hotel has two small pools, one in the courtyard-rather shady, was used by us not. The second ... on the roof with great view. It will also drinks or light meals served.

The hotel is not worth of four stars. double room-the price was not justified! Closet was to small for two people. Breakfast buffet to unimaginative. We were very disappointed! read more
