Very friendly staff that around vohlbefinden of the guests concerned. We were simply thrilled. One us again and again asked, wether everything is okay and, whether we which to need. Room is large nicely furnished and the most important for us clean. Bathroom and toilet separated and also clean. We would country hotel schwaiger definitely recommendable and definitely again visit. read more

Unfortunately was the swimming pool water in the 3 days always cold! Therefore could not swim. Which us a little disturbed, since we in the cold season were there. Everything else was perfect. read more

The front desk is almost never occupied. Since we were already often in hotels with coupons were, we had at the reservation problems with our eBay-GS. After a long back and forth it has then worked well and we could also cash. The staff are very friendly and nice, very good food, drinks as 1/8 l of apple juice with tap water on 0.5 liter costs 2,90 Euro.! Great weather sunny and very warm unfortunately no chairs in the garden. We liked it nevertheless very good, very large nice pure room. read more

We have a extended hiking weekend in a beautiful sunshine and klirrender cold spent and we were completely satisfied. You feel immediately at home, hospitality, as you could want. Eating and drinking excellent, wonderful area and very heartfelt people. We'll surely again read more

We were not treated as welcome guests, you ignored us, with booked services were not offered or raised, as it is applied. The Gästebrüßung with welcome drink was completely omitted. We have never felt so ill-treated, we were already often in hotels with a coupon. read more

The pastures country in Styria is a spacious area, you could here a month and you would never have the same path on the way. A very quiet location. To the inhabitants of the hustle and bustle of St. Kathrein is still left. A very good hotel to relax! read more

Das Hotel ist schön Die Zimmer rießig und toll eingerichtet - schönes geräumiges Bad und alles sehr sauber. Das Essen im Hotel ist gut aber teurer ( Tagesmenü 16 € - Preis steht leider NICHT auf der Karte ) Essenszeit am Abend ist auch sehr kurz ( 18.00 bis 19.30 ) - also nicht viel Zeit zum Essen. Man wird auch relativ schnell "abgefertigt".Suppe grad mal fertig gegessen wenn überhaupt, dann schon der Hauptgang, dassebel mit der Nachspeise. Frühstück war gut, jedoch war am 2. Tag ein Reisebus mit ca. 50 Leuten da und es war fast ... alles aus, was leider nur sehr "spärlich" wieder aufgefüllt wurde. In der Näheren Umgebung vom Hotel ist leider nicht viel, wenn man noch was unternehmen will am Aben muß man wieder ins Auto steigen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen !!! read more

Wer gut und üppig essen will ist hier gut beraten; Riesenportionen von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Auf das Service sollte kein Wert gelegt werden, da es für das Haus normal ist, dass die Küche ab 19:30 geschlossen wird und - nach kurzer Umschau des bedienenden Personals, ob auch alle essen, das Salatbuffet (= 4 Sorten) vorzeitig abgeräumt wird. Unter Weinbegleitung versteht man 1/8 Weiss- oder Rotwein - weiteres mussten wir nachverlangen. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Der Wellnessbereich im Saunabereich ist sauber, der Pool überaltet und sicher nicht den aktuellen Vorschriften entsprechend. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, um Check-In ... und -Out mussten wir uns selbst kümmern. Der 4-Sterne-Status ist seit Jahren nicht aktuell, sonnst wäre er beim Eingang deklariert. ☹ (( read more

Das Hotel ist besonders geeignet für Ruhesuchende und Wanderer. Kompetentes, sehr feundliches Personal sowie die besondere Herzlichkeit der Besitzerfamilie zeichnen es aus. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die ausgezeichnete Küche. Nach einer ausgiebigen Wanderung kann man in der Sauna, dem Hallenbad oder dem Tepidarium wunderbar (und ohne Zusatzkosten) entspannen. Wir haben hier eine herrliche Woche verlebt und können das Hotel Schwaiger guten Gewissens empfehlen. read more
