We were very comfortable in this hotel and felt welcome. We have our child and took the hosts were very attentive and also a car seat at the table installed.
The room was very clean and recently renovated. Very comfortable and homey. The location of the hotel is also very good. Nearby the train station but nevertheless very quiet.
We would choose this hotel again and may definitely recommendable. read more

We were very comfortable. Thank you very much. The frontdesk was very friendly. The food was amazing. The value for money for dinner brilliant. Chf 25 per person. You really couldn't complain about them. The location is brilliant. From the train station no 5 minutes. From the core of Grindelwald right inside. read more

We loved the hospitality of the wirtspaares impressed. They worried about us and also had time for a short conversation. They tinkered intensively, the beneficial of the guests. A familiar, very hotel run in a friendly manner. Brilliant atmosphere the lounge and in the restaurant. This hotel i can with best conscience further-recommend. read more

Very easy going run small personnable hotel. On easter sunday were the guests with a easter basket to take surprised. The contact with the hosts/in was very nice and friendly. A good stay, quiet rooms, excellent food and excellent service. read more

Our stay in this lovingly family glarus run hotel we have as a part of a voucher from Smart Box booked.
The room was brand new and very comfortable with a great bathroom (walk-in rain shower), balcony and a good bed.
The menu was very excellent quality, as well as quantity and ambience. Really good made. But there is no à la carte restaurant, but the decision, one of the two offered courses to choose and the evening in the house to spend, it was worth it (guests are charged only chf 2 5, -extra charge but).
Also the breakfast ... - that is, what you to a successful start to the day needs.
The spa is for the limited space really imaginative solution. It would be fast to the overcrowding come, if all the guests at the same time. Relaxing was then nevertheless in the room cosy. But the steam bath was lovely.
The location of the place is very nice central location-no need for a car, everything, which is important to reach.
We would certainly like the maximum assessment, but after the 'official' prices have seen, this is nevertheless very much. The gutscheinpreis is really justified, but the 'normal' price seems to me in comparison to other houses but inadequate. read more

Everything was very nice. Food was great! Particularly the breakfast buffet is super and the restaurant with a view of the eiger great. The staff is competent and very friendly and helpful. Residing in silent location, peaceful location. The spa is very small... Partly was in the room 219 a 'hum' of any engine/generator to hear, which unfortunately somewhat unpleasant. Otherwise i can recommend the hotel. Familiar, friendly atmosphere. read more

A hotel with a lot of charm and warm atmosphere, run from the warm family g. the wonderful room with lots of ambiance leaves the days also in case of bad weather enjoy. The central location the caprice' is another advantage. In the cozy restaurant the fine cuisine and a wonderful view on the mountains. The caprice really highly recommend. read more

Les photos a disent pas toute la vérité. Accès difficile en hiver (ramp étroite et raide ), politique de prix was Claire (attention a ce concept complètement dépassé du prix par personne) with pour conséquence une addition très salée rapport qualité prix médiocre (pas de frigo dans la chambre, ni de machine a café, ni de bouilloir ), sèche - cheveux poussif, décoration d'un autre temps (d'il y a 20 to the.) Qui mériterait and petit coup de jeune, baignoire et sgm très étroite., petit espace spa au sol très (trop) glissant, réservation d'une chambre sur l'eiger maize on ... a le voit pas., bruit of pompes du spa, que 2 confitures (industrial) pour le pdj, staff not nombreux (la family pour l'essential) et vite débordé, pas d' accès directly au garage, aucun cadeau (il faut même payer les pantoufles pour le spa), réveil le dimanche matin รâ 06h00 par le chasse-neige, bienvenue a Grindelwald! Pour 300 euros par nuit, il y a nettement mieux ailleurs! read more

We stayed over the weekend with friends (all around 20 years) during the lauberhorn competition in the hotel and totally enjoyed. The hotel is right by the train and no 5 minutes from a coop or a good restaurant/bar ( \u263a ) away.
The room was new and nice and bright, also the bathroom was rather small (for two women \u263a however therefor very clean!
The breakfast was excellent. It had a buffet with a big selection of rolls, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, drinks, muesli, etc. read more
