We were very gladly in the Esplanade and this time at the winzerabend of the wine-growing estate artists have 5-course menu participate. I have to say i spent a long not such a delicious evening in terms of wine and food experience. There was only cancer and shrimp as a starter, trüffelschaumsuppe, fish, beef filet and dessert to melt away. The wine was also excellent. A big compliment to service and kitchen.
Before the meal in the warm outside pool relaxed, a round sauna and after eating it further at the bar.
My conclusion: the hotel has us once again ... demonstrated how fast you relax and can relax.

We are already the 2. time here traveling for a beautiful relaxing time out with wellness program, kiddies, massages and walking for the soul.
The hotel is for each age group - mainly for relaxation-searching...
The breakfast buffet hardly a wish goes unfulfilled - the restaurants we have during dinner rather disappointed.
A tip is the nearby within walking distance reachable restaurant 'sea star'

We wanted here after new year's eve 3 days and had the medium-sized double room relax booked.
The staff at the check-in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite small, especially if you think, i have the medium size had booked. The room furnishing was good. The problem was, that the rooms very poorly soundproofed are! We could on both sides listen, how the neighbours talk and you heard every flush and the shower. Of which one was of course morning around 7.30 woken up, really great.
In the breakfast room was not even one table still ... free, we got the last 2. table, the 4 people after us had certainly 10 minutes wait. By the mass, it was at the buffet naturally very full. The breakfast was overall good, a nice selection of everything, what one with a 4 star hotel expected.
The spa area was after the breakfast of course totally overcrowded, in the relaxation area, there was no more couch free.
The hotel seems for the large number of guests not to be designed, neither for breakfast in the spa. Whoever wanted to relax, you should this hotel not book, especially if one evening in the room wants to have his peace. read more

That was one time my favorite hotel. In almost all areas to the detriment of the quality saved, which for a hotel this price range is not acceptable. Particularly annoying the qualitätsabstriche at the breakfast buffet, that now stands at just below average is. The 'freshly pressed' called orange juice in my opinion a detour through the freezer made. Our package included a buffett, that of such poor quality, we really angry-i guess until today, that it is frozen goods concerned. All desserts were misshapen, were but nevertheless the guest sick. The caféangebot is now in full swing before the ... bar at the elevators presented. Actually everything is, what particularly and was canceled, saved and left (very) expensive dutzendware.
Actually very nice wellness area is instandsetzungsbedürtig. He is strong crush also simply overloads. The appliances are still great, but the prices are increased.

Very dog-friendly hotel with beautiful spa area, directly on the lake. Good restaurants.
Minus: high fee to the outside parking lot.
Dealing with complaints (our room door was not locked, battery change took over 2 hours, at the reception we were treated, as though we were stupid).

Beautifully located and versatile wellness -hotel. Especially in the run up to christmas very recommendable. Only no weaknesses in the sauna-area (only a few treatments, furthermore partly subject to a charge), a very modest sports program and canteens -restaurant atmosphere silberberg are to complain about. read more

We visit the hotel now for over 8. years. The value for money was so far good. Since august this year must children from two and a half years extra charge of 44,- a night are charged. Since i question: why?
As the Esplanade has ever family-friendly hotel was, i am amazed, of course, this renewal. Should the families with children stay away? Is the idea of the child-friendly hotel?
Where you but the emphasis on wellness and not on business in the east of germany finds.
Or is the manager, if so many families come, then is also ... pay.
Us and other patrons the hotel has Esplanade lost.
The also in Bad Saarow lying Arosa offers more for a little more money, oh no, so well not anymore. read more

Really beautiful, modern designed hotel for every age group.
The hotel actually nothing to be desired, however, unfortunately there are also here, as everywhere, the guests, the it was just not be treated like royalty, after flaws the means to search for and are artificially upset. I mean especially our dear retirees, with its surplus time just simply nothing better start know. You begin in the morning trumpets at the breakfast buffet with other pensioners exchange and over every mote in the room upset. The spoils a morning already good mood and unfortunately were at the time many of you ... here.
Please do not from reviews of such tourists let this put you off, they are really redundant and superfluous. read more

Neat hotel with feel-good atmosphere! Everywhere, wherever you looked-only friendly staff and cleanliness. A truly huge wellness area with king offer.
We were traveling to 3. with our baby and a small dog. Unfortunately was the ' relax -room' (kat. 2) but a bit too small. Very cramped.!
Room apart from that well equipped and very clean. Generally: top -service. The dog has (unasked!) Porringers and kuschel ceiling to the room received. A treat was also there. For our small a krib, a kettle, a changing mat and a bottle warmers ready. Really excellent service! Perfect!
Breakfast was more ... than enough and delicious. Everything was again and again quick refilled.
The massages were a neat expensive, have but also worth it. Real relax -atmosphere during the treatment and masseurs with a smile and a lot of time! Wonderful!
The lake stretches on the doorstep. Wonderful around and catering is a lot of variation offered. Restaurants, bars or room -service: boredom is not \u263a
Will come again, but then 3-4 days and if the little larger-as small child was the 'spa' was a bit difficult.
Only points of criticism:
1. the hotel rooms are only via elevator reachable. Stairs does not exist. So it comes on sunday at 11 o'clock (time of departure) already times to 10-15 minutes waiting time in front of the lift. This is then also in each floor. As you really don't need often patience and do three times, whether you to the room want or need. We had a lot of time for the fahrstuhlwarten application - unfortunately!
2. too few loungers in the wellness area. We have no only a couch can get. For the number of rooms one should think about it, the area not to extend, at least 1/4 all guests also loungers for relaxing received. That is a great shame been. So we had to after the treatments always high to the room - down there in the spa-and wellness area no possibility, rest.
In short:
Great wellness -hotel when Berlin. Just great, there to escape! Better in spring/summer travel, because the hotel it is not so busy. On our weekend the hotel was fully booked. And that was really busy (especially for breakfast not pleasant). read more

We were the 8. time here. The bathroom had mold in the silicone seams the tub, we immediately criticized, it was not fixed. The choice of menu in the service was remembered as fabulous left now to be desired...
No choice as we did in the previous years were used... Bathrobe was in my size not available ( xxxl )
In a 4 star city hotel can I expect, the outsizes are available. read more

Who half board bay would be punished. There is only 1 menu, after the motto iss-or leave it. After 30 minutes discussion we could finally an order outside the menüplanes quit. Price-ratio is right here not at all. At the breakfast buffet you have to patience have to finally seat. My conclusion: this is tolerated and keingast. Praiseworthy is the commitment of the spa manager in the fight against reserved loungers. Here well are effectively. read more

Middle in the autumn we had this hotel for a short break booked and were completely inspired: both front desk and service, as well as our room and of course the great spa was very good. Especially to emphasize must one also the large breakfast buffet, which does not have any wishes remained open!
We recommend this hotel especially Entspannungssuchenden. Because of the use the on-site spa and the numerous Massag treatments you can also rainy days beautiful and just relax. The hotel is large enough for lots of different offers, but still of a manageable size. There were all sorts of guests there, also families with children (holidays), for who the hotel but probably less suitable. All areas were very clean and tidy.
Pleasant is the fireplace in the lobby, if not just large arrival or departure is.
The restaurant was and inconvenient designed. Before the buffet urged also around half 9 and the tables are so close, that you easily the perfume some ladies smell and all conversations listening could (had to).
The pakrplatzgebühr of 6.50 per day ... is hefty price, especially since there is no fixed pitch and at our arrival all places, also by day trippers, were full. There was no access control to the hotel parking lot and no parking tickets in the car. It could thus everyone, the cheeky enough, the parking lot also can use free of charge. read more

Great for a short stopover - but also good for a longer vacation conceivable. Good equipped sauna, a little cramped by central hot tub. Big outdoor pool with lawn, large indoor pool ( temp. A bit chilly). Half board was delicious - attentive service. Room was very generous-sound through ventilation system was annoying. read more
