We were of the equipment and above all cleanliness of the room shocked. There were still hairs from the predecessor available, the bathroom is tiny, the furniture and-bathroom amenities-bathroom are very worn, partly broken, the carpet is stained. Under the bed was forgotten by the previous guest were available. After 3. room change it was somewhat clean, but good we could us not. It seemed just everything very dearless and neglected.

Breakfast is typical of the country and rather poor (little choice). The food in the restaurant we cannot judge.

On the cleaning of the rooms we did, after a young man from the housekeeping themselves in front of the mirror stylend and ringing in another room looked... The staff at reception is however very friendly and hard-working. Also the staff in the breakfast area was quick and nice. Especially good on our complaint about the room change response!

The location is perfect to discover the town, the district Temple Bar with its numerous pubs is almost on the doorstep. To the mall Grafton Street it's not even 10 minutes' walk of many bus stops and taxi stands are just in front of the hotel.

This hotel directly in the heart of dublin city center is excellent suited for a longer stay, around the city kennezulernen, without large distances to want. The hotel is right on the main street nearby the Dublin castle. The hotel has more than 180 room and is equal parts of people on business trip and tourists frequented. During the hauptanreisezeiten it came in the area of the reception times to longer waiting times. Also the check in before 14:00 o'clock is generally not possible. Here is obviously the speed of cleaning of the rooms the eye (more to it ... down with room). Apart from that the hotel appears to be somewhat darkly and getting quite old. read more

The rooms are with a bit over 20 meters² big enough. However works the furnishings in the room, in particular however in the bathroom a bit run down. Mold the shower complete the picture of a hotels, that its best years behind it. Big plus: in the room is located next to a seating area, a right spacious closet also a kettle with numerous tea and coffee available for free.

Breakfast in the hotel had a plenty of choice on bread, fruits and warm dishes, the warm counter through a service staff member are served. The coffee was scary. Here are tea drinkers of course in the advantage. Also dishes typical of the country ( for example pudding or beans) were at the buffet available. The restaurant but for the large number of the room right about dimensioned.

The staff are young and friendly. My desire to another room one came after initial hesitate but to. The staff in the restaurant whereas seemed a bit bored. Freed tables were only slowly cleared, so that it in the really small restaurant during the closing time again and again to waiting times for guests came.

The location is brilliant! Although the hotel right on the edge of the Temple bar district and many other objects of interest is, you get from the nightlife and whose voice side anything with. At the room selection you should however try, a room to the courtyard to get, as the street with a view of the church quite loud can be. In close proximity are retsurants, pubs, reasonably priced snacks and all kinds of shopping options. All major sights are easily reachable on foot.

The hotel is in a great location (directly opposite the Christchurch Cathedral), unfortunately the hotel is a bit dated, especially the bathroom and the breakfast area. The check-in was a bit rough, check out was made easier, it was as well as the possibility to store luggage for a few hours between. Unfortunately our bathroom was not very clean. In summary, for one night it is ok, but as a basis for a city break we wouldn't book this hotel again. read more

Nice location, clean hotel. However, that was a bit more expensive, especially because, as usual in Dublin, breakfast is not included in the rate. Nice view of the Christchurch, if you were lucky and room on the right side. Otherwise you to the austere courtyard read more

The location is great! Within walking distance to everything: Tempelbar, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity College and Grafton Street. We only there for 1 night and are very early drove away. The breakfast was not completely, but tasty. The dinner was good and delicious. The rooms are basic but ok. The staff is friendly. read more

The staff was super nicely and fast helped, when all paper and the credit card were stolen from my man in the evening in Templebar. Public range (Pub, restaurant and reception) thus not everyone is separate it up to the rooms go by a door, which went opening only with the room map, can, as long as it did not book. One should select a room to the rear out, the prospect is not so great, but but one does not hear the bells of the opposite church at all. Very much of advantage, if one sleeps gladly longer. read more

The rooms are appropriate. We are to be regarded to Dublin around us the city and wanted in the room to sit not all day long. Prei Leistungsverhältnis is great. Towels were changed each day whether one wanted or not. The only deficiency were small Staubflusen in the corner of the Nachttisches, but there I did not have so the problem also.

  • Gastronomy

We did not have breakfast in the hotel, but at the bar one can sit very nicely and bring along oneself like mentioned above also its meal. To the coffee bar opened all day is there Muffins and various cake, which cappuccino very affectionately prepared. The coffee machine is very thoroughly cleaned in the evening.

Unfortunately here only 6 suns go, for which I would give gladly loosely 10 to service, am the staff very friendly and fast. Both at the bar (and it itself for a Pub belonged one can also bring along oneself its meal and order oneself only one for pint Guinness)

It is really only one cat jump to Templebar (wallets secure, the pickpockets are genuinly fixed). The Hop on Hop penalty drive off directly around the corner. (Much recommendable, if necessary a Regenponcho carry forward) from the airport one is with the taxi in approximately 20 minutes in the hotel, one should by the tunnel to be driven be able, is not a detour, the travel costs then evenly times 10 euro more.
