Never more to this hotel again the name 'hotel' absolutely not deserved.
We had right from the first day only annoyed and the tour guide on site blocked from and left our complaints and concerns come to nought.
I know not at all where to start, enclosed only a few points the room was very dirty when we referred it. In bed there were still cut off toenails from vorurlauber, in the cushion of the chair in the room put a used tissue, the toilet was with excrement dirty, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the floor hair everywhere ... and it smelled of mildew.
in the dining room we had in 14 days, even if we were the first were the table used, not even a clean table. The food was unacceptable and really the last-not to describe. The drinks were watered down or there was nothing except Cola or water. Service at the bar or in the dining room did not take place-neither the plates away for a clean cutlery. Our worst holiday which we ever had.
The hotel is somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Neither a single business taxis are in the area- it is located at the end of the world. Our guide, the front desk feel responsible or hard corrected by a move or change to create. Not even drink, the to endure could help, it was, despite all inclusive, no drinkable aklohol available (the existing smelled still petrol and was inedible).
By the pool ran 14 days the same music in a volume the dead alive could have been. In spite of the please reduce: no response.
We had already many holidays like for instance 5 weeks basic tent holiday in Afrika- but this house room begarrs all description.
What shall i say: who goes there money could be equally burn in the domestic oven. read more

It is a disaster. We are a bunch of friends (around 27 years old) living in Cairo and going to this place very often for the week end. We don't always sleep there since the hotel is extremely bad. It's totally abandonned and only remains open because of the kitesurfing center. Last week end, we had an unbelievable experience. The rooms are in terrible conditions. Most of the time the AC doesn't work. When it's in March it's alright, when it's in August it's not OK. We then refused to pay 600 pounds (more than $100), as the AC was ... not working and we know we would sleep on the balcony. We argued for more than 2 hours with the new management that didn't want to hear anything. The room is just incredible, it's in terrible conditions (no water in the toilets, no shower head etc. )and not even cleanat all (open yogurt and plate unfinished in the fridge). For the same price you spend a week in Dahab. Despite the fact that we're very good customers as we spend almost every week end there to kitesurf the guy just didn't care. Unbelievable night that we spent on the balcony (it was probably 40 degrees celsius in the room). And so did other kitesurfers that just arrived and are staying for 2 weeks there. Poor them. read more

The hotel was built a number of years ago and has only been open for the past 3 years at the request of the owner of the kitesurf centre. The rooms, on arrival were clean but as the holiday went on it was apparent that the sheets weren't being changed, towels weren't being replaced, toilet roll was not being refilled etc. Air conditioning was non existent in the dining room or bedrooms for the first week, ac in the rooms blew ambient air in the rooms but never cooled the room. The pools if you can call them that were ... empty bar one and maintained a pleasant green colour for the duration of our stay. All though the deal is half board because there are no other options to eat any where else it may as well be full as you eat lunch at the beach bar anyway. read more

The hotel is on the beach west coast of the red sea, under the Suez canal, in a strip of many future hotels.
Huge hotel. Built to be a luxury hotel. 150 rooms.
The hotel looks old and abandoned but it is in good condition. The rooms were clean. (no roaches!!! - very good for Egypt)
It is an excellent price considering that is half board. The food is good and you will never get sick(most important in Egypt). They make excellent fresh food in the beach taverna at very cheap prices.
The guests are mostly windsurfers and Kite boarders. ... Good wind conditions. On fridays, the Egyptians guests come (wearing the burka)-The international guests are French, German, Polish and other nationalities. read more

Too bad for the great beach and kitesurf area, but for the rest, it is really bad. The worst was the food, although the served main course in the evening was ok. The hotel is only visited on the weekend by mid-class egyptians read more
