Nice and very centrally located hotel of the center in a former Palazzo. Room is modern but without love furnished. No loving details. Bathroom was very nice. Staff from the reception till service is rude and unhelpful. No-one helps to find your room or the luggages up. Staff came around the corner, saw that new guests and went only a smoking and rattles. Orders were extremely reluctantly/sluggish undertaken. Price/performance ratio not justified. For 4 stars you expect more service, friendliness and attention to detail. read more

Best designer hotel for business, singles or couples. For families with children rather not suitably. In the middle of the old city, a few steps up to the many small streets with small stalls, fruit, vegetables, fresh fish and everything, what can the hotel was not convincing. Surprisingly few tourists-you feel like you are in a village. read more

We booked three days and wanted to stay in the old city vacation centre live. The Location is excellent, if you are in a lively district of typical old want to stay. The Palazzo is beautifully renovated and very cozy. Only 28 rooms, we felt very well cared for. Our dog was welcome erzogener well. Very good breakfast for itelienische standards. Best Auskunfs'tsservice at the front desk. We felt more than happy and will come back again. read more

A jewel in the middle of the otherwise grey old city of Naples. Well renovated old building, which shines not only from the outside, due to its white facade, but also on the inside due to its tasteful decor in red, grey and white colours. All participants in our eight-member tour group have immediately felt comfortable. Unanimous opinion: something better we could not have found in the middle of Naples. read more

    The rooms are up-to-date and on an upscale level. Comfortable beds with firm mattresses. Wood flooring, large wardrobe, LCD TV with satellite channels. Standard room a bit small, but perfectly adequate for city explorers. Chairs as a seat. Stone floors in the bathroom with a large shower, rain forest shower head, bidet and WC.

    Breakfast buffet in a small, windowless room, excellent by Italian standards. Various types of bread, fresh cakes and filled croissants, cereals, fresh fruit, jam, cold meat, cheese, eggs: nothing left to be desired. The bar, despite a good offer, not really inviting and hardly frequented. It would be nice if there was also some outdoor seating.

    Friendly staff everywhere. At the reception they are helpful and answer your requests with polite restraint. English skills required. Friendly also in service in the breakfast room. Great care of the rooms with new towels every day.

    Located in the Centro Storico in a small Piazzetta. Despite a navigation system it was not easy to find in the maze of alleys with many one-way streets. All central attractions are within easy walking distance. Absolutely quiet, no through traffic. The noise caused by starting aircrafts, depending on the wind direction, you will have to accept in any hotel in the centre.
