Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable one. Only down side is we wish the room had more lights or brighter lights in it but other than that it had old world charm and modern touches. The staff which very accommodating. The front desk was excellent and our the bartenders Oscar and areish made us americans feel right at home! The food was good with new theme dishes every night. We look forward to coming back if we have a opportunity in the near future. read more

We were very comfortable in the hotel and would definitely return. The staff was also very friendly and above all cooperative. As our car in the parking lot was completely snowed in was, took one of the employees a spade and helped the car free!

The hotel is already older, wellness area way too small, room suffices, bath would have to be renovated and new be updated. Staff are good, except for a waiter ( bar area) and is not for this activity suitable.
Breakfast is sufficient and during dinner should the food be warm. read more

We had a introduction scuba offer booked, and I can only say it everything was ok.
The room was clean and very spacious, we had a double room and then a room in the next higher class get. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the staff very the always everything ok is. In the evening there was a three-course -menu, for the main dish we could between meat, fish and a vegetarian choice. Appetizer bread with herbal butter, fresh salad and a soup. Dessert, somewhat sweet like cut-up and sugared pancakes with raisins or small cakes with sauce. The hotel lies ... at the street the is well traveled on the day. Our room was on the streets and had new window, it was quiet so we could sleep well. A and check without any problems, all of the staff at reception and in the service were very friendly. We would go back the hotel book. read more

Nice, very friendly front desk, professional handling the eincheckung, junior suite: on street, somewhat louder car traffic on the main street and loud late returnees, but no disturbing his, suite very nice, unusually large, well furnished, finally large comfortable beds, room and bathroom very clean, staff in the clean-intoxication: largest trouble and from the hotel was pretty good, breakfast buffet tasty, varied the dark fresh bread for a delicacy, great soothing lobby,
With fireplace and comfortable seating, service - staff very quick.
A bit annoying: the only when checking out notified parking /1 night for across the car park, and ... one seriously reconsider! (the amount, you're not in ny city)

First impression from the outside was very good, welcoming at the reception very polite and really every time always cooperative. The rooms large, clean and tastefully furnished.
Only drawback the evening buffet was not so our taste.
In short: great cheap hotel and definitely worth the trip. read more

The first drawee room was the purest disaster. No balcony, current toilet, bathroom generally very in need of renovation! After complaining we have without an extra charge a junior suite, which was nice... However very loud, as room to the side of the road. Sleep with the window open not possible! The service in the restaurant also left to be desired... Staff were concerned... However totally overwhelmed and unorganized! Food was very tasteless and partly lukewarm to cold. Have made the best out of it... Are this hotel however definitely not more! read more

Room: decor from the 70., clean, beds only quickly made, without any care
Bathroom: ancient, very small, washbasin broken, but clean
Wellness area: pleasant area, however music very loud, waterbeds cold,
Saunas: a 95 °, a with over 100°, steam bath cold, turkish turkish lukewarm
A complaint about defective bulbs was included, however at three days not handled

After fehlzuweisung a standard room instead of the booked superior room was because belegungsfehler to a junior suite upgraded. Standard room very small and in need of renovation. Junior suite spacious, but no special facilities aufzuweiden. Bath newly renovated, clean but also only with standard facilities for disabled guests.
Cleanliness in all areas ok.
Since great cheap 'Lidl'-offer, price including half board was in this case a 'bargain'.

The hotel is very central and is nevertheless not noisy. The staff are very friendly. The food was plentiful, varied and very good ( a praise to the kitchen staff). Also the breakfast was diverse, there were hot drinks of all kinds. We had a room although not the newest standard, but it was clean and functional. Something to improve would be, closets you lock and curtains really dim, it was already very early bright in the room. The view of our room was just great (mountain view). We had a small dog that not a problem was, only the ... costs of 10-Euro per day I think bit much, since he work for the staff were and also otherwise no costs. The only really disturbing was, that the hotel no own parking spaces has (but apparently we now the underground car park arranged). The staff are however very helpful with parking and has good advice. By the way we had super great weather with up to +26 degrees and the in October. In short, we would at anytime spend another vacation there and recommend it! read more

The atmosphere of the hotel we found pleasant and relaxed. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. Our questions for planning possibilities for our vacation were answered in detail, if necessary for us research. The kitchen is excellent. This concerns both the selection at the breakfast buffet, as well as the selection and the quality the menus in the evening. The wellness area with a sauna we have regularly used. Very welcoming. We booked through TUI a double room/ balcony booked. Because the hotel not even parking spaces also, was already the first time served. The check in was ok. The booked room was the absolute disaster. The furnishing was from the 70. Years with dark wood and musty odor. The bathroom was but the worst, dark old, and shabby looking tiles, a shower curtain the already disgusting looked, and the Waschbeckenarmatur had its best time behind itself. The view was the hit: backyard with trash. In short: room changing. 40€ extra charge there was the junior suite. Newly decorated, everything OK. ... Except in the bathroom with cold water came hot and turned over. Unfortunately there were on the balcony no chairs, respectively a separation to the neighbors. The sleep with angeklapptem window was not possible. Early at 6 the trash collection. The breakfast was a highlight. The roasted Bacon was enough for one person, rolls were edible and the presentation of the dishes was carelessly and not very appetizing. For a four-star hotel in Kitzbühel I would have really expected more. This hotel is not better than the nearby Garni Hotel. ( three stars). A real highlight there was: rosis sonnbergstuben, truly deserved 4 stars with exceptional service. In short: Better spend more money and a decent book before going into the Q -hotel goes! read more

Gladly anytime again! Great location - nice and competent staff! We are definitely coming again. Had 4 hours power outage ( storm-thunderstorms) but there were candles-a jausenplatte enough - sparkling wine compensate the situation perfectly mastered. read more

An outdated hotel. Bathroom certainly from the 70-years. Expired carpets, curtains peeled. Also the cleanliness left in some corners to be desired. Good for night, but to be comfortable not suitable. read more
