After reading the reviews I wanted to this hotel transfer, but I was positively surprised more good than bad. All W. as you need was available. Problem was the area, in spite of the beautiful weather everything was already closed, from 05-10-2012 was also this hotel closed.

Too big hotel with unfortunately many faults. The atmosphere from, the rooms are not better as in Italy or Croatia in a apartment, bathroom is nice, small tv with three German channels. As a family not suitable as the extra bed a opened unfold ancient couch was. The elevator questionable. Constantly was a broken. The cleanliness was okay but would certainly better. 90 per cent russians. Food was tasty no problems but unfortunately everyday the same stop prepared differently. Not much selection. The large ageing hotel makes when arriving no inviting impression. The façade crumbled, cracks in the walls, the parking is available. My room was not finished yet, because the cleaning lady lunch break. The hotel is with russians very popular, the age is over 40.

A simply outdated hotel which I with children do not book, since the plugs and the hair dryer in the room a very poor impression the part of the wall were. The food was against good and also diverse apart from it booked half board for dinner no drinks or only against bare. read more

This is a a hotel which far away from 4 stars. We had all-inclusive nclusive booked. Understood all drinks free, right? Luna is of course different, here one used the term all inclusive light and already sees the matter completely different from. From to you get here beer ( fully diluted ) water, so-called coffee, Cola or Fanta. More is not included. Cocktails? Not in the luna, the gives it then for 5 leva.
Also an outdated hotel can a well-kept clean impression make. Here unfortunately not, in the hallways the plaster crumbled from the ceiling, partly unlit hallways and ... in general very unclean. Hotel corresponds rather to 2a 3 stars. Pool was not very clean ( very much mold, especially at the bars next to the pool where the water abrinnt, and between, the individual tiles!). Additional costs arise from cushions on the deck chairs and sun loungers, umbrellas and cushions at the beach - whose must be aware. In the hotel were very many Germans and Russian vacation guests, whether these positive or negative is decide. In addition lots of families with small children in the hotel, therefore also appropriate noise by the pool. In the surrounding restaurants there were everywhere the ... same food, what usually as' international cuisine''. The way to the so-called 'party street' was very far, the way there however not unpleasant and offers a lot of variation for the evening design outside of the hotel. I would the hotel rather for families with children recommend, not very much the value for cleanliness and hygiene place. read more

Too bad, as in other evaluations to be read is, the hotel is not at all. Negative remarkable is mainly only the somewhat ' moderige, old condition. The rooms itself are very clean, also the bathroom, however gladly times cracks in doors or walls, nothing frightening, but not nice. The rest of the hotel looks just a bit dingy.
The in-house restaurant has a varied offer, similar to the restaurants in the area, is however quite cheap and really tasty. Only the breakfast buffet could be a bit more balanced miss. Also the beverages, especially the cocktails, have a exzellentes ... price performance ratio.
The beach is clean, however nothing special, just a piece of beach. But is it right opposite the hotel. When we were there, would be the sea because of the, but very high waves, for small children not really suitable %blank%.
Options for shopping, party and for excursions there are around more than enough. Is somehow Mallorca, not so crowded and 'german'. Also possibilities eat to go it does not lack. Especially in every local, in which we were excellent and also the waiters were exceedingly friendly!
The pool is quite small and was not used by us, as it completely full with children was.
Generally, for a cheap party/beach holiday it is highly recommended, with children, or if you want luxury has, one is rather in the wrong place. read more

The hotel is a age building made from prefabricated slabs ( wieDDR ) with a little paint refreshed, room noisy, on the balcony burns in the evening generrell no light and in the hallway (we were in the 1 floor) was always a very unpleasant odor. From the beach was about 100 meters you had to around the hotel to reach about 85 steps climb, for young people not a problem but for older a challenge. Restaurants-bars and shops plentiful. Leisure offers in the hotel nothing, 1 hour pool biliard costs 12,5 Euro and therefore also not used. The ... food is plentiful but monotonous and only lukewarm. Size of the room oK, but beds respectively mattresses soolt you carefully, was very dirty and the bathroom also left to be desired.
All together I can these are not recommend, of a 4.5 star hotel I expected something else. read more

Who no expectations is again, all inclusive light is for people who all content but not for Jahresurlauber. Service lowest level, 10 minutes before closing hidden the staff. Dining room with air-conditioning and only 19 degrees if you the whole day cityward sonnt is the way too cold. Front desk no German can. Exchange rate way too low 100 meters further in other hotel you get more for your money. The pool edge joints is not cleaned. Pool bar is well if you honestly says awful. One rumored even the plastic cup washed off and re-used, disgusting. The room is ... older than specified if it Geruchsbilder would give, you would vomit from the drain in the floor smells high which nobody wants to hear. The outlets look from the walls and could be for adults be dangerous. Oh and the hotel is the only with Klimakästen outside on the balcony, cheap. Is not even worth of three stars. The hotel was general in good condition. We had booked all inclusive and these benefits received. However there is only from to o'clock alcoholic drinks only beer ( this hardly alcohol contains) and white and red wine ( which still less alcohol included). Only for dinner there are different spirítuosen ( for example Wodka, Gin, coffee liqueur, etc.) , you then remainder itself can mix ( for example Gin Tonic).
The guest structure trended the meal to judge (pork, Gulasch, much good traditional German kitchen) rather in the German and Russian corner. But also bulgarians make here vacation. read more

All in all it was oK, you should however with the cleanliness drawbacks.
-plates and cutlery in the restaurant was smudgy.
-room dusty.
Toilet dirty.
Mattress had a thick brown stain.
-at fruit there were for the food only little choice (apples, grapes, Nectarine and plums), not times melons!
The beach was just a few meters and a supermarket was directly in front of the hotel read more

I was with 3 other friends from 13,07-21,07. 12 in the Hotel Luna beach at the gold beach, we have a hotel with great location for a party vacation expected, unfortunately we were more than disappointed, in the travel agency they gave us verklickert the central location and only 10 minutes from the party mile are, there were 20 minutes walk, and drunk times around the 30 depending on where one ls runs, the beach area is OK but 75% of the hotels at the gold beach, and honestly as type around the 20 you want someone with ... the hotel drag it is not simply if the hotel so far away is there passes one or the other lady sometime in the mood to walk, furthermore you have 20€ pay for the guest, but with a few tricks you can handle. The food we have just always reingewürgt, was just okay the is however standard at the gold beach, my honest opinion if you around the 18-25 since the hotel is definitely not the right, since there are a lot of better alternative at the gold beach. I at the gold beach umgeschaut myself and I know that I guaranteed no more vacations in this hotel do. read more

Party Mile 25 minutes to the go, but it is so-called small railroad for 2 Euro the runs the whole day the strandmeile and from. Restaurant bad food, at the pool bar great. Has 24 hours open.
