The size is ok. However poorly decorated. Everything totally out of date. The cleaning ladies make the most important however also only superficially, but that is not enough.

1 restaurant unfortunately in kantinenstile. 1 bar which I really do not recommend. Mess.

At the pool bar the cement horror. So this is really a cheek. As all inclusive guest you will not at all respected. The beverages a mess. Everything stretched with water. Totally unfriendly if you don't something ordered to pay is. In the restaurant the staff were to nice. It is just cleared quickly but the bothered us not.

No entertainment. Internet but there are, I think on vacation not important. Pool way too small for this hotel. Loungers poorly. For children there are nothing at all really nothing.

Too big hotel with unfortunately many faults. The atmosphere from, the rooms are not better as in Italy or Croatia in a apartment, bathroom is nice, small tv with three German channels. As a family not suitable as the extra bed a opened unfold ancient couch was. The elevator questionable. Constantly was a broken. The cleanliness was okay but would certainly better. 90 per cent russians. Food was tasty no problems but unfortunately everyday the same stop prepared differently. Not much selection. Rather kantinenstile.

The location is great. 71 steps and you're on the wonderful sea. Great water, no crabs or other animals, great large waves. The water is turquoise. Really nice. Many have written here that the party mile far away is. So if you are 15 minutes can not run then must one evenly with the strolling course drive and costs 1.50 Euro. The airport is 30 minutes away. Varna 17 kilometer. Excursions there are enough. Shops or stalls there is also enough, nobody came too short. The beach bar armida is great and very cheap. Small beer 0.80 cents.

The size is pleasant, the outlets were loose in the wall. Safe is at the front desk. Bathroom very slippery, open sewage you can only with a towel cover.

The food offers hardly any variety, mostly only lukewarm. The fresh could search. The staff are partly so rude, not a smile brought about

The staff's hospitality at the lobby bar is not at all available. Drinks are watered down, cup with lipstick before eyes of the guests only in another cup of beaker, then put them up again! The lifeguard, so times in between in the small fitness studio or is to relax just in the indoor pool. Loungers clean, of which he still has never heard! With complaints no German is understood!

No animation available. Editions of the loungers only for a fee. In the pool is on the walls and on the edge black pilzkulturen clear to see.

The large ageing hotel makes when arriving no inviting impression. The façade crumbled, cracks in the walls, the parking is available. My room was not finished yet, because the cleaning lady lunch break. The hotel is with russians very popular, the age is over 40. All inclusive looks differently. Value for money is good not

To the beach it is not far away, but on the stairs. The way there is between umgepflegten because through. Supermarket is directly opposite. Entertainment possibilities in about 150 meters.

Size of the double room was ok. Very small tv. Bathroom very cramped. Air conditioning available. Mini bar is there. ( in the supermarkets everything was much cheaper)

Food in the hotel would be improved. It is clean. Atmosphere is disastrous.

Friendliness of the staff isn't available! Russian would be good. Cleaning of the rooms is ok. Complaints are ignored.

Entertainment and sport isn't available! Water is ok. Water's edge at the beach steep. ( for children very dangerous!)

Ageing complex(over 20 years ) cleanliness is ok mediocre. All inclusive is a cheek! For Russian guests well, for German guests an impertinence.

To the beach it are 6 -landings with about 70 steps. Entertainment in the hotel isn't available. Excursions are good.

. The rooms are outdated furnished, electrical outlets loose, as well as junction boxes without cover. In the so-called bathroom, the horror! As the aperture for the bathtub missing one could directly under the tub to see. Mold, rust and really everything you otherwise still to terrible things presents you found including. The same under the washbasin. With cleanliness this area had absolutely nothing in common

What in the description luna is does not fit in at all with the experienced before place. There was a pool bar which as cocktail bar ( naturally only for cash paying guests) used. In addition a restaurant for early, lunch and dinner. The quality of the drinks apart from water or Fanta was very bad. From the offered beer you could probably a whole barrel drink without informing a tipsiness to get. Served in plastic cups at the pool bar which partly even a second time spent. The same applied for the coffee cups. With a thick brown solid crust was here the coffee spent, so what is then probably bottom drawer. Also in the restaurant was the clean up of the dishes unfortunately to the order of the day. Of hygiene so far away, so what would in Germany probably soon be closed.

Here we come to a point which not only negative, but absolutely the last was. Friendliness this probably is a foreign word. Apart from a older mr at the pool bar which probably the bar manager and a further employee, as well as the two receptionists in the dining area, you are here friendliness far away. You had the impression to be a bother if you ordered and exactly one was treated. The cleaning of the rooms... Including one understands all of this clean and tidy if you came back. Unfortunately far been missing in the 4-star luna. It was roughly vacuumed, the ashtray emptied, the beds carelessly made and ready. And tip as in the brochure stands? Hardly!

Activities? Activities? Everywhere at the gold beach, not only in the luna. Something is for this hotel a foreign word. To the hotel pool you have to unfortunately say, this time to the außenrändern should be cleaned, the black mold should not be. And dgenau it was around the pool

This is a a hotel which far away from 4 stars. We had all-inclusive nclusive booked. Understood all drinks free, right? Luna is of course different, here one used the term all inclusive light and already sees the matter completely different from. From to you get here beer ( fully diluted ) water, so-called coffee, Cola or Fanta. More is not included. Cocktails? Not in the luna, the gives it then for 5 leva. Also an outdated hotel can a well-kept clean impression make. Here unfortunately not, in the hallways the plaster crumbled from the ceiling, partly unlit hallways and in general very unclean. The only place where you in the morning coffee and the view into a reasonably clean environment could enjoy was the roof terrace of the hotel.

That is the only point our vacation the was really great. To the beach it are not even five minutes. And that was really great. Clearly one must put also here for chairs and umbrellas are charged, but also without. You can go shopping everywhere nearby. Supermarkets rows here together and also otherwise everything which one needed. Excursions there are at a charge also offered.

The size of the room was all right. We had a budget room with a extra bed booked. The double bed was really huge (at least 2 times 2 meters). The extra bed was just as comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and with tips even something 'creative' and clean. The tv was really very small and had German transmitters only ARD, ZDF, RTL and ProSieben to offer. A balcony is also available, whereby you our balcony on the next balcony go. A secured balcony door, the good lockable is, is therefore provided here. There is however also room with 'separate' balcony, on no other room has access. On a small drying rack its bath things hang up. Also there are two plastic chairs and a small table on the balcony. The bathroom was quite small and the flush (see hotel general) was not particularly good. The jet the shower is very strong, however reasonable. Really cold water you could however here not to adjust. The air conditioning you up to 18 degrees herunterstellen. So remained the hotel room during the day cool, if you from the hot beach returns. Some steckerabdeckungen made the impression, as they would soon fall off. But it held and everything worked perfectly. A mini bar was with the usual stocked ( water, Cola, Sprite, beer, chips, Wodka, whiskey, chocolate, orange juice). In the supermarket on the beach promenade are the things but, of course, cheaper. The room, especially the bathroom, has times seen better days, however the cleanliness was nothing that. Under the bed sheets we have however also not looked, perhaps better was. The curtains are not fully lichtabweisend, so a schlafbmaske (and perhaps even ear plugs) advisable. A safefach you could at the front desk for a fee rent. Apart from that we were however also not robbed and no goods were from our room picked. One must however well its things eight and possibly for the suitcase a castle with you, so that you in things theft safe is.

There's a restaurant, something to the usual times (8 until: o'clock, 12 until o'clock and 5:30 P. M. until o'clock) was open. The quality of the dishes was really good with exception some food (peas were very hard, as well as hash browns). In general there was a standard buffet, by daily changing dishes supplemented (main course was every day - also for lunch and dinner-different). The choice is nothing special large, however enough. For breakfast you can even pancakes freshly prepared. Clean was the complete restaurant. On the waterfront you can however also very good and very, very cheap (a beer and a pizza for 3 Euro) eat out. Cocktails there are already from 2 Euro ( in the hotel 2,50 Euro). These fast food places have mostly also until into the night on, especially directly at the party mile.

The staff were rather rude. Direct at the check-in we had to during the night ( we arrived at o'clock ortzeit to) our identity cards at the front desk leave. English spoke actually the complete staff. German can but also some. Especially when it comes to' tip' is, around which we also directly very rude from the whereas asked (this is probably the only German word, the you know). We were not at all asked, whether we our luggage to the room ported to have wanted. A Euro we gave but then given, which the two slow but visible unsatisfied were. Altogether we had 3 times complaints shortcomings in the room deliver (once again it was the toilet, after the 'repair' still no more than a few sheet on once flush could, once because of the not more to close balcony door and once because of of the airconditioning, the somewhat dripped and the symbol 'filter' blinked. On our complaints of this kind is you but pretty quickly and quickly someone came, the lack fixed has respectively I thought, he would have it done.

There is a very small fitness room with a few fitness equipment. The pool is the hotel accordingly nothing special large and weddings also very crowded. In the indoor pool it is a little cooler, however you can also' a few swim '. Mostly we were here completely alone, as many of course stayed in the pool area and restaurant areas were very pleasant. There was in this hotel not. Direct next to the reception there are two computers, where one for converted 3 Euro per hour in the internet could. The loungers by the pool are mostly occupied quickly in the morning, so you promptly a couch with a towel ' reserve' should. The loungers, as well as the sun screens by the pool are free. Only for an edition one must per day and person 50 cents pay. At the beach costs of course everything was a bit: 4 Euro for a sun screen, 3 Euro for a beach chair and 1 Euro for an edition. Altogether so an expensive pleasure. The sea was naturally in vain and wonderfully warm. A supervisor with a flag on, whether it is cheap or not (green, yellow and red flag). A shower there was only in the indoor pool, but right next to the pool is.

The hotel was general in good condition. We had booked all inclusive and these benefits received. However there is only from to o'clock alcoholic drinks only beer ( this hardly alcohol contains) and white and red wine ( which still less alcohol included). Only for dinner there are different spirítuosen ( for example Wodka, Gin, coffee liqueur, etc.) , you then remainder itself can mix ( for example Gin Tonic). The guest structure trended the meal to judge (pork, Gulasch, much good traditional German kitchen) rather in the German and Russian corner. But also bulgarians make here vacation.

The location it hotels was super. There are altogether about 75 steps down to the beach promenade with supermarkets, the 24 hours on the day opened, plenty of shops and stores with (fake) branded articles, the rosenparfüm of Bulgaria, fish fun etc. Euros are not respectively rarely accepted. You can also change money at the best respectively the best course directly in varna. Alternatively you could from the hotel in the direction party (right of the steps to the beach promenade down) go, to on the left side of the first currency exchange the best rate close to current 1.91 ( leva for a Euro). Apart from that you can in the hotel for 1.8 ( leva for a Euro) exchange or almost everywhere for 1.88 leva for a Euro. The airport is circa 35 minutes far away. Therefore, that one however the other guests at other hotel deliver had, took the whole trip from the airport to the hotel about 45 minutes.

Size of the room was sufficient, the bathroom but very dated, shower curtain yellow brown, drain broken, hair in the tooth finery cup, clean is different!

All inclusive went from 10 hours until o'clock, despite large thirst, 8:02 P. M. nothing more, only at a charge. In all-inclusive there were water, lemonade, beer and wine and always only a cup. On the day of departure applies all inclusive only until o'clock, no matter wether you evenings or at night first departure. The food was from early morning to evenings monotonous, in between there was nothing, only at a charge.

Room was cleaned, but also only through vacuumed and the bathroom roughly by mopped. The bed linen was a week long not changed. Towels were not changed just refolded. The kindness of the staff also left to be desired.

Pool area was sufficient, however you had to for the mats 1 leva per day are charged. Of animation far and wide no trace.

From the outside hui, from the inside yuck.

Nice location, by crossing the promenade directly at the beach. Beach and water were very clean. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities were directly in front of the hotel.
