I on a beautiful, relaxed vacation looking forward to it. The beach is just amazing. Only the problem with the chairs was somewhat annoying, means either early or in the blazing sun.
Most shocked me the staff. There you get the feeling as a woman already very patronising behandtelt to be. The staff has the partially not at all listen, so were also already times wrong meal orders. One has also longer for the cutlery and drinks have to wait. And the arrogant views by the staff, also the open curse with laughter and direct see were not infrequent. Partly ... the orders in the restaurants also condescending questions. The male employees have also excavated, where it only went. These circumstances have really the mood deteriorated.
Otherwise the room was fine and equipped with a minibar.

Accommodation in a renovated villa, stay, food was really great. Especially liked a lot the
Friendliness of the entire staff and the outstandingly beautiful beach section. We have a super ben service

Great vacation were the 2 time since 2011. Much has been done on the complex new restaurants, kinderland, and so on. Had upgrade to the royal, i would definitely again make.
A small downer but, since you always towels in unlimited quantity could have had most of the beach chairs were double and triple occupied. But so little things you should know.

Bad:
1. complaint because of defective air conditioning only on the 4. day successfully. Only after a massive complaint was admittedly, that the air conditioning in our booked room not in appropriate time can be repaired. Error was obviously already long known but attempted this room hell bent on you.
2. there are several buildings, the bavarro resort has. In particular, i would like to the rooms with a bath right in the sleeping area say. This rooms are in 2 storey buildings with 28 units. Through the design conditionally are these buildings very badly soundproofed. This means in the ... individual from 06:00 in the morning and no more hope to sleep is, since the first guests are traveling for the beach or pool to secure. As it is not possible the doors to close quiet, through loud slamming of the doors from the sleep. Complaints at the front desk brought no relief.

We were very disappointed from the food. According to many other reviews should the food 'very diverse and very tasty' his. Strong praise here at our cleaning lady, the always really clean made (we have already completely different experienced) and us also always with clean towels, shower gels, shampoos, nassrasierern etc. Supplied. Also the beach section from the palladium is very nice. It is served in the morning from the seaweed cleaned and also during the day are constantly gardeners at work. So, we want to say. In this hotel you can 5 stars pay, get it but not.
First but the positive thing. The hotel is very big, one can walking go much. The beach section is very nice. The bars offer very good all-inclusive drinks, the part of many brand drinks.
But now times to the things at a mass pile up. The food is plentiful, but as had been mentioned in some other reviews. Much does not equate to good. But everyone should see for yourself. You can find which, but much is of the quality not so good. ... The vegetables is very hard to chew. Some of the meat is very fatty. It takes sometimes a lot too long what refilled. For example, with the salads, tuna. Or you get it not any more. For example there was one day probably duck, which was quickly all. Then there were only chicken. Has which with 5 star to do.
The attention the waiter in the dining room is not always good. Since it can occur already times that one a walkway has finished and or drinks have to wait. Even at breakfast it took until the man with the coffee came.
The musikberiesellung in the dining room ( irish volksweisen or classic) leave already for breakfast the caribbean dreams melt away. Some counter is' queue ' announced.
The specialities restaurants are recommendable. But you have to get here early queue (6 hours in the evening can be already too late).
A reservation is for the 5 stars pretty good not possible. The can only the the other bracelet (gold). I find that not only unfair, but a devaluation of the 5 stars you pay for. The was in my travel catalog not included. So time before the restaurant is, it could be, that you still long can wait, because the reservations will be preferred.
I think that is ridiculous.
Another minus is, you have to get up early to a beach chair in the shade to get. I would say the alarm clock on 5:30 places. I've in any hotel so massive experienced. On the other hand, of the hotel management also nothing was done. Some guests do not one more time the trouble and take your towels with, but you can already for the next day are.
Small tip from me, dear hotel management. Take a deposit for the towels, then would probably lots of better on their towels 8.
Oh sunday If you stay longer at the beach remains, so 16 or 17 hours get no fresh towel more for the next day. Sometimes were the towels already at 15 o'clock way as me a guest confirmed. The wanted on the day of departure showers and had to deal with his shirt to dry.

( you also after complaint did not get) no bar more. The we got only again 2 days before departure to see. Nothing which one the stay sweetened, you felt at home there. This one Dollar was already too much.
Information in this hotel for german very poor. Only once one gets his room cards in a sort of envelope with english language. All information of course only in english. You knew but we Germany arrived.
On one day there was on the sports field a great show which we gladly would have seen. Only the information that was missing. Bad and very bad. More advertising would be better here.
So now still a point of annoyed me and in a hotel not practised.
In the room there was a notification, the one a welcome gift pick-up. This is a sales pitch you to participate. In a similar way with a large channel in Germany before this form of the vacation make, warned. The money in advance for holiday pay for which then also with a notary will be endorsed.

Spacious hotel area with a large garden area. The complex consists of 4 hotels. Bavaro, Punta Cana, palace and royal suites. The hotel is in very good condition, but there are some non-renovated room. Everything is the whole day cleaned and well-kept. The food is varied and good prepared. Who complains here you can't help. Cocktails are of good quality and everything was always available. In the lobby there was an open wireless internet access, but with heavy use by the guests into the crawl expires. After 2000,2002 and 2005 i was once again in the Grand Palladium Bavaro and i can only say: great hotel, great large room, enough entertainment, huge selection of food and delicious. Theme restaurants were also brilliant.
However only after 4 experienced reference at the front desk our broken hair-dryer was repaired!
The green beach chairs were already quite saggy, the black were

Beach always a good place, but i have every early reserved. However there were always enough loungers available.

A very nice clean facilities, is something for everyone here. It is always something offered. Great restaurants, good food variety. Entertainment live music or disco. Also the animation is great.

Five star can one forget! Our first room has musty smell and was moldy. It was a horrornacht. Change on the 2. day lasted from 08:00 until 17:00 o'clock. In the 2. room was the toilet seat broken, the toilet brush different. Staff to 70% unfriendly. In the pool risk of injury. There are missing on the floor many tiles. Large offer in the whole hotel area (bars, restaurants, pools, spa, casino, disco, beach) as on the grounds also the Grand Palladium Punta Cana, grand palladium palace and grand palladium royal suites are. The offered food offer something for every taste. We had no day the same eaten.
But you should know, that the dominicans shaking fans and dripping air conditioning once don't care as long as they work. Complaints in important tier and then ... treated. Only on repeated request where deficiencies also really repaired. The mechanic there, you should take on all deficiencies and not before again let go.-)
We the travel agency over had to that we honeymoon (honeymoon) guests. This was only on request after a honeymoon offer on site with a fruit basket with rum and a romantic dinner balanced. The dinner was very good. However it was told us, that it in buffet form offered. The was not sunday A prepared menu was offered. This misinformation makes allergikern the romantic evening quickly to hungerabend.
Overall, we had a wonderful time there! Cleanliness, size and facilities of the room was as advertised very good, but we would a room only stars because of the wobbly ventialtors and the dripping air conditioning type. The selection and the taste of the food but worth 5 stars.

We were for the first time there, but i know the palladium -group of Mexico and was therefore of some things very dissapointed.
To the positive the complex same is huge, clean and tidy. Also the pools and the beach are very nice. The selection of dishes is huge and the food is very good. You know sometimes not at all, which one to eat is. There is the buffet-style restaurant or some theme restaurants. We tried the steak house, the rodicio, the italian and the spanish. Up to the spanish were the other really very good.
Which however very ... dissapointed has, are the cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishing is old, i however didn't bother us. Some rooms are now probably already renovated.
We had a deluxe room with jacuzzi bath in the room. The rooms are however only superficially cleaned. This can on the hair in the shower, the bathtub was not clean made, the coffee cups after flushing by the maid with a guest towel towelled (seen with own eyes) and the towels please be advised partly significant stains on. I had 1 shower towel, that of 'red' stains. So i only on the dry noticed and enjoyed it so gekelt, that i once again taking a shower.
On the day of arrival pointed out the 'freshly picked' bed stains on, so we only once again refer to. The remote control for the tv was missing, it also had no electricity. On demand we received the instruction to review, if the plug right was plugged in. We also made. But i expect in a 5 star hotel not, that one as a guest itself the closet withdrawal must be, such things to check. The remote then 2 days later a maid concerned.
We also had significant problems with the safe (as many other guests also). It started to, that the safe and also in the description, the at the front desk shall, to 4 than code enter. After several try and selbstzweifeln us on demand at the front desk i said, there will be someone. After 1 hour wait did nothing, so i at the front desk called. There i then said, i should time 6 enter numbers. This worked then. But it would be simpler, perhaps by a sticker on the safe to facilitate, as this problem many of the other guests was true. In the course of our stay we had then however still 3 times a broken safe. We could this either not more open or close. This is probably due to defective contacts. Such things can happen, but it is not, that one every time 1,5 until 2 hours in the room sit and wait, someone comes, the error to fix it. Help many calls nothing. It is impossible in a star hotel so for a long time to wait. You will every time comforted and cannot from the room, since it concerns the valuables is. Many other guests had the same problems, there was even some, no more desire had to call and valuables in bags included.
Overall, we certainly have 8 hours thereby spent to repair of the safe to take care of it. The longest is the removal of the row continued. After waking up, we see, that behind the bed and the bathtub everything was full of ants was. At 9 o'clock we reported these at the front desk. We were promised, that this after the breakfast removed would be. When we then on our room came, was of course nothing was done. We called again to:it was called, it would come immediately someone. We went to the beach and at lunch was the room cleaned, the dead ants partially removed, there were however still new to, since the room, as promised, not ausgesprüht was made. We reported these again and again. Etc. At 21 o'clock! I was then nevertheless once clean and did this then also at the front desk advised. At 21:45 o'clock did then finally something. The maid sprayed 2 minutes the room and the damage was then after 13 hours! Finally fixed. These may in a star hotel not happen, since they could directly have to respond.
Conclusion: it although it is very commendable, that the outside area very nice is, the paths by the complex sometimes several times a day but you should in a star hotel expect, that the cleaning of the rooms, the bed linen and also the towels are perfect. Especially you want to your vacation not with considerable wait for repairs in the room spend. read more

Great facilities, everywhere friendly staff, however we had for 5 star expected more. Very worn-out rooms. Food was sufficient very wide choice, unfortunately 12 days afternoons and evenings always the same offer. For breakfast great fresh fruit juice. Chairs on the beach 07:00 hours and pool at least 10:00 a. m. without towel not. ( in so a plant simply not acceptable) selection of drinks in all-inclusive is not bad, however, also here were our expectations not met. Booked excursions with the travel guide locally for my taste too expensive. For example 20 minutes swimming with dolphins 3 ... people 435 Euro + 140 Euro for pictures. Hotel photographer was the hit. We have on the complex and at the beach your picture taken. ( wanted a family portrait ) 50 Euro the entrance price. After we xeroxed had were 50 images for 700 (yes seven hundred ) Dollar offered. Price-performance ratio unfortunately not only with these examples. Trip Island of Saona definitely recommendable.
