A winter sports hotel with an unbeatable price-performance ratio. Great friendly and competent staff. Very good food and beautiful pool/sauna area. All very clean and well-kept. Very pleasant informal atmosphere. The kronplatz by car around 12 to 18 minutes. There is also a ski bus, stop right in front of the hotel. We stayed for the umpteenth time in the hotel Crystal and found it as always super nice. We feel always like at home. Particularly the friendliness opposite both of our small children is super. The food is to a high standard and has us totally good. Also, if the children sometimes 'less spectacular' wanted to eat ( fries, Pasta and so on) these were wishes fulfilled. The family suite is for 4 -headed family large enough and well equipped. Since this year the hotel has a trampoline in the garden is possible, that of course the kids super good arrived. ... The trampoline but it is so, that it the other guests on the terrace hardly disturbed. So: all together highly recommendable! read more

We have been coming for several years gladly again anytime to this hotel. One comes clean and feels at home. The staff are super friendly. The rooms very big and very clean. Our daughter is always completely inspired by the pool. It is everything available. If the ski is, you can directly in the underground garage guest parking and things in the ski cellar bring. The sun terrace invites, the day Revue happen to leave. You will the whole day super catering. You begin with a massive breakfast buffet. The selection is enormous. If the mountain is, there is always ... cakes, soup and fruit in stock. The Salabüfett in the evening is very varied. The choice of the menus great (and for the somewhat smaller there are special wush also Pasta or Schnitzel). It was as always great. Warmth, hospitality, service, food.
