The hotel is a nice small complex on cerf Iceland.
It consists of a main building with about 8 rooms and some superior bungalows.
The pool was small, but sufficient and neat.
Meals are served in the adjacent open building were eaten.
The guest structure was mixed-very few kids.
I have indicated, i the hotel not recommend would: this relates however only on the location and the modest beaches. The hotel itself (room, service, food) was very good! read more

Friendliness is subject from the staff, depending on it may very friendly to unfriendly vary. The staff from the restaurant was always very pleasant. Balcony direct with a view of the sea is super. You can unfortunately not much (to nothing at all) on the island make. Everything costs extra and is also sometimes a bit overpriced. The island is very small, even after demand we got no inselkarte. Snorkeling for the feet, to the st. Anne marine park you can only by boat and the costs extra (not as mostly from the tour operator on the doorstep announced). read more

The hotel is a former coconut farm with 8 rooms in the main building and 4 garden villa. Hotel, garden, pool, and room as a whole rather worn and neglected impression, so lay for example cigarette butts in front of the main entrance. The sun loungers were partially damaged, the cold, the welcome session handtuchrollen smelled very musty. There were all sorts of guests there, in the age, as well as in the nationality. read more

The room is equipped with a double bed, desk with chair, tv, safe, air conditioning, wardrobe and balcony with a sea view and Mahé. The bathroom has a corner bath, toilet and bidet, washbasin and window. Cleanliness was OK, but there are still potential of improvement ( under the bed also times, etc.).
The staff in the restaurant was great ( extremely friendly and accommodating).
The breakfast was okay and delicious (cereals, fresh fruits, pancakes, jams, sausage, cheese, egg dishes after wish freshly prepared, toast, several kinds of tea, milk, coffee).
The dinner is matter of taste. We booked ... half board and were the first three evenings unfortunately no that satisfied: on the first evening there were buffet ( the dishes was ok but unfortunately not to our taste). The following two nights we stayed there was choice of the menus ( each 2 starters and mains, dessert). The food was good, but partly so hot, that you couldn't eat it. On the last two nights the hotel was very empty, so that we a la carte could (pre, main and dessert). Here we were happy.
The garden is beautifully designed (many places to sit). The beach is right on your doorstep ( small however: beach there was only at low tide, it is depending on the season much seaweed washed up.) you can borrow canoes.
The transfer for island Mahé is included. Unfortunately worked it not always that as requested (partly long waiting periods).
If you this hotel bay, you have to realize, that one just a restaurant and no supermarket etc. Available has. The island can only with the hotel-shuttle bus-boat to leave. read more

Were after Praslin and La Dique the last 5 nights on Cerf. To us with a child (13 years) it was rather boring. To the island walking around is not possible. To the other side the island one arrives only over track by the forest, sometimes there were the residents not impressed since everything privately, but tolerated. In the closet there were not a single shelf, just a clothes bar with 5 hangers. Newspapers in the room available, partly very topical of 2008! Safe was only in the closet, was nowhere attached. The bathroom had the toilet-Flushing 5 days continuous ... ( included the night), warm water in the showers was non-existent, despite complaint. Perhaps we had with our room just bad luck, as our 'shower room' on the day of departure outstanding was. Beach only at ebb-tide usable, then however very beautifully. Pool was OK and clean. Food was very good and staff friendly. Through the monopoly of the restaurant however accordingly pricey. Canoe rental is OK but only with little wind recommendable. Cleaning the room was partially to be desired. In our opinion has Cerf nothing of Seychelles-feeling, we would see it as start for the Seychelles vacation recommend for maximum 3 nights. We arranged ourselves to our positive impressions of Praslin and La Dique not to spoil. Have the peace and quiet enjoyed and much reading. read more

Ideal for Srart a Seychelles-journey. Not far from the main island, but completely quiet. Nice hotel with delicious food. Bathing at low tide rather difficult, at high tide the beautiful. Who absolute peace looking for, is right at home here. More than 3 until 4 days I wouldn't recommend it, then continue to the right beautiful Islands ( for example La Digue ). read more

Dreamlike vacation, pure relaxation. Very nice and family-run hotel. We enjoyed the very good food tasty. Great beach- just amazing, we were always alone at the beach. We relaxed very well and would this hotel anytime again. No cars, no hecticness. Whose who want to one can relax with the hotel's own boat twice a day after Mahe( 15 minutes) drive. One day to have we for Mahe inspected and a other day, we were on Pralin and La Digue-everything was from the hotel in consultation with the travel guide organized. In short: anytime again! read more

We had to go to the end of our 3 week trip four nights in l'Habit instrumentation on Cerf island. The hotel is beautifully located directly at South-West beach of Cerf and has a main building and two bungalows. Our room in the main building on the first floor was very good with a very large Loggia and a great view of Mahe. Aircraft noise despite the closeness to the airport there is no: the 3-4 large flights a day. Small local plane flies over Cerf.
In the room there was an air-conditioning (inclusive), a safe, a mini bar (mini ... fridge), a kettle, a hairdryer, a telephone, a television with two TV channels (local television and TV5Monde Afrique) and a DVD player. In the well-kept garden there is a small sweet water swimming pool (about eight times ten meters) with shower, as well as various pavilions and beach chairs (partly with soft cushions). You can also directly in front of the hotel (at low tide) on the beach. Blue beach towels in the room.
The hotel's boat from EDEN Island (Mahe, south of Victoria) and dock at Cerf island smells Habitation directly in front of l' strongly of fuel, and is very limited. You have to collaborate with the boat young, when you want to be, when you went on an excursion in Mahe power. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Luggage is brought to your room from the boat directly (and back at check out!). We felt in the hotel and on the island very safe and even the rooms windows and Loggiatüren always be left open. It was the air conditioning for us totally unnecessary. If we had a room on the ground floor, I don't know, if we would have left a great deal to be done.
The breakfast was served in the buffet time: there is everything, What one needs, also cereals. Sometimes there was porridge or pancakes. Only no yogurt, it is generally not in Seychelles. Dinner from 19. 30 hours was always served was good (starter, main course, dessert, coffee). Was it a good tasty fish, even just a 0815-tuna steak. If you eat for lunch, dinner was perfectly adequate, otherwise only mediocre. About. 17 hours you had to get the starter and main course for this. Other food is relatively expensive in the hotel, for example, 0.75 liter of water cost 35 SR, beer SR 60, fish with fries 175 SR (everything plus 10% service fee, if in the restaurant). Also is a bit negative, as the hotel owner on Friday 25. 02 before eyes of the hotel guests in the restaurant, a casual Champagnerparty (private) for their own guests shouted. Couldn't have to be.
Shops on the island No, so you must bring all of Mahe, what else do you need. The island Cerf is property and several families (compared with La Digue) a bit dirty but, that it was a nature reserve 'Ste Anne marine National park'. Interesting snorkeling you only few places, especially in the south of Cerf, otherwise mostly seaweed growing on sand. So 'Snorkeling around the island' is not recommended. The swim goes well, it is in front of the hotel in the Cerf passage so good no surf. Be careful when swimming: the seaweed was partly many sea urchins, so your feet don't drop into the grass.
You can take one of the hotel's free kayak and paddle around the island. Against the wind around the Northern tip of the island is a bit of a hassle, the rest is easy. You discover the four small islands, of which two (Ile Ronde Ile longue and) currently being built. On the third (Ile atmosphere) you have to pay, if you want to the country. On the fourth (Ile Cachée) except for the beach because you can't enter nature. You find a nice quiet beach on Cerf, just south of the hotel. It is also at low tide on the land within easy reach. You can cross the Cerf island walking on a pretty grown on small mountain path. The beaches of the north-east side are very flat and less interesting. There are huts everywhere. Otherwise, you can get from the hotel boat trips through the national park. Or just excursions on Mahe. read more
