The building is of course impressive and was one of the hauptgruende for our visit. Cleanliness and condition in our opinion spotless.
Our room on the 5. floor had view to the street. It is worthwhile probably, to availability on the side of the river to questions, then is the prospect exciting.
Wifi is for check in guests free of charge.
Unfortunately does not exist really spaces, where you from the higher floors just the views can. This is then directly with a restaurant or bar visit connected. read more

A really impressive contruction and fantastic renovated, the service quality and the value for money fit in no way for a star hotel. We never really felt welcome. The only thing which the ladies at the reception interested in was, whether the credit a sufficient limit narrative. No smiles, no question, whether we have a good journey or for the return trip, wether all to our tastes was. When we at the front desk a table in the italian restaurant reserve wanted, told us the receptionist a short telefonversuch with, that the line is busy and we ourselves to the ... 29. floor for a resrvation request should go. The go for a 5 star hotel simply not and is also in no way my ideas and requirements, particularly the rates be higher. In the lobby we had to wait for the waitress to pay our coffee waiting, these chatting with the bartender. The hotel staff is clearly not clear, that staff are and the guest in the center of the attention is. And not at all my expectations the appearance of the ladies in the 'royal wellness club'. Also here there was no greeting, no smile, only the stroppy announcement on the first day, my son and i were too late would come, since the club was until 24:00 o'clock open, a inlet after 23:00 o'clock but no more into question is (we simply wanted to swim a few laps). On the next day then (we arrived now rather) the unfriendly message, that children under 14 years not permitted are (we had the hotel especially because of of the pool for my son and it was when booking not told, nor on the first evening to). On 3. evening then the clear message, that i have to hurry would, as you to 23,30 already closing would. Somehow we felt always than requestor and took the behavior of the coworkers very arrogant true. I am very much in top hotels on the way, but this hotel we can't recommend. There is in Moskau quite better alternatives. Only positive exception management and the quality of the Mercedes bar, very friendly, efficient and pleasant. The rooms are generously and elegant furnished, disadvantage here, the windows do not open and you are constantly on the air conditioning rely on. Breakfast buffet was rather average, not on 5 star level. read more

Radisson royal is its reopening one of the best hotels in the city (beside the park Hyatt, Ritz Carlton & Kempinski schug baltvilla). It was/is of course very much worth on the smallest details, the service was almost perfect. The rooms (or the whole house) are in a very classic style equipped, the pool is almost Olympic proportions. The centre close location and the Moscow metro (station Kievskaya, about seven minutes footpath) round the throughout positive impression. Our room had an average size of 25 m ² about, with amazing views of the Moscow centre. We are looking forward to ... our next stay. read more
