We have been coming already for think 2009 every year for 2 weeks to the hotel and i think it super.
The animation is varied and beautifully decorated.
The entertainers animate a to do something but are not too obtrusive.
The shows evenings are always super and interesting.
While some animators were not so good german, but they tried it and if you don't understands try it in english with hands and feet.
The dj Ali spoke very well german, (i think) and is always fun and helpful if you for example have any questions.
Overall the hotel is super ..., the furnishing is adequate and clean and the animation is great. I had other hotels where the entertainers always in a bad mood were.
I hope i am this year again there. read more

The waiters in the main restaurant are extremely unfriendly and unattentive. Thick tips help there also not.

Never again in the first days the swimming pool and the slides not be used, because there was no water in the pool was. After multiple ask when the pool filled received only the statement 'soon'. The pool bar at the large pool area was a week not open, the other only from 10 to 16 o'clock, to 3 days was the pool filled and the slides opened for 2 hours on the day. The beach was very dirty, everywhere cigarette stub lay, plastikreste, garbage and things like that. The cleanliness in the room and in the bathroom could be ... better, all complaints at the front desk were repelled and not react. The mini bar you had to fill up. The food was a catastrophe, either unseasoned, raw, tastes like sea water or spicy, the selection of food was bad every day there was the same, the leftovers were processed to ragout or salad. At all no variation, the only thing which you could eat were fries, pizza and desserts. We have several days stomach had, our summary never again this hotel! read more

For the 7 time in 4 years we visit this hotel. Every time we have a fantastic vacation there and we enjoy of the fantastic food with many choices, the very friendly people and our nice room that is cleaned every day. With a choice of 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool and the beach near the garden, there's a place to relax for everyone. We have already take several family-member with us and they have all enjoy there vacation. We planned to visit Caribbean World Djerba again in november! read more

A large, older, but admirable renovated hotel with a friendly staff, always helpful, interessiertem staff (animation desk), very detailed, but not too luxurious food. A rich quality. Bespaßungsmöglichkeiten (for all ages ) around the hour. Beach directly at the hotel with a large garden, three great pools and various other extra for children, as well as an indoor pool. Spa is not cheap, but recommended. The hotel is completely suitable for a great vacation! We would gladly come again:-) read more

Typical do it. Four stars-strandhotel, for a one week beach holiday very convenient; german. Speaking staff; gardens exotically furnished, directly at the beach; large three portioned swimmingpoollandschaft including a heated seawater pool zuzzügl. Heated seawater indoor pool chairs and umbrellas at pool and beach included; towels gg. Deposit; locally gg. Fee: billiards, gym and spa everything else - also table tennis and Tennis - inclusive! Multilingual animation team, partly very annoying (Joe, Sam) - however good daily program: walking, aqua gymnastics, in the indoor swimming pool, aerobics, darts, mini-golf, pool games, arabian dance, beach volleyball, soccer to the evening show; ... with team leader Ali you can very constructive speak, tried hard and his team for the happiness of the guests! Rooms renovated with hair dryer, (stocked) refrigerator, change of towels every day and qualified cleaning-the cleaning lady has really Dinar tip them, they made a bloody good and reliable job! All-inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (everything in buffet form), as well as snacks (pancakes) also all drinks, except at night in the disco! Two theme restaurants in the klubanlage available (but i not visited); thursday (in the afternoon) and friday (morning) market in the circa 5 kilometer away mimoun -with straßentaxi for 3 Dinar =1,50 Euro easy to reach; 1/2-hour camel ride at the beach 10 €; all in all a nice relaxing (Kar-) week with daily average 25 degrees! read more

Value for money okay. A disaster: there is a german speaking animation team: great!
And a private for the franz. Guests. The service was just bad. In the sole open bar was absolutely mad.
Only noise loud disco and children's entertainment. The same 4 times a day at the outdoor swimming pools. Also at the beach

No very new hotel, but lovingly renovated. A beautiful lobby, unfortunately in the winter months not really use, because it very drafty and cold. On the gallery you can better sit, there is but also a bit isolated from the hotel life.
Our room was wonderful. Nice large and furnished nicely. The mattresses a little hard, but everything was really very clean and tidy. Regular change of towels and bedlinen and also otherwise everything was clean.
The food was ok, although the choice was rather repetitive. The best part was the dessert buffet.
It was really a dream, every day ... on the new just delicious.
The complete staff was very friendly and gave themselves all trouble the guests a lovely stay to prepare. We have the vacation enjoyed and will certainly again. read more

It was a great vacation, the hotel is very clean, our room was very thoroughly cleaned.
The food was good, is however unfortunately somewhat lukewarm, but you can in a microwave the food warm.
This is just as well, with a buffet.
The waiters are very friendly.
The spa area leaves unfortunately to be desired.
You have 2 indoor swimming pools, the was very good.
You should the area beautiful make, suitable for not at all to the remaining
Ambience from the hotel.
On the right side and the new year's eve feast were very nice, the gave really much ... trouble.
As it is a 5-course menu gave, and we a vegetariarin us, we were immediately a vegetarian food prepared.
We were apart from that very satisfied, will again for the next christmas holidays 2013 book. read more

The hotel is ok. The staff are friendly and helpful. What i didn't like, the always understated becoming traders. We are, only, because we do not want to buy, from the beach salesmen but also fom the vendors in the souk in medoun as bastards and stinker dubbed have been. Probably noticed, without provoking! The newly won freedom of some of vendors mistaken. The tourist is not a fair game and must be of state Tunisia protected! read more

The hotel is in a reasonable condition. Not too big and everything was well arranged. Cleanliness of the room was okay, whereby the daily cleaning was outstanding.
Guest structure was mixed. About 50 percent of the guests were retirees and the other half had all ages. Roughly were 60% of the guests french, 30% germans and the remainder of italians, dutchmen and scandinavians.
Wi-fi only in the lobby and free of charge. Safety deposit box for a fee. read more

A beautiful, clean facilities, with clean pools and a beautiful sandy beach.
Food was very diverse and tasty.

In general the hotel is very nice-) first we have a rather bad room but demand a new room to we got a much more beautiful with a pool view have-) the staff are very friendly always in a good mood and there is no verständnissprobleme (almost all very good German). And as a tip: always some tip give, then the staff is much friendly and the housemaid perhaps already in advance the tips give, so was our room much beautiful presented and clean-) during the day there are a lot of animations (there is something for ... everyone ) evenings it is for teenagers a bit boring.
The pool is clean and the beach also, only sometimes a bit many seaweeds but be removed. There are very many possibilities for recreation within and outside of the hotel.
There is a wide variety of eat and there is something for everyone there, however everyone's you often not everything. The drinks are reasonable some of the for example from such machines are taste unfortunately no that great however the beverages from the bottles can one well drink.
But overall: a very lovely vacation!-) read more
