This is an absolutely amazing hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and professional, nothing is too much trouble. Our rooms were spacious, well equipped with plenty of storage space, very nice bathroom toiletries, and complimentary soft drinks in the room's minibar. We also had nice balconies with comfortable seating. I doubt it's possible to find another hotel anywhere that offers a choice of four mattresses. My mattress was so good I have bought a similar one for home. The food is of outstanding quality and there is a huge choice. The children could order anything they wanted and the drinks ... are very reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard. The spa is also superb - the warm outdoor pool with its own massage jets is a delight after a days skiing and there are various fragrance filled steam rooms, plunge pools, and relaxation rooms to enjoy along with the complimentary organic fruit juices of varying flavours. We could ski almost right back to the hotel in early April and with snow at resort level a second run takes you almost into the hotel carpark. The ski bus also runs from right outside the front door. As a conference organiser who stays in quality hotels for several weeks a year this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in and we have already booked again for December. read more

Great hotel, service and the facilities were excellent. Well situated with a ski bus directly outside the door, uplift 200m walk and a ski run (39a) back to the hotel car park. Food was a highlight with great choice at breakfast, extensive afternoon tea and a flexible gourmet menu choice in the evening. The hotel was full but the service was prompt and the staff were brilliant - especially with the teenage eating requirements! The room (Reiterkogel) was spacious, clean, quiet and very well equipped. You can even choose between 4 types of mattress! The spa facilities were very well ... maintained and and coped well with the numbers, you could always find a time when it wasn't so busy. The heated outdoor pool and steam room were especially appreciated after a day on the slopes. Simply a great week and excellent value for money. This is our second visit and we have already booked again for next season. We have visited the resort for 15 years + but the Theresia Gartenhotel is absolutely the best quality, service and value for money hotel we have found. read more

    Pure luxury, but pleasant and not intrusive. Huge, modern suite, nice uneinsehbarer balcony towards the west with afternoon sun and nice view. In the suite was a lot of wood maltese. Soft drinks in the minibar are included. Who on vacation gladly watched tv, this on two flat-screen televisions to do, from the bed or the sofa. Have this never used. Very quiet room. Nice new bed with a comfortable mattress. Spacious bathroom with a tub and a separate shower, as well as under-floor heating. Separate toilet.

    Very nice spa on many floors. Sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, aromatic baths, jacuzzi. A small area, directly in the spa, nice, i think the ' ruhepyramide', a kinderfreier conservatory area with large chairs and plenty of natural light for relaxing. Small, but fine indoor swimming pool, in the before breakfast already a few laps. Great outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub. In the peak season, this is in the late afternoon sometimes busy, the long opening hours (spa and outdoor pools 11-20 hours, ruhepyramide and indoor pool 7-24 hours) possible but enough time for relaxation, in case of bad weather in principle the whole day.

    On the edge of Hinterglemm, somewhat remote from the apres ski hustle. Nevertheless quite central. A nice hiking trail, the directly in front of the hotel starts, run a by the saalach river along in about 10 minutes to the center from Hinterglemm, to saalbach it takes about 45 minutes the road direction Hinterglemm leads right on the hotel past, in the rooms in the Theresia west is absolutely nothing to hear. The ski bus stops right on the doorstep, a drag lift as access to the ski area is about 150 meters away. With sufficient snow conditions, generally until early march, could ski up to the front door funky are.

We felt at home and did not know, what better would be. The room was not very big, but perfectly adequate, we booked the day before our journey the only free room and were the size of the room explicitly pointed out. The mattresses in the room were excellent. The food was wonderful, varied, skilfully prepared and to both, palate and eye a delight. The large lifts are not in front of the house, but the ski bus, the distance to the lifts irrelevant power, the exit with ski can be directly to the hotel be made. A future saalbach ... holiday we surely again in the Theresia Gartenhotel. read more

We agree with the very good reviews of the hotel Theresia only agree, everything was perfect organized, our room was spacious, partly tastefully modernised, the food especially good, easy, great selections, the spa nice, the location -, although not directly on the ski lift-but very practically, because the ski bus stopped in front of the door, one with the skiers directly to the hotel leave can-and we had our dog with you from the car park walk walks along the river, without traffic, to the place make can. The staff was friendly to very friendly and helpful, the owners also ... especially nice and welcoming. The only - further below-negative review of the hotel and especially of the kitchen cannot the hotel Theresia apply, that is certainly a mistake before! We will definitely like to come again - also in the summer with the many moving possibilities would certainly be a great way! read more

We have a really great and relaxing vacation in the Theresia Gartenhotel spent. The staff was very friendly and exceptionally good our ' small ' cared. %blank% the breakfast buffet, as well as the dinner menu was excellent - especially the silvestergalamenü. Because of the advanced half board you can after skiing comfortable in the lobby coffee drink and cake buffet spoil. The wellness facilities are also very positively mentioned should be and a bonus of the hotel is, that both skiing school, as well as ski rental in the home are available. The Theresia Gartenhotel in Hinterglemm is fully recommendable: after a week skiing vacation we are in the best way recovered returned. Starting with the location: the station from the ski bus directly in front of the house, the first lift in two minutes walking distance. The service: attentive, but never obtrusive, and always friendly. Us it tasted very good, the drink we found in the wine list excellent and have highly advised. In the room there were alcohol-free free. To several km of slopes - the ski area saalbach -Hinterglemm is not straight small relaxed we us in the outdoor ... pool or -jacuzzi, before it to brew in the indoor -wellness area went. In short: simply nicer. Other guests, with us there were, have to of the child care romanticized, also the children itself. The hotel is for us a example but, that child friendliness and offers for ruheuhe searching not exclude each other must. read more

The hotel is overall reasonable. For a 4-star superior hotel the food was absolutely below average. Hardly a selection at the buffet. 3 time in the evening eingerollten kalbsrücken or pork loin. We were 2012 as a couple already the 2. time in this hotel and can only recommend it - perfect for a week skiing holiday with plenty of wellness to connect! The staff keeps quiet and polite in the background, but always available, if you need anything. All wishes were immediately cared for and should once for example with the evening menu (at least 3 menus to the selection) nothing for everyone, which tasted, so you can also at any time on the flexibility of the kitchen include. We have always the season avoided, so the facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, massage. ...) Almost alone available were. Children, child care busy, adults by the fireplace in the lobby and a lovely barman. Links the ski area: if lots of snow located there, one could by tow lift in 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel directly at the large 'drive', if not enough know from the sky was, then can one from a ski bus, the directly in front of the hotel a bus stop and all 20-30 minutes, comfortable to Hinterglemm to the main gondola-lifts bring. read more

Were this season the 2. time in the Theresia and were all around satisfied. The food is amazing and the child care so, that the children no more back. The spa area is generous and very clean. A real highlight is the outdoor swimming pools \u263a The staff were always friendly and accommodating. We can absolutely recommend and we'll gladly next season! read more

Very pleasant hotel with great rooms. Very clean and classy furnished big room, baths and spa. Jacuzzi and swimming pool in the outdoor area in the middle of in the snow - a special treat! Breakfast buffet with fish and freshly prepared egg dishes. For what not on the buffet is, depends on order from of the kitchen! Afternoon cake buffet and, especially the delicious warm soup pot for not 'so sweet'! Guest structure was international, it mingles' young and old ', children and babies didn't disturb us-they are covered by the intensive care and the sensitive service to be ... involved. read more

    Great very good designed room mostly with wooden floors. Furniture are new or were constantly renewed. Tv with a large flat screen tv, suites additionally with a computer, everywhere else free internet access (in the entire hotel). Nice with furniture equipped balcony. Minibar with free, daily freshly nachgefüllten non-alcoholic drinks. Telephone. Toilet and bath are separated, very clean! Hair dryer and various gear (free of charge) available. Bathrobe and slippers are available free of charge available. To weight control is also a Waage in the bathroom!

    There were three restaurants, bar and lobby with fireplace. The quality and quantity of the food was excellent, i especially want to point out the weekly gala dinner and especially the christmas dinner stress. You could here especially the high quality the products say, the in the kitchen processing and with a lot of love on the table %blank%. Cleanliness and hygiene nim restaurant are exemplary. The food is typical of the country but also internationally, whether italian or asian, everything from of the kitchen has level. Atmosphere is very pleasant, the prices in particular the prices a drink the level of the hotel, are not covered.

    The staff at the hotel, to the cleaning maids are very friendly. Foreign languages are not a problem. Service and the staff the front desk spoke several foreign languages-the house's manager! Room cleaning was done very carefully and fits the needs of the guests at. Child care is oblilgatorisch, also in the evening at the meal times the adults/parents. With complaints sird very sensitive handled and will be taken care of immediately.

    It is its own ski and snowbordschule available. Kids club, kids care were available. In the winter there is next to the indoor swimming pool and sauna/steam rooms/ aromagrottenbereich also a heated jacuzzi and a heated swimming pool in the open available.

    The hotel is located in a very quiet area, the optimal traffic connections. Ski bus or bus stop in front of the house. Access to the ski circus is also the door from possible, likewise, the ski slope ends there. Shopping is both in saalbach, as well as in hinteglemm possible-very exclusive shops.

We were in the week before christmas in 'Theresia' and the time very much... We were also very easy \u263a... It is a really great hotel, where everyone at its expense... The food is magnificent and very varied, the child care from our past experience unique, the wellness area have we enjoyed! Everyone, the 'Theresia' works, was very friendly and accommodating. The extremely positive impression from September 2011 ( comparison detailed review) has again confirmed. The complete staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, even special wishes ( for example dessert except for the row during dinner, Recipes) were gladly and promptly fulfilled. Also in puncto cleanliness and size/ furnishing of the rooms is it purely at all nothing to fault. To 9 days vacation in Theresia we were deep relaxed and already looking forward to a new stay. read more
