For families totally relaxing and enjoyable, even for singles very suitable, if no nightlife upgrades. The service cannot be topped, absolute top class. The kindness and mentality of the locals is remarkable and adorable. I am just totally pleased and will furthermore to this hotel travel and recommend it. From the cleaning staff on the service section to serviceverantwortlichen are the employees efficient and accommodating. Price-good value staff were mostly friendly, problem the room service didn't work, even after complaints was tidy, but in a quality with 5 stars absolutely nothing to do ' has. The room staff is not at all have been trained and this is reflected here then again, the young girls are not in a position a bed reasonable to prepare. The food was very monotonous, perhaps at the end of the season are like. And repairs poor running. It is a great shame so a beautiful hotel not really is maintained. Broken toilet seats and other details as the ceiling ... hanging downlights are not repaired, in our room the sicherungsverteilung had no cover, so the danger is, in Germany unthinkable. However all in all a great hotel really recommendable 100% satisfaction it will for this price not. All in all it was great. Just a pity it probably in 3A 4 years in this maintenance not be so. read more

The hotel itself is large and well done. Everything new. The rooms are well furnished only the bathroom is very small. The mattresses were rock hard. I woke up early every morning with back pain \u263a only, because the mattresses longer should select one unfortunately a scrap from! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were okay. But you could evenings more selection of meat may have. Guest structure: no russians! More from Bulgaria and Romania and locals tourist. read more

    Size of the room ok! Bath too small! State ok! Coffee machine or kettle there are not! At the hygiene and cleanliness must really urgently what change.     A main restaurant, snack bar and 3 à la carte restaurant. Quality and quantity is mid-range. As already mentioned cleanliness stands in this hotel completely in the back on the list. The food is good only if you outside seated and then to dessert etc. Get up must, you really don't want this long way again and again to walk.

    Service I can unfortunately not evaluate because it was not! Self service everywhere in the hotel, whether mornings, lunch or evenings... Not even evenings at the pool bar if one it comfortable to make wants. The beverages to yourself. Respect: from o'clock one pays also here the beverages! Really embarrassing for A five star hotel... Rather short before 23 o'clock the whole table full of drinks and good! Otherwise you pay for a draught efes beer 11 tl so about 5 €... I want to me vodka etc. Not imagine how expensive they were. Cleanliness it is right at the back on the list! The rooms were never cleaned properly and the toilets by the pool or lobby area were always dirty! Mini club was ok, if the anil ( entertainer) not there would be, it would also have been bad. Foreign languages, I can unfortunately not judge since I myself spoke turkish can...

    Access to the internet is here really bad. I believe that only the lobby good access has otherwise nowhere! Stayed in the pool area we not at all, when I consider the hygiene combined will I not at all imagine how it with the pool appears. Beach as also said no sand but gravel!     The distance to the beach is ok, only when we at the beach were, we were really only once shocked. We had this dotel extra because of the beach and sandy beach selected had. You get only gravel no sand! 100 meters away is a public beach section, exceptionally beautiful and only sand. In the hotel are the shops really good also in terms of value for money ok. Entertainment possibilities there is nothing nearby. Since you have to drive to altinkum drive. Is also not so far.

Initially we got a garden room, although we this not had ordered after some back and forth we were allowed on the next day finally in our reserved rooms in the hotel. The hotel complex is somewhat remote of didim in a very quiet location right by the sea. You can tell, that here the tourism slow tried, to. The complex itself is nice and spacious. Very worth mentioning is the large pool. Nevertheless, that the hotel first for 2 years was open, one recognizes already several wear marks, which with a few handrails repair may, if you wanted to. The hygiene is in general reasonable, only in our room ( and probably also with other guests) was lacking it totally with the thoroughness. In the bathroom was, if at all, very ... superficially cleaned. The mirror was always dirty. The room itself is functional. Absolutely bad was the fact that the balkonverglasung and also the balcony door only so before dirt burst with. It managed nobody, this in 14 days only once to clean. The breakfast and the dinner buffet shine with a service, which we could not expecting. The fruits were slightly angschimmelt in the bowls. The abendlcihe kitchen tasted unfortunately always something bland and looked partly very carelessly from. We would have more turkish cuisine desired. But the east european clientele, which also here massive introduction holds, wishes this is probably not. Is absolutely bad the coffee! And the in Turkey. Coffee machines alla treppenhauskantine with großfirmen the 70. Years and a broth, the only very away a bit with coffee had to do. But you could the good turkish change tea. read more

    The size of the room is sufficient. In the bathroom were the grouting on the shower after about 2 years moldy and partly torn. The furnishings corresponds to the standard, air conditioning tv ( unfortunately only ZDF and RTL-Switzerland), mini bar are available. In the all inclusive is every day a bottle of water includes. Unfortunately cooperatives the maid not, in the fridge to please. The cleanliness left, as at other point, very to be desired. Between bed and armchair was a zerbröselter cookie from the previous guests. Probably these as also today yet. Here gape claim and reality very far apart. Here I would a 2a three stars-level speak.

The first of these is a fischrstaurant, a typically turkish restaurant and to the other a Italian ristorante. However as mentioned, one has this right only once. After we have decided, we reported us two days in advance. The realization that it was, that you also has the right, this restaurants to avoid. It make the same chefs as in the looks after very strongly of a cafeteria reminding restaurant. We were very glad, that the weather was always so good, our dinner in the open to enjoy. The quality of the dishes I already mentioned above. One regains in principle always something, but overall corresponds the buffet and the production is not a 5-star sign. The atmosphere had always something hectic and you had to sometimes his plate with a knife and fork against early clearing defend. Also here is in things service solid training needs. The boys at the bars were however in a very good mood and made some fun with. This made up for a lot.

    Let's start with the cleaning staff. As already mentioned above, would be a urgently training in things cleanliness necessary. The planless herumputzen on the complex is not comprehensible. It is so, as wool with a cloth a complete beer garden clean. That is unacceptable. The staff in the bars and in the dining room is always endeavors, to do everything correctly. Unfortunately is durhc the all inclusive-character and the fact, that one drinks itself at the bar must get, to the pure table clearing service downgrades. Here would be the hotel management good advices, this concept to be reconsidered. Linguistic problem there was no. Either somewhat German or then englscih. One comes through always.

    Who wanted, was the whole day long entertained. The entertainment hard-working itself always. On the other hand one was but also left alone and not forced, on a sporty event to participate. , if one this did not want. If you wanted to have peace, enjoys easy the beach. The loungers with auflgen were available in sufficient number available. The hotel offers in the entire area free wi-fi to, which I personally very pleasant and economically found.     The hotel has ünber a private beach, so always ensured, that you a shady place got. A place anytime, as it also today still very many tourist make, is absolutely unnecessary. To the next place (altinkum or didim) you can take the Dolmuş. Stops directly in front of the hotel and cost 80 cents per person. Shopping nearby is not. However as mentioned; with the Dolmuş in the place and there is then also shopping or, on the promenade of altinkum, party alla Ballermann announced. If you like it... The transfer from Izmir takes about two hours. Excursions you can take the tour operator right at the hotel book. The hotel is beautiful designed, by the way is the size of the building not so prominent in the eye. The staff are friendly, a few speak English, which very helpful is. At the front desk speaks a Mr German! The pool area is great, the atmosphere a bit tacky (changing color lighting of the pool and the palms was absolutely superfluous). For our taste the cleanliness to be desired ( tables in the dining room, toilet-installations etc.). It can around the hour eating, for us not necessary, but of course a great offer. The way from Bodrum airport ... is relatively far. Our summary: the hotel we can actually recommend, but our holidays surely not spend there. read more

An excellent hotel! I was rarely in a hotel, at the same time first class service and competence, high comfort, as well as a nice hotel so united. Great hotel! All rooms with a fantastic view of the sea! For five people maybe a bit too small family rooms. Nice hotel with big pool, bathing shoes at the beach recommendable. The food was always very good and above all varied, the staff always friendly. read more

The rooms in the hotel were nicely furnished but the cleaning was very the beach towels we had to yourself the beds were only partially made. The mini bar was only filled with water and one had to also fill. The breakfast was always the same and the coffee you had to as in a factory from the vending machine. Lunch and dinner was also always the same, the food was very path. Pool, outdoor area and sanitärlagen were neglected. Stay away from hair salon if you have a deadline absagt you insulted! read more

The hotel is very clean however the service is very bad as well as the entertainment the largest unerschämtheit but was just a small bottle of water in the minibar.     Too few closets for family with 3 children. Family room are with a balcony and everything view of the sea. Mini bar only 1 bottle flat water nothing else. So in this case you can't mini bar talk. Building is new, but not well cleaned. No idea from the cleaning.

    Everything unhygienic! Sometimes also nasty. The plates were really dirty. Even if it enough food, we didn't afterwards. Since no clean dishes! It was also much saved. In any case no 5 stars! We have four star hotels had, the really vieellbessseerr were.

    Staff are friendly but unfortunately no experience. Are mostly students the season work. Everywhere not enough staff. At the dinner the richtih sweated. Rooms were unfortunately not correctly cleanly made. We have tolerated with tips also try, unfortunately the cleaning ladies have no idea from the cleaning. On mini club I would my children not to have been adopted. 2 children are gone. It was panic! But then again, found. Children are simply run away. If something is not in order, will be charged complaints. Just so there's it!

    It is directly at the beach. However at the beach bathing shoes announced. Small pebbles the right hurts. In the sea were fish the bite and rock. So nothing with children! To the airport Bodrum/ milas einundhalbe hour drive. To to buy one must with the Dolmuş after altinkum drive. Directly in front of the hotel enter 5 to 10 minutes drive.

Really great hotel, very clean and modern air-conditioned room respectively decor. Feel good factor very high. Big beautiful pool. Great animation. The food was great. Especially was Alper Alkan from the Gastrelation very helpful and spoke German language perfectly, so us with questions always there to help. read more
