We, 6 young people, were middle September in this hotel. Bulgaria is a very interesting country, the beach and the sea were also nice, but the hotel was a catastrophe. The room was only moderately cleaned, that means it was limited to, that the cleaning staff the bed made and garbage bin emptied. After we tip gave, after 6 days also the floors were swept. At the beds one saw already the dowels and we were wondering but, if this beds stable. The mounting on the bathtub was also not correctly fastened. At the front desk few could speak English ... and bulgarian we could unfortunately not \u263a. The food wasn't very delicious. The offer was not very varied and our 2. Day of vacation was the feta cheese spoiled-> then told us the manager, that you in Bulgaria so would eat, but on the next day was the feta completely normal. The entertainment program had in the low season also no more desire to do something - > only after our travel guide complained. And the all inclusive program were as alcoholic beverages only the national drinks, but these tasted nothing special. We felt in this hotel not as guests felt, because on saturday evening we sat at: o'clock in the lobby bar, as the bar staff and the cleaning lady the chairs hochstellten, seating crazy and with strong chlorhaltigem cleaner the lobby bar deseamed-without having to inform! We then just made till the flight. In this hotel there are too many shortcomings and it deserves definitely not worth stars! Because we and the hotel Kaliakra in albena and this had 4 star rating. read more

    Lies directly at the beach. One drives one hour by bus to the airport. Is a pure urlauberort, the in the low season but hardly more offers ->Midget golf was already closed and the lunapark. With the hired car( very cheap) you can the area explore.

The hotel has from the cleanliness and interior 2 star not more! Food was good, but you had to lots of dishes spice. The pool great and the beach also. Albena has nothing. read more

We were with small children there and are very disappointed. The restaurant was only over stairs reachable, with baby carriage or wheelchair no chance. In the lobby open outlets. The staff speaks neither German nor English. The entertainers have only table tennis played. Although enough children were there, was not children's entertainment there. The toilets were very dirty and broken. The food was everyday the same. read more

    Room was very small and run down. The eingandgtür was ferbogen. The babezimmer very dirty, the cover slope down. The shower had no stoeples, but only a lattice in the tiles, it was never cleaned when we kammenwar it was dirty.

    At the beach there were many sporting activities which one pay had. In the hotel there was no children's entertainment, show or sport, although it loud catalogue. The entertainers have only every day table tennis played. Loungers for end of September were enough there. At the beach beach chairs included. Pool was dirty with black stains. There was only souvenir shops in town.

    Albena is a pure tourist village, for Bulgaria very expensive. We had to for example for 10 minutes bouncy castle 5 lewa cost 2,50 Euro pay. The beach is very clean and nice. I would at the beach horse riding recommend, in reiding club you can for the good price kept horses borrow. Else you can take bicycle the area for. You can eat the pirate ship is a very nice.

It is OK, but not great. Give a tip not if you were satisfied, but so that one noticed at all. Loungers there was more than enough and the middle August. Environment and beach are nice. Our family room was by the size and location great and above all very quiet! The animation is weak, otherwise one is permanently by some photographer troubled. Eating and drinking oK, you just had to the tablecloth itself change. If the predecessors a ketchupverschmiertes tablecloth left, wipes the waiter at best a couple more remainder fries on the floor and set fresh cutlery back. ... Great the many possibilities to do water sports at the beach to a attractive price. All together: we will be back, if the hotel renovated and a new leadership gets. read more

Well worth to go to Albena and Laguna beach! Lovely Hotel, right on the beach, frendli and helpfull staf.Food was lovely and animation staff diid a great job.Had a lovely rest as after 23 p.m is very quiet.A lot of shops and restaurants to choose from. You can enjoy variety of activities and holiday Rep was very good.Good medical care close by. read more

The pool was great, the furnishing of the rooms older, but really OK. In the bathroom the shower curtain not much, I the bathroom for the first time directly underwater set. In the bar area are too few toilets, they were then partly not very pleasant. The animation was class and the staff very friendly! The food is more focused on the major guests from Romania and Bulgaria, I nevertheless always found something, what I liked! Altogether a really great holiday read more

The staff's hospitality uS especially noticed. In all areas ( pool, restaurant, beach, bar) One was always good mood and very hard. For dinner played always life two musicians, which is very well-intentioned was, but unfortunately way too loud. In the restaurant are unfortunately the Romanians and Russians something very negative, as German standards no behavior at the table have (the plates and tables load full and then the half tried leave, etc.) read more

For a family with smaller children the hotel is recommendable. The employees are friendly. During our stay ( Month July/August) were many Bulgarians, Romanians and Russians in the hotel complex in the hotel. We have not found that a drawback. The guests were friendly and there were no problems. The reservation of the loungers by the pool was annoying. But this happens in most hotels. For a family with interest in beach vacation this is recommendable. read more

The hotel location is really good. Two minutes… and you are on the beach. There are a lot of shopping facilities in the area. Playgrounds are very nice. The swimming pool is well taken care of. The design of the hotel is nice. Every room has a balcony and you can enjoy the view of the sea. The rooms are well equipped (good furniture,mini bar,TV, air conditioning,telephone,bathroom). The hotel restaurant is quite large and has an open terrace. The quality and quantity of food and drinks are excellent. Many thanks to friendly and smiling Dissislava Lilova ... and efficient Iliyan Iliev !They try hard to make you feel happy and comfortable. And I should say that the staff is very good. Almost all of them speak English. Special thanks are to Ivelina Alexandrova! She seems to be everywhere keeping everything under control. She is friendly and helpful and very efficient. I would like to wish them the best in everything they do. The hotel is very popular and I got the impression that its popularity is rising. You can see people from many countries. Should I be asked if my family and I would spend holiday in Laguna Beach again I would immediately say YES !!! read more

The hotel has an excellent and interesting design; everywhere you look you find only very clean places(the swimming pools too). Every room has balcony and if you're lucky it may be to the seaside. They offer extremly good services (I had all inclusive on a very good price). You can meet a lot of german, russian, romanian and so on tourists. You may spend the most splendid sunset in the roses-garden of the hotel or on the nearby beach. read more

    The restaurant is located in a large space and has an opend terrace too from where you can see swimming pools and the sea. Quality and quantity of food and drinks are excellent - you can taste traditional foods and also mediterranean menus, especially very good tasty fishes .     You can meet only friendly and smiling staff; almost all speak english. Rooms are very clean with very good additional services. Your complaints are rapidly handled.

    Leisure activities are very good; especially, I want to mention the animation team. The only one problem is the internet access: you must to pay for 14 leva (for one week),but the wireless zone is only near recetion, in the room the signal strenght is very low or totaly missed.

    You can say that the hotel is almost on the beach; a big city with airport, Varna is not far away. You have a lot of shopping facilities. Don't miss to visit the castle of Balchik, an extremly nice place.

I am already often in albena, it is in the last few years nothing. The hotels only poorly maintained, is constantly somewhere a bit broken. The Laguna Beach is as well as laguna mare and laguna garden a hotel which now 40 years and several times reconditioned. The staff are terribly cares for the guests, yet, what should the staff if the management of albena nothing is done to a certain standard. A great shame actually, because the place is albena very nice, very green and extremely many plantings. The beach is wonderful. Also are the prices in the last ... few years always increased further, which in no relation to the old hotels. For the prices you can now in a star hotel in Turkey stay. I like Bulgaria very, but you have to do something for the vacationers. My friends and i drive this year, after 12 years the first time where else to go. read more

otherwise more and more tourist so it was nice there. it was so great. Directly at the ocean, everything was clean, nice Staff, really nice Lifeguard, was very afterwards the pool always clean is, and was always on the spot. We had a great room with a view of the sea. Before the balcony door a gauze-door, we have nowhere had. The quality of the pool was good. we were up end of September, was very relaxing, not so much action. But it is 28,09. Really quick all over, it closes hotel and several shops. Weather it was so ... wonderfully genau'so like the water. Directly at the ocean, everything was clean, nice Staff, really nice Lifeguard, was very afterwards the pool always clean is, and was always on the spot. We had a great room with a view of the sea. Before the balcony door a gauze-door, we have nowhere had. The quality of the pool was good. we were up end of September, was very relaxing, not so much action. But it is 28,09. Really quick all over, it closes hotel and several shops. Weather it was so wonderfully genau'so like the water. We are actually more or less satisfied been. But unfortunately has this hotel at cleanliness, some catch up on. Also with the food, it was not the outstanding, starve you had to not. As pure beach vacation with children (2 and 10 years) it was OK. The hotel is directly at the beach ( sharpened), the pool area is huge, and there were several playgrounds and many Kinderspielattraktionen, as well as options for shopping, bars and restaurant in the immediate proximity. The place Albena is a pure tourist- and tourist place. But unfortunately was in the hotel the friendliness the employees not so pleasant and the food we had after a week full, it repeated anytime again. In the comparison in addition we felt in Turkey like in cockaigne. But compare you should ... not. Our room was four of us also very, very closely, but we were only for sleeping therein. Since then you should in this hotel but a family room book (where you 2 rooms with connecting door gets). Yes, we can recommend the Hotel Laguna beach, you shouldn't have high expectations have. read more

The hotel is simply genial, especially also for children and the beach is only 150 metres away really. The food is simply genial says it is nothing there for him then I would like to see what the people eat at home. It is even a children's buffet where even for babies is also what everyone. read more

After my marvelous vacation in this in June 08 I do not know formerly beautiful hotel, why it came in such a manner down in so short time. In the room curtain down cleverly, mini bar door torn off, 1 wobbly leg at the bed, chair nearly falls apart. Sheets are replaced for lack of normal size by transverse putting of 2 cradle sheets. A group Russian owners of dog from pc. Petersburg traveled with a “Dogbus” for 3 days to to a Hundeshow to Dobrich. On the rooms because of during the day the partly locked up dogs much ... Gebell. In the neighbor room a complete dog salon “was installed”: Shears, wash, dry. Nothing for asthmatics or Tierhaarallergiker! Excluding Eastern Bloc guests! Personnel in September completely understaffed. Deutschkentnisse DS of staff equal ZERO. On the terrace rainwater gutter of full cigarette dumps and meal remainders bekleckerte with material referred chairs. Under no circumstances to recommend despite the supersituation! read more
