The room was great nice and much gro 0, on 2 floors. Unfortunately, there was on the 2. floor only 2 beds - that means. No shelve space (we had a bedside table from bottom upward) and no light. There was only a lamp in the stairwell. The complex is basically super nice, unfortunately not held. It is not enough, a außenmäuerchen fresh blue to paint. The room decor is shabby. In the grounds you can see in every corner (especially roofs) urgent action!. The food was simple only for k * tzen! Everyday the same! Even the salad after ... a short time not more to take.-) We were now in the autumn holidays there, that was in october. The hotel was not well visited. In the first 3 days our stay was or to the entertainment board tarnished entertainment. Then there was' dead ' by the pool. Why also always, no water aerobics, no water polo! And the, although a lot of participants to the gymnastics waited and, although some like water polo played could have been. - the entertainment team was probably sacrificing on the way home! I was now in october for the 2. time -i would never again go there! For so much money is easy a better hotel find! read more

I was this year already to 2 time in this complex and unfortunately somewhat disappointed. The food was a catastrophe - cold or even and always the same. On the final day is the do. National team ( soccer) arrived-as the food was perfect (why also always?!). I hope the manager considered it well in the sessionpause to renovate, a few things are here to make. Apart from that it was again a very lovely vacation - my room was large & clean. The beach was even better kept than in August (with much blame the guests is). Of the ... entertainment I am still as thrilled as in the summer - are totally friendly, have good shows and are always to a hard! I am already looking forward to if I again next year here and I hope it has much to positive changed! read more

The hotel is unfortunately very run down. The location of the hotel is not recommendable, there is nothing nearby. Who way, up to 20 to 30 kilometer drive. Outside of the complex it was like on a dump. Food is unfortunately also under all cannon. Hotel has at best 2 stars. read more

there are a few improvements that this hotel could make but to be honest it didnt matter one bit as the animation team made our stay the most memorable holiday and the hardest goodbye i have ever had! i hope the hotel realise how special the animation team are and that, if it was not for them, it would be alot quieter! the language capabilities of the animation team is amazing! the humor is spot on and i could not fault a single one of them. i wish them all the best in their futures and i miss them all ... a great deal! read more

In october we stayed for 2 weeks in the hotel. Hotel has good condition, of course, if you really look, you see the here and there what has to be done. Staff were to us always friendly. Transfer from the airport Tunis 45 minutes. Room was very clean and the rest the hotel also. This is the big but. The food in the restaurant is a pure catastrophe. Everyday the same lunch and dinner. Everything without any taste. I have stayed in on 60 Tunisia holidays never eaten so badly. It must the hotel in need of work. Outside of ... the complex also nothing. You must for a taxi. The beach and also the sea were very clean. All in all if you have a pure hotel have a vacation and on food not that worthy, then the hotel you can book, but otherwise i would another area in Tunisia book. read more

    The Animation team are very friendly, polite and always there to help. They get you involved in all sorts of activities, such as Water Polo, Salsa/Belly Dancing, Water Gymnastics and Aerobics which can be a great laugh no matter what your ability! During the day they are busy getting to know all guests and doing the activities, then in the evening they do different shows - such as Grease, Aladdin, Lion King, Cabaret and Games. They have lots of audience participation in the evening shows, so dont be shy. They work long hours but never fail to be happy, come rain or shine with bundles of energy. First Class!!!

The area is large, however well divided about 2000 guests. Unfortunately the hotel is have already gotten very old. The entrance area respectively the front desk rather resembles a station waiting hall, very dark and gloomy. Also the lighting is not very attractive. There's a restaurant in the breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. Every pool (3) there is a bar. Guests are here mainly russians and Poland ( in a private part of the hotel accommodated), some German, french and so on The beach is large and far, the beds are normal plastic, partly sometimes a bit broken. We ... were positively surprised, that us no' reserve chairs' was. The beach is fine sandy but overall well maintained and clean. The water is pleasant, one can very far in sea until you finally swim. In the morning the water is still quiet, against afternoon the wind and it is beautiful waves. In the all inclusive are canoeing and sailing included-it's not everywhere. The rooms but there are large and well-kept. Sure if you look you will find the or other. Every day is deseamed, we had every day fresh towels, even if we you extra hung had. The pool areas ( here there are 3) are large and well-kept. Since we only at the beach were can I quality of the water etc. Not judge. Towels for the beach are for a fee (1 Dinar per day and 10€ deposit) at the front desk available. Thus own forward to carry. The safe in the room is not included in the price (1 week = 5,5 Dinar) is with the bank pay. There are several kiosk, a hairdresser, medical center, etc. read more

    The food in a' restaurant' taken, so the hall in the breakfast, lunch and dinner is served, gives the feeling in a gefängniskantine to eat. The tablecloths are dirty, with leftovers scattered. No salt and pepper - this is in two plates at the end of the buffet. Every part of the hotel has a private restaurant (3) and there is the specialty restaurant. Generally one could only eat where you live. You can see it on the different colors of the clubarmbänder. From yellow, green, white. The conversation with the guide came out, that it also blue bracelets-with this you can everywhere food, thus also in the nice restaurant almost at the beach. The atmosphere, people and also the food are much better. Also the staff there is extremely friendly and smiles. There was a lot of rice, vegetables ( steamed carrots...) , potatoes( n|ao), noodles, a national court and grilled meat etc. Salads and salt and pepper pot, vinegar and oil. For breakfast baguettes, croissants, crêpes, butter, jams, sausage, cheese.

    Generally the staff is in the body of the hotel not very friendly, if you smiled and greets, comes rarely something back.     The hotel is the only in this place. It lies in a bay not far from Tunis. You can safely the beach to the next place go. We were back and forth good 2,30 hours on the way. In the area is otherwise nothing else. According to travel guide from the hotel out, but late in the evening in the hotel again his. We didn't-so no experience. There is the possibility a pirate cruise to make, a ride on a camel, horse or with a horse and carriage, or the excursions on the travel guide.

Our 2 week stay was the purest disaster. The food very bad, without spices and 14 days the same food for lunch and dinner. No salt and pepper pot, but a plate next to bread station with salt and pepper to take. In the restaurant is pork offered, although Tunisia a muslim country. Desserts tasted all the same, only another color. Drinks in mini - glasses and are totally not enjoyable, not even the mineral water. For breakfast missing constantly mini Teebecher. In the 14 days were only pears, melons and grapes offered, no other fruit. The complex will probably ... 1 times a year to start of the season thoroughly cleaned and no again until end of the season. We have no only towel which no stains had. The mini -TV has not always works and only had 2 Unsharp German program. Air conditioning one could not adjust, therefore we had a house technician called to the air conditioning was turned off. No Wi-Fi in the entire four star hotel. Internetcafé is after desire and mood opened (15 minutes 2 Euro). In the hotel there was a bazaar and the Tut the prices screw as they please for example 2,7 Euro for 1 liter happy day, 3 Euro for Pringles. Nearby the complex about a kilometer further only small grocery stores, no restaurants and the streets are very littered. The beach littered, the loungers without backing and almost all broken. The sea dirty, smelled in some days after fish and on the surface swam plastic bags and packaging. All together never again! read more

Was this summer the second time there. All of hotel employees included animation team very nice and friendly treated. There were always yet lots of Russians and Poland since. These behaved but much quiet and well-mannered as in the high summer. One noticed, that it on the end of the season at the time, since some offers the entertainment not more going on. This was however because, that the guests more on relaxation were than action. I had the feeling, that the food something was better than in the peak season, however it is unfortunately not a four-star standard. Feel ... nevertheless very comfortable in the hotel and this can recommend it. read more

The hotel is altogether from 3 hoteleinheiten, in the gulet travelers but in the main building are accommodated. We have on arrival asked, whether we room with a view of the pool may, which we readily have received. Hotel is large and well arranged, you can in the whole hoteleinheiten freely move. No idea as some of the dirt-we have the 2. no large dirt-who looks for, you will always find something and as already in July said, a negeb -hotel with 4 stars, you can't with a european 4 * comparisons. We had all-inclusive and there were almost all ... drinks with us (who Heineken or jim beam drinks = international drinks - the had to pay, national vodka, beer or whisky was of course in all inclusive included) breakfast was very ok - every day there were fresh fried eggs or pancakes, I am not so sausage-tiger so it was also no matter, how much types of sausage there is. Very a lot of Polish, czech and Russian guests, but not further disturbing. read more

    Have the mexican restaurant reserved-was unfortunately not very typical mexican food ( common mussels) but were very delicious;-) The dinner in the main restaurant is really matter of taste. Who pizza and noodles and tunisian food is in the right place here. Have never tip and were nevertheless very friendly treated.

    We were the 2 time in the hotel and I can also the worst reviews not understand-everyone was really nice and friendly - if I can't say, then I can't wait, I friendliness command-, because what I hear some nationalities observed at the bar - is not a 'please' and' thanks' ftate-so once again: as in the forest resounds, so it returns also out... Fremdsprachenkenntnis actually good-with English you got far, German can some... Cleaning of the rooms was very great

    Unfortunately in the middle in the pampa - by bus - transfer about 1 hour. If you from the hotel out-almost only desert, but in the 'village' you will find smaller cafes and bars. Recommendable of hammam lif by train to Tunis;-)

The general state the hotel is a catastrophe, there is nothing the somewhat homey radiates everything was carelessly presented in the way ' for the SAPS the it is already good enough'. The food is apart from the ridiculous variety simply not enjoyable, congratulate all the' vacation' without diarrhea or nausea survives. The beverages on local level are not enjoyable ( everything else you should feast are charged ) there were three of us at the bar - a beer, a rum and a whiskey whiskey and rum comes from the same bottle. Many of the guests, amongst others also ... we, are already on the 2. day with the tour operator while searching for alternative. I could only advise everyone ' stay away from this complex' read more

We agree with the allen negative reviews completely enclose. katastrophalle conditions in dining room: dirty plates and cutlery, salt/ pepper pot not available( salt you could get out of the large bowl at the buffet with the hand get), food and even drinks not enjoyable-every third tourist had with the diarrhea to fight, we were also not spared. Massive, dirty complex. To two days the tour operator another hotel ... concerned ( hotel El Mouradi beach also 4 stars but milionen of stars difference to cedria club) and we weren't the only ones who the hotel prematurely left. As guests- only russians and Poland. In principle, we didn't against-i am gebürtiege pole but the, which the people from the hotel and how they behaved is unimaginable. The hotelmenager know of the answer, but everything in the purchase. Is not the quality, but the mass. read more

    Room spacious but run down, no balcony, air conditioning very loud. Mountings in the bathroom rusty and dirty. After arrival we could not times showers -shower did not work. After mehrmaliegen complaints also nothing done. Luckily we have the hotel to 2 days leaving. For safe must one a the battery in the bank to buy the same time a fee from 5 €includes. TV offers only 4 program with very bad picture was not so important.

    Staff unfriendly, you have the feeling, you are not allowed here Service speaks good German however especially Russian and Polish ( no wonder) To the cleaning of the rooms I bad eusern, we were only 2 days and 1 times the cleaning lady seen (only beds made) constantly a long line of mänschen at the front desk, the complaints wish, the but not taken serious. The conditions are the hotelmenager known, changes trottzdem nothing.

    The beach is directly behind the hotel is however exactly dirty as the whole complex. Nearby as good as nothing (no shops, cafes...) of airport enfidha we are 45 minutes with an old bus and drove we were happy, we at this typical alive arrived.

Hotel was a 'negative experience', essen ( buffet) sparse, quality: poor! Plates/ cutlery rarity. Outdoor seating: missing tables/ chairs; lots of guests took their food in the room a. hotelzim. Maximum 3-star -quality. Hardly any shops in the immediate vicinity (3 small grocery stores). Drive (taxis ) to Tunis about 45 minutes (simple), costs: about 25, -€ (and return trip). Excursions to sights by travel guide possible; number of participants: at least 4 persons, but not always reached. Beach: 'good', hotel-close, wide, fine sandy, flat (for walks!). In short: hotel location lonely and verkehrsungünstig, -facilities urgently in need of renovation ..., room/ food/ *service (*cleaning staff excluding) bad, beach: good. For me a negative experience ( was already 8 times in Tunisia); no recommendation! read more
