Hotel Concorde De Luxe Resort^{(4.5 stars)}

The rooms were gorgeous I loved how everything was like a Concorde it was very creative and gorgeous the bathrooms were so beautiful, and the view from the balcony was amazing.

The food was spot on, everyday there was a different type of food, it was so delicious, And the way they set out the food was so brilliantly creative the decoratings was so beautiful, the desserts were so delicious I just kept going back for more, the food was spot on.

The service was excellent, if we needed anything the workers would come very fast to fulfil pur desires and the house keeping was amazing we always had different animal shaped bed spreads it was so wonderful and creative, the people at the bar and restaurants and very friendly they would come to you straight away and make sure you have a happy service. They was very good at speaking english with no problem it was very helpful.

The pools were so beautiful and big, there were so many activities to do, lots of water sports that was very fun, the entertainment was so amazing everyone joined in to everything it was very magical, your will have to see it to believe it.

It was such an amazing experience, the first time we walked in it was magical, so much to do and so many friendly people, there is always something different to do, I don't regret nothing about this holiday, it was my best holiday of all time, if you have any problems the hotel will sort them out asap, it was amazing and very perfect for me and my family.

The location was beautiful everyone around us was really friendly, it was a perfect tourist destination with shops and walking distance, and the nature was so nice with the beautiful palm trees everywhere and the sea breeze, I loves how the sea was with the hotel it just made it even more magical.

The rooms are a good size with air conditioning the beds are very comfortable and the maid comes in daily to clean ,the hotel promotes looking after the environment so encourages you not to have clean towels etc every day unless needed. The room has a safe and a minibar which is stocked daily with coke, beer water and fruit juices

as said earlier the restaurant is fantastic with plenty of choices you can also reserve a table in one of the A LA CARTE restaurants for an extra 10 euros per person

The staff were all very friendly and all made an effort with speaking english. The room cleaner was very lively and friendly and always called us by our first names or called us "mamma ,Pappa"

plenty to do if you are sports minded, lots of games organised daily with the entertainment team. The internet access is a bit slow so we didnt bother it was quite nice having time away from a computer

The hotel was spotless with very friendly staff who all made an effort with talking English. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the cleaner was extremelly friendly and made our room very nice every day. We were all inclusive and the choice of food was amazing , the presentation was very well done with waiters clearing from our table and also being very polite and friendly. The evening entertainment was excellant with very experienced performers. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a relaxing luxurious holiday.

The Hotel had its own beach which was very well maintained it also has a pier wher during the day you can sunbathe on relaxing mattresses with pillows and a few nights a week the hold a beach party on which is also well organised. The local shops have all the usual (fake) shoes and bags etc but as you are in turkey Haggling is the name of he game for a bargain. The company we travelled with offered a programme of excursions and they could be booked through the rep with the coach picking you up right outside the front of the hotel

The room has a free minibar which is topped up daily including water, coke, beer and juice. The balcony had comfortable chairs with table and a hanger to dry trunks etc. Sea view was great. Shame there is no coffee/tea facilties in the room, having said that you could get a drink practically any time of the day.

Whilst staying at the concorde we only used the buffet restaraunt every evening as there was so much choice and the quality of food was so good. During the daytime we used the outdoor restaraunt near to the poolside - again couldnt fault the food .n.b For late arrivals or anyone who is still hungry the main buffet restaraunt opens at 12pm with a smaller but good choice of food for supper. Be prepared to put on a few pounds..

Everyone seemed so hard working. The restaraunt staff were on the go all the time ,never appeared stressed and were very efficient and attentive.

They are certainly on the ball with their daily programme of activities. Plenty for everyone of all ages including beach volleyball, darts, football, water polo, aqua aerobics and yoga. There is a kids club which has its own swimming pool, and the kids appear to be well entertained by the animation team. The animation team were very lively, and organised.

From the beginning to the end the staff were friendly and obliging. Room spotlessly clean on a daily basis.maids always smiling and polite. Excellent sea view as requested.Hotel communal areas always spotlessly clean. The gardens maintained to a very high standard.The hotel is a 5 star all inclusive and the standard of food quality and choice was again excellent.

The hotel benefits from its own private beach and pier well serviced with bar and plentiful sun beds.Its only a 20 minute drive to the airport and the hotel provides a shuttle service to the town of antalya which is worth a visit. There are shops within the immediate vicinity although all seem to hold similar stock. A lot more variety can be found in Antalya.Aithough we booked independanly over the internet we spoke with the Thomas cook rep lyndsey who was very helpful and we booked a trip via her.

We had booked a Suite but could not have the one that we had booked through technical problem on our first night. The second night we had Suite whith sea-wiew but could not sleep at all because of terrible noise from main AC. Crazy noisy fan/AC on the backyard, it didnt stop before 1 am, Finally the end we had a Suite whith no sea-wiew and finally we colud relax. The cleaning very good but concerning to the price there shold be NO-SMOKING Suites! The carpet perhaps could have a wash otherwise very good and nice furnitures. Thank you to our lovely cleaning-lady!

Thea main restaurant was good but not easy to change the meny according to the different days. The quantity very good! Very clean in the restaurants but I do not like the wild birds flying around! The Vinario restaurant is outstanding best! Many Thanks for excellent food and superb service! You should have at least many Thousands of stars! The Fish restaurant a little bit CRAZY but the fish (maincourse) was nice and the waiters rather good. Tipping is up to you!

First of all there is not enough Thank you in the world to our fantastic Guest Relation--Miss Aslan. If she would not have done everything so totally perfect, my Birthday would have been totally destroyed! Many Thanks to the excellent waiters specially in big dining room and in Vinario. Excellent morning gymnastic whith so friendly and calm leaders! Friendly staff in reception but so too afraid to take decisions! Why?? Why did the reception thought that every guest is coming to Concorde on a charter tour!?

Leisure activities very good. The Internet access totaly very slow and with problems. Very nice and clean pool, and also the area. Very clean beach!

Nice hotel in good condition. Good location in a rather calm area. Very clean surroundings and you would be happy to see that all people are very cautious and do not through away for example garbage outside. Very nice guards in the hotel and you feel safe even when you park the car! Many thanks to Securitas! Very clean all over the hotel! Even the pool-area very nice and clean! But not very nice with the birds flying (coming in from outside) in the big Dining-room! Very good and friendly waiters everywhere also incl bartenders! Outstanding good! Very nice chefs as well! Very kind so much helpness whith my Gluten-intolerans (allergic problems). Rather calm hotell concerning to so much guests from all over the world.

Very nice whith such close distance to the beach. Just outside the hotel (in the hotel-area/private) you have a beutiful and very clean beach. Incl very good and friendly team of guards. Near to Antalya and close to the airport is a very big plus. Good shopping facilities just outside but no possibilities to buy for example a bottle of wine. Good excursions possibilties.

This hotel and hotel grounds were the best I have ever stayed in, it was pristine clean always... The staff were fantastic especially the house keeper I had which was a lovely lady called Fatma... The food was superb and always a different theme aswell as speciality restaurants! I cannot praise the concorde de lux any more!!! Cannot wait to return Sept 2014

We had a see-view room on the 2nd floor. Room was standard, big enough, clean and air conditioned (worked quietly). There were available safe and a fridge (with daily refilled minibar).

Food was excellent - so much, so good. Really, whatever we like was there. There are many a la carte restaurants available. There was a separate corner for kid’s food served for lunch and dinner. Kid’s high chairs, plates and plastic cutlery were common. Waiters were helpful, smiling, and nice to all babies. During one dinner we couldn't find a table, even all kitchen staff worked hard and waiters were busy to clean up. Because of ultra all inclusive, there were unlimited drinks, food, sweets, fruits, ice creams etc. during all day and night.

Concorde Resort is beautiful, smiling receptionist was professional and was quick (even we arrived after midnight). Baby cot was prepared in the room. Cleaning service during the week was good. There is quite big playground with 6 swings, 4 slides, 3 monkey bars, 1 duo see-saw, 1 other fun-bar, 2 baby outdoor houses, couple of picnic tables with benches, baby-tables with baby-chairs, really big sand-pit with a roof and tower with plastic balls. Playground is in one area with a kids pool (40 cm), kids club (more for older kids, but we played there as well) and kids toilets. The area is large enough.

Water Park has 2 slides for adults and 2 slides for kids. Good fun. Main pool was nice as well as area around. Pool/beach towels were available daily for a change. Animation was during all the day, but we did not participate on the evening and night program because of the baby. There are available also: water sports on the beach, tennis courts, and spa with the indoor pool, doctor, mini golf, car rental, and couple of shops.

We just arrived from our one-week holiday in Concorde. It was really great and this is my experience to share. We travelled to relax after quite busy tax season at work with 1.5 year old baby-boy. My selection criteria for this resort were following: i) close to the airport because of tired baby, ii) baby-friendly resort with kids pool, playground, baby food, iii) large green areas for exercising and walking with sleeping baby in a stroller iiv) ultra all inclusive. Concorde meets all the criteria. Hotel has an environmental program that we appreciated (collection of lids, used batteries, separated waste). We enjoyed our stay in Concorde and - because I assured myself by visiting other resorts - we plan to return in September this year.

It took us just 20 minutes to get to the resort from the airport. Lara is a nice area with all 5-stars resorts. There is a soccer field where my husband practiced tai-chi every morning and park area and guest forest where I could walk with my sleeping baby in a stroller. Gardens were well maintained.
