Beautiful hotel in the best location in the south. Very friendly staff and large living area with two bathrooms. Unfortunately i am on the 3. day sick. One daily after me asking and i several times without an extra charge delicious food to the room brought. The beach section is beautifully located and very neat. There is several restaurants in a variety of price ranges with very good quality. The immediate area is in the andalusian style with small ' houses' laid out. The larger shoppingcenter is high-class with a few designer shops and a pharmacy (for me relevant) equipped. ... We would love to book there again! read more

Great getaway with the sun in february. We felt really comfortable. Reductions for the buffet-restaurant, wasn't so great compared to other 5 star hotels. The spa was totally disappointing. Only a sauna and a hot tub, indoor pool for 20 €entrance! That was rude. The appliances are totally overpriced and not the, what the brochure promises. We had a junior suite with a view of the sea. Very nice, only a bit loud (2. floor/middle). The plaster column starts early and drives the whole day with Very loud bollerwagen (over natursteinfliesen ) in the room over. Television from the bed ... nearly impossible. Towels sometimes a bit musty. Otherwise very tastefully and comfortable size. We will be back, however without half-board. Also we would a other room on the upper floors prefer. read more

The 'dream hotel', as for a relaxing quiet holiday presents. Attentive staff, friendly atmosphere, very tasteful architecture. Extensive landscaped gardens with huge termperiertem pool. Good service also by the pool with enough chairs, the there are, where you can lie! Unfortunately still some 'reservers'. It's not necessary. Lunch one got still free chairs. Excellent buffet breakfast with excellent, but unobtrusive service. Late-check is 12:00 a. m. At the departure pleasant, for early arrival strenuous, as room only about 2:00 p. m. is available. (proposal to the management: courtesy room to freshen up and change and possibly rest ) ... the junior suites are really to be comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated, beautiful terrace with a table, chairs and 2 beach chairs, bathroom with bath and shower, separate or toilet. The hotel has a good size; we have an upgrade and thus a superior junior suite. The normal junior suites are also very nice and spacious. Wi-fi, daily newspaper, safe, and parking in the parking garage are free. The breakfast is very good. We only booked with breakfast. The guests come predominantly from Germany, France, England, Belgium and Holland and the age structure is from 40 years No children under 14 years, so a hotel for the soul and Relaxation. You can also in the evening nice in the bar area sit without unerzogenen children the 'catch' games surrounds to ... be. We have 2 times in the cenador restaurant. It is very good, but quite high. read more

    We have an upgrade and thus a superior junior suite. The normal junior suites are also very nice and spacious. One should however absolutely ocean view, the view and the sunset is wonderful. The balcony in the superior junior suites is very big, it goes beyond the width of 2 rooms and is very nice with a sitting area furnished. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped.

    We only booked with breakfast and the us cheese and sausage breakfasts very satisfied provided. A great service The team for breakfast contributes to the well-being. The food with evening buffet we can't judge, we didn't try it out. The food in the la Pergola lunch was very good and the food el cenador restaurant was gourmet cuisine. All meals and drinks are very good and the value for money true.

    What the service in this hotel concerns can we only say, we have stayed in lots of 5 stars hotels visited. The el Mirador is number 1 in the service. Starting from the front desk, maids, waiters and the barkeeper something friendly and courteous we have in Europa Yet did not experience. More you can't say. Dear el morador team keep it up.

    Thank god,; no animation! The pool and the pool surroundings are very nice, large enough and attractive. Specially the pool is relatively large and warm enough. The loungers are very comfortable. There is enough chairs and a courteous staff Helps with the cushions and umbrellas. There are towels free of charge and there are enough. Surprise: occasionally a waiter and offers chocolates and small samples (for example sangria cava) on. Where there is such a thing still?

    The hotel a bit above the beach and has a direct access to the beach (with rental beach chairs) and a small niverauvollen shopping center. In the shopping center are two restaurant especially la nonna is very good quality. There is also a bar with live music. Otherwise, you can get from Costa Adeje from many go on excursions. 20 minutes drive from the airport.

    The room (suite with a view of the sea) was not bad, but for a 5 star hotel nothing special. The 'walk-in wardrobe' was small and not very functional. In the room there was some closets with many drawers. The beds are improved, if the partners someone, could one already times wake up. The bedframe squeaked sometimes, when u lay. The room in 3 areas parts, front entrance, a large closet and bathroom, then beds with chest of drawers, and the balcony-divided by a demarcation with stage-a sitting area with tv (television by the bed was a little hard) The balcony was not very big, but acceptable, with a table and 2 chairs.

    There is 3 restaurants, one with buffet offer for breakfast and evening. The breakfast buffet offered all you could ask for, inclusive fresh preparation of eggs. In the evening there was before-and desserts as a buffet, the main course you could from 6 offered with fish and meat selection. The selected dish was served. The offer was very versatile and tasty, stood out but usual büfettangeboten not from. In addition there were 2 à la carte restaurants, one of which open for lunch was. In the evening was the one of monday until thursday, the other from friday until sunday open. There were for both restaurants consistent offers. The prices are upscale, soft but not much by the prices of restaurants in the direct environment at the promenade from.

    The garden and pool area with a large swimming pool and beautiful garden is something special. There was no problems with reserving pool with towels and other goods early in the morning. You always got a seat even if you only later did. There are no animation, only a thai chi offer.

    The hotel is located directly on Playa del Duque, a good location in adeje. To the beach one comes through the rear exits directly on the beach promenade. Side behind the hotel there is a shopping center with restaurants, bars and shops. Unfortunately with music in the evening, the you at least in the east wing of the hotel good overhead and sleep with the window open difficult. Also labor from the restaurants of the center, and of the hotel frequent kitchen smells on the pool- and hotel area (until into the room).

The hotel makes a wonderful impression. We see it as very luxurious and usually pleasant. Except for the fridge in the minibar everything was very clean. The wifi worked in our rooms but not. 5. floor. Was a little annoying. To far away the hotspot? In the room about us behaved the guests unpleasant. For example around 03° jacuzzi walk etc. The front desk could us however be able. Also in the middle of the night. That no children in the hotel were was very pleasant. The silence was nice. Except in the evening if below the hotel in all ... restaurants live music was played, was the on the balcony not more bearable. Huge room, nice. Romantic. read more

    Extremely good, and a pleasant service. Most of them spoke german and otherwise english. Cleaning staff very pleasant and considerate. With the food was it always enough the waiters always were almost invisible, never annoying.

The hotel is architecturally very beautifully built, the rooms spacious and very well maintained. The staff are competent, very attentive and accommodating. Culinary being pampered. It costs a bit more, is the price but well worth it. read more

    Absolutely best location in Costa Adeje, the only really nice beach directly in front of the hotel through a yard down for swimming and again in our sanctuary, peace, relaxation... A dream. Our rental car was without fee in the underground garage and the highway nearby. Our trip to dolphins and whales we have right at the hotel and were picked up there, i thought it was great.

If you are not on a party and entertainment and because of sun and a mild climate to Tenerife travels, is in this hotel certainly with the best on the island reversed. The beach at the hotel is quickly over a flight of stairs and cross the promenade and Tenerife-standards nice, offers a dip in the atlantic ocean. Positive: - the very good service in the restaurant. Every waiter really gives his best. Unobtrusive us nevertheless constantly present service. No way - but look. - a very hard-working pool boy takes sun loungers, umbrella and towels at any time of ... the day then, where you want to lie-bad times for notorious pool reservers! - the loungers are comfortable and there is no deposit so many towels as you need. The pool is pleasant warm. Cleanliness of the hotel. Meals were always refilled. Free parking in the garage. Free internet, although not always of good quality. Negative - the hotel operates a quite discreet animation: the evening live music at the bar but could it be coordinated, that a entertainment without any problems still would be possible. - a bar in the hotelangeschlossenen shopping center had to after 23 o'clock so loud live music, a large part of the hotel of which treated to music was. We had this hotel but being posted, to the ubiquitous speaker sounds to be missed. Unfortunately this was in the evening not the case. - the food ( half board) was quite different. Time was the selection of dishes really first-class. On the next day just average. Altogether you could say, that the wine main course not directly freshly prepared was, but often a bit overcooked worked. Starters and desserts were mostly the standard. Particularly the ice was delicious. For breakfast convinced the freshly prepared smoothies. - the hotel is built into the hillside. Stairs are ubiquitous. If it is wheelchair users appropriate fallback procedures there is. Annoying was the stage in the room ( junior suite) from the bedroom to the seat area, a real stolperfalle. Also from of the toilet to the bathroom was a stage. The level of the parking garage to the staircase was really criminal. Only on our suggestion after two days an instruction appropriate. - for five star hotels usual 2 service will find before 17 o'clock instead of. One entered a already abgedunkeltes bettfertiges room. We want a quiet and relaxing vacation in beautiful atmosphere enjoy. In the Grand hotel eL Mirador this was to our complete satisfaction possible. As my husband in Tenerife grew up, he knows and we also therefore in the hotel didn't eat there, so the lack of review the gastronomy. Children are in the hotel not allowed, what us as couple without children on the peace especially look forward to! A wonderful in a very pleasant style. It fits from the outside very good in the area, since it raised is, the view is over the sea wonderful. In the entire hotel there was a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Lovely. The interior design is very elaborately constructed and spacious. Our room was brilliant, ( we got unasked a upgrade) with large terrace and four-poster bed, simply beautiful. The cleanliness was in the entire hotel exemplary. What somewhat bothered me was the unpleasant odor, especially in the lower area of the hotel. The guests were pleasant from all something. read more

    From the airport to the hotel we were in the taxi picked us up and took about 20 minutes Because the hotel at the long boardwalk there are a lot of purchase and unterhalungs possibilities, and nevertheless it is quiet. We have a car rented and are dracaena risk for the mountains. What a adventure on the steep mountain roads. Very impressive. You really can undertake on Tenerife. Boredom it is certainly not on when you entertainment searches.

    The rooms were very nice. The massive balcony with chairs and sun screen was available. The interior was enough. Almost every day the laundry was changed. Evenings was the bed turned down. There was also tv in the bedroom and in the living area.
