We were out of season (2 weeks before easter) and the hotel was therefore no more than half full. In the sauna we were almost alone ☺ the looks at easter surely differently. read more

We stayed with our one-year-old daughter and can absolutely recommend the hotel.
The bad review of Julia we can absolutely don't understand. The cake buffet in the afternoon was delicious-there was always at least 3 different cakes to choose from, from which you could eat as much as you wanted. If one of the Cappuccino not tasted-you can go to every possible selection of coffee as Latte Macciato and so on. The choice of all-inclusive drinks we found it great. There was sparkling wine, a variety of wines, beers, all non-alcoholic drinks, as well as various liquor. All drinks were ... served or you could the beverages anytime at the bar and with to the room take (even bottles). The food in the evening was great. There was always 2 different soups, as well as various salads at the buffet and the main course, which you in the morning from 3 different dishes to choose from, served as well as the dessert. The waiters in the restaurant were all very friendly and welcoming and always had a nice word for children desired. The pool was great, we have it every day used! The only thing, that there was missing, are a couple more toys like balls or similar schwimmwindeln are provided. The offer the clubs and the rooms there are also great and lovingly designed. The supervisors were all very nice - our daughter wanted but still remain. Fun things to do for the children there was enough-a games room for the smallest, a chillroom for the larger, a playground and of course the happy-club. For our daughter we could us always a glass of (hip and alete) with porridge get-also included. Our room was very nice, we had a 2-room apartment, which very clean and sufficient place offered.
We had actually only 1 week booked, but since we were so liked, we spontaneously for 2 nights extended! We will definitely come back again! read more

Very great hotel!
We have a week vacation in Zillertal spent. The hotel is situated in a small quiet place. The nearest ski area is approximately 10 minutes away.
In the kids club we our 2-year-old daughter liked to make. The small told each of its stay at the happy club, especially Sarah has it done.
We had a great suite with two bedrooms, living room and a small kitchenette. But you need not really, there in the hotel (almost) everything was included.
The pool area is new and for children there is a small area with slide.
All in ... all it was a great vacation. read more

Great hotel great atmosphere. Everyone was really friendly. Ski bus from the hotel compensated on the distance to kaltenbach or in the other regions. Great skiing area at the super pass. For families thoroughly great-for under 3 year old. Our, 4 and 1.5, were perfectly cared for, so that we good skiing could or made even a course. Great. A great pool, just for children! read more

A really great vacation at the aschauerhof, the staff are top, the hotel clean and tastefully decorated. Especially great have the ladies happy club our small one year old son cared for, so that we were together as a couple on the ski slope able to go to. read more

Very family-friendly hotel and staff, very easy. The 'all inclusive' -top performance! The top ski resort 'kaltenbach' is by bus about minutes distance. Bus drives in 30 minutes. The valley run to the hotel is for advanced drivers sensational. A 7 kilometer long schlittelpiste (with night lighting ) is by car also about minutes distance. We can really good imagine, our ski trips also in future stay at the aschauerhof to spend. - the village is very quiet and definitely not the 'stroll' suitable. Ski schools are right at the hotel bookable-this are very good organized and professional. read more

We had time decided rather than our stammfamilienhotel another to choose, which we all then unfortunately regret it.
It started with the friendliness the welcome. Somehow it was like it seems not the large
Sympathy. Our check in was at the friday at 16:00 hours. Our first question was then because of a
Bathrobe for our 6-year-old son and got the answer, that it was impossible to all sizes for children to have. We were these from our regular hotel so used.
Then we were looking forward huge on the snack buffet, was then leather already again a complete ... disappointment. Except cake and a not so good Cappuccino there was nothing. We were once again used, that it generally alternatively rolls with spreads, salmon, fruit. Returns. But it gives warscheihnich only in our regular hotel. Next disappointment for the beverages 'all-inclusive there is absolutely no self-service. Probably the advantage, since not so much to drink, and it is also really convenient with glasses in the hotel to walk.
Then we went to the snack buffet for swimming. Pool area is very nice, by the size sufficiently if all other when skiing. To be criticized is a terribly powerful strömungsdüse the relatively simple even unwittingly can be switched on.
Then we went after showering for dinner. Food we are much better in our regular hotel of course. Our youngest is then in the dining room a little cracked and was then from the staff so grumbled, that he cried and we said we are not children's hotel!
We had a nice large apartment with the following drawbacks. Firstly, for one of our sons has the kachalofenbank to berth furnished. That was it then simply too hard and we had the place to short hand on the much more comfortable sofa umverlegt. Three children in this hotel just too much for normal beds.
Secondly we had it unfortunate found, that our bed not tv look could. It was only in the living room possible, since slept yes our son.
Then we come to saturday. After the breakfast, the presentation also loving could, we are by train after maierhofen and had really nice hours. When we came back were looking for the children in vain for a quote for children also in eigenbeschäftigung, search was actually in vain. Nicely described chillraum was very empty, a children's cinema, we had not found. When we after our stay back (15:00) we had thought, that our room clean and the beds were made, but it was nothing happened. This was eventually from 6:30 p. m. made, strange times. Then came the worst thing happened. We all had a huge hunger, because we didn't had lunch. Dinner is at 18:30 o'clock and no one was allowed in the dining room, since the boss all new guests and also us old welcomed and hoteleinweisung gave.
All other children and parents were after the half hour only stressed and genevt, since particularly the small children were fussy. Oh but there was also still better those not in the large dining room product and the got right to eat.
Then we it from our said regular hotel used, that you the hotel complex on the day of departure (sunday) until the late afternoon to use. This includes even the lunch and the jausebüfett!
With demand but then clear, less in a friendly manner, that one until 10:00 o'clock the room rooms and from this time no benefits in the hotel taken into account may be.
For 1,5 days this was very overpriced and not recommendable. read more
