This hotel is fabulous for anyone wanting to grab some sun, some good food, see a bit of what Tunisia has to offer without leaving the complex!!! It has brilliant staff who were always friendly, the place was immaculately clean, food was superb - only warning (not a complaint), is that the indoor barbecue/griddle sometimes didn't quite cook the meat right through. Mohammed 1 and 2 behind the bar were great fun with the kids, Mido from the entertainment team was fab and the waiters in the restaurant were superb too. There is lots to do in the complex (if ... you go all-inc then much of it is free) but not expensive if you had to pay, shopping was really good, lots of bargains to be had, guys constantly trying to get you in their shops but there are also the fixed price shops that give just as good bargains without having to haggle. Beach wasn't open when we went which was little disappointing and the pool bar wasn't open which we didn't know about when we booked. Overall, an amazing holiday!!! read more

A week in january for 350 €per person included flight and all inclusive but the trip and the stay in the hotel diar lemdina more than reasonable! We got without asking a bigger suite with two bathrooms and large living room. For a all inclusive buffet was the choice and potent richness pleasant good. German speak the staff hardly, mostly spoke english, french virtually all-only we unfortunately not, however everybody was friendly and tried hard to us understand and for us to take care of it. And on tip is very friendly response.
The hotel is at this time of ... course hardly occupied. There was a commercial event (congress) during our presence, but our comfort reduced.
You need to know, that at this travel time the many attractions in the area (except for saturday) practically not open and so that the small bunch of coupons, the one to the welcome is, very practical but actually worthless.
Since you are in a popular tourist area is, are 'normal' shops rather difficult to find, however the staff at the hotel helped us good and friendly, to for instance a bakery to find. The hotel lies directly at the local bus line to Hammamet and nabeul, for almost a or two Dinar on the route.
Only the mostly plastikübersäte beach disturbed a little. read more

One of the most beautiful vacations. Staff are very friendly( you have a request, may i help you ) and so on food was good. All inclusive is recommendable. Daily laundry change. Complaints were taken care of immediately. Clean pools. Staff partly spoke german. The medina (shopping street) is directly next to the hotel. 1 Euro corresponds 2 Dinar. By bus after nabeuf about 25 cents. Wi-fi against a small fee( hour circa 5 Dinar) room are for cleanliness from the housekeeper checked. Aqua park and a children's park (free) right next door. To Yasmin beach approximately 200 meters. At ... the beach there are lots of shops by a thoroughfare is separated. Check in with cocktail reception and information which one everything undertake can. Much staff so you can't miss what always cooperative is. The bell very pleasant. Go definitely this year again %blank%.
Value for money outside of the complex is good. You can easily outside wander or with the castle in a horse-drawn carriage. Several small railroads drive on Yasmin-beach. Price always negotiate. Partly to around half. To the harbor about 1 kilometer. you can buy almost everything from shower gel until traininganzug and so on. Were for christmas and new year's there. Every guest got on holy evening a cake and a red rose on the table in the room. Evenings in the restaurant sheradse a 5-course menu. The same new year's eve. One has for the guests very hard. In the hotel were english, africans, german and locals while we were there. We had evenings have fun. Animation at this moment in the lobby made. In the summer is the entertainment outside made. Child care by the entertainers. The hotel is guarded. In the summer can very big complex up to 1000 persons. Tape. German tv channels in the room ARD, ZDF, VOX and RTL, Eurosport. We can the complex with a clear conscience absolutely recommend, because many travel abroad undertake. The table manners of tunisians leave something else to wish for, but one is in another country and not in Germany. Should perhaps the hotel for the guests free wi-fi and safe offer. We were now already the third time in this hotel and can it simply absolutely recommend. Already alone the architecture (it was an old oriental city reconstructed) is worth seeing. There was a souk, lots of restaurants and café ' s. this we could did not use however, since we booked all inclusive had. All inclusive includes the breakfast, late -breakfast, lunch buffet, afternoon buffet and a dinner buffet. Everything plentifully, different food, freshly prepared. Here there is nothing to criticize.
The room ( we had a suite) was clean, the kitchenette was super, change of towels was daily.
Pool ... and beach we cannot judge, because we didn't use it.

Value for money really very good! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The hotel was not at all fully booked, but the surprises in the November anyone. The beach bar and the pool bar were because of the a few guests closed. The booked all inclusive could nevertheless used and nobody had to go hungry. As small extra received the hotel guests various coupons ( amongst others for a themed restaurant, a theme park in 10 minutes walking distance, etc.). A nice hotel guests, but the hamam is really disappointing. If you turkish hammam knows, the feel a ... bit on the burned, as the coupon merely a kind of dampfsaune contains, in which it happens very musty smell. A renovation is here urgently necessary! A scrub or a massage we missed here respectively we would have extra pay must. And that is after our understanding actually hammam and should then also included his. We have a relaxing week in this hotel. Already on arrival we were pleasant by the size the appartaments surprised. It was clean and the towels were changed daily. The service staff were friendly and willing to help, even if not all German controlled. The food was varied and tasted good. We also didn't 5-star -kitchen for this price expected;-). The value for money is good.
The distance to the beach did not bother us, he was reachable in a few minutes. The beach is fine sandy and flat., found our daughter very nice.
Mini -disco we have stayed ... in the other hotels respectively countries experienced better, therefore was also our daughter a bit disappointed. In the last two days findete it in the lobby instead, we found much better.
It were too many dutch and German at that point in time there.
If you simply want to relax, this hotel is recommendable. Tourist, the expect a bit more, a preisintensiveres hotel book. read more

I have been to a number of different countries across the world and stayed in various hotels, but this hotel as got to be rated as Excellent. The Hotel itself is set in a castle type build, and is beautiful and ornate. Pretty but comfortable and very clean, the cleaning staff are professionals, and work hard to make the hotel gleam.
The Staff - second to none! The reception staff and the bar staff are all fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and you will find them willing to help you in any way they can, provided you are polite ... and respectful (however most of them have the patience of a saint even when I saw people being ignorant and down right rude to them, they still smiled). Special shout out to Sihem M, Bouthaina, Ala, Nabil, Jamal, Walid and Hatem.
The Entertainment team led by Rico consisted of Sam, Aycha, Yosra, Mario, Modi and Freddy - I have to say, they were the absolute best!! I have never enjoyed hotel based entertainment as I have done here, this team went out of their way to make you smile, laugh and relax. Nothing was too much for this team, all spoke English, Arabic, French, German and goodness knows what else! The Linguistic skills ensured that you were able to speak to them and ask for advice or simply have a laugh with them and enjoy yourself. An absolutely phenomenal team of people. read more

All in the hotel very friendly and nice. Complaints were fixed. We were always full and it tasted also. The hotel is also old but it was nevertheless much charm. The minidiskothek you could forget but it goes also without. The people in the hotel are also nice without tips there, but we then gladly gave. ( for all think we do not know other: Turkey never again, Australia south america Asien, Egypt and also Tunisia gladly again.) some people should reflect what they write about German in the hotel, why German it is Tunisia English and french was ... ok. If only German is expected stay at the German area. Itself my 8-year old son is clear. We were just passing through and can only recommend it. We were on vacation and not on the run and can also times to wait. read more

All together a top hotel with great service. Really recommendable. Unfortunately no that great for people with disabilities suitable. The directly adjoining medina with its shops is a great decor, but for traveling alone women maybe a bit of getting used to, since this often be addressed and all dealers but also dining not very quickly with its requests surrender. But after 3 days you get used to it and it is really nice because of the medina to stroll. Private hotel beach with existing beachtbar is wonderful. All in all it was a very nice and successful holiday. The hotel is itself is large and clean. It offers very many Freizeitaktiviäten. We had a all inclusive guests free stay at the aqua park and theme park, coupons for: a meal, museum, cinema, Turkish bath etc. So it was never boring. The beach was very nice, from time to time are a few seaweeds since, those does not go however after short time away. Very annoying the salesmen, but the you everywhere.

The complex was very well arranged with about 250 rooms.
All rooms in the pools were went, but the rooms in the medina distributed were bad.

We had a double room with balcony or terrace booked. When we into the room arrived 1 window before grid. We rejected. The 2. Room again as the 1. A prison cell would be comfortable been. Only the 3. Offered room has promised us. So like us it was several vacations on arrival. Otherwise are very many rooms in the middle of town. The town center is with the hotel connected-but you had to every meal the Händlerpassage walk. To 4 days our TV and air conditioning broken. Than we got a beautiful suite. So the staff helps and is ... friendly. The food was rarely good described. Otherwise is in the high season the restaurant too small and the dining room is in the underground garage furnished-ground badly lit-no window -so very uncomfortable. read more
