I have a hotel for an overnight stay passing through from France back to Germany looking for.
So I had rather modest expectations, as flexible check in-Times, a pleasant night's sleep and a good breakfast.
I have found the hotel on a regional search for a hotel and selected I on the basis of presentation of HolidayCheck.
All together the hotel was perfect for my purposes - only fly in the ointment was the very, very soft mattress ( I would like to definitely not worn say, because they are consistently too soft)
Short positively mentioned should be is
- ... the possibility via EC-map/Maestro to pay, although everywhere only credit is specified.
The flexible check in-Times through durchgegehend occupied front desk.
The breakfast and the service for breakfast.

My arrival was smooth. Kurzzeitparkplatz on the doorstep, friendly and uncomplicated check in, hotel's own parking spaces in the back yard.
Fitness room would be available confessed (24 hours-open).
My room was in 5. Stock. Cozy, slightly rustic furnishings and very clean.
The bathroom respectively shower/ toilet had everything you in a hotel expected ( soap, the towels, shower gel, Handkerchiefs, Sanitary Bag, and so on) also the bath was very clean.
The room is not air-conditioned have been, so I the windows tilted.
The volume was bearable ( room was at the front of the hotel to the street orientated. Of the train station one heard nothing, except now and then buses and taxis and people.) very noise-sensitive should if possible a room to the rear are.
The TV and the mattress I had already mentioned.
I have in any case slept very well!
The next morning expected me a small, but very nice breakfast buffet, which in a very clean and tidy equipped and set dining room could be eaten.
The buffet looked good and offered actually everything you could wish for.
Scrambled egg, Bacon, etc. Would be for extra charge been, but the local cheeses and other treats could me personally of which sent distract and otherwise there was hard boiled eggs so much the heart desires=)
Warm drinks were included and on order directly from a very attentive and friendly lady brought to the table.
Afterwards followed by a more unproblematic check out and a friendly honest effective 'Goodbye' -I can only reply!
For the night I 130 Franc paid (about 111€ ); directly at the hotel booked. Whether the reasonable is I can not say, as I direct comparison in Switzerland missing and my night the employer takes. Subjective I thought it was OK! read more

The hotel is situated in the middle of center in immediate location of the train station (50 meters the entrance of the hotel the entrance of the train station) and is because of of the low traffic range nevertheless quite quiet. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Praising to mention is the quality of high quality breakfast buffet with a wide selection at sausage- and specialty cheeses and very friendly serving staff. You can from the hotel on foot easy access to the old town walk and has all the shops in the immediate area. read more

The hotel is located directly on the train station is easily reachable and only Garni, no possibility. The room was comfortable with a kettle (Nescafe only without tea). The bathroom had no amenities, no comb, shampoo, no, not only the soap dispenser soap (I guess because bacteria not). Furthermore, individual old hair plus a sticky contamination in the bathroom still there! As a businessman is thus only with private toilet on the round-as four stars are just too much.

The hotel was very modern, about 5 or 6 stories, with all the amenities kept very clean and in excellent condition. We felt it was probably intended for business people, but many couples and tour groups of all ages and nationalities stayed while we were there. Breakfast was included. read more

We had a great night stay, not too much outside noise. Cleanliness fantastic and room size real great!!!
Breakfast was well set out and great variety of everything needed.
Location wonderful - near to the old part of town. Shopping and restaurants are very close by. Most places we were in need of where in walking distance. The rail station just around the corner made it easy to get to the hotel with all our luggage without having to spend additional for taxi fees read more

The hotel features a cozy decor and the size of room is correct. The breakfast buffet was great! A very varied offer available. A shame, that for an egg extra charge must be paid for.
The hotel is very centrally located. You can from this point several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. As a drawback we found the ongoing noise from vehicles and buses.
The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast buffet was very friendly and accommodating.
A stay in this beautiful hotel I can recommend with a good conscience. we'll be back! read more

Ideal traffic connections (50 meters away from the main station chur), yet quiet rooms. Factual, but tasteful decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Against extra charge (CHF 12, -per day) is the placement of the car in an enclosed garage, but also plenty of parking spaces on the premises. Half board possible in the Italian restaurant Othello (100 meters walk). Breakfast buffet good and wide, but it is incomprehensible that, for example, a scrambled eggs CHF 6.50 extra charge. Excellent shopping in the city center of Chur, all easily accesible on foot. Very recommendable, if you had a car ... to ride with the Glacier Express arrive. Again at any time! read more
