We had over the osterfeiertage a very pleasant short vacation in this hotel. For us was the location very ideal, since bus stop for excursions, in direct near the hotel and after a short walk was the beach promenade with life in the evening very easy to reach. At this time of the year mostly older guests. Good food with booked half board and pleasant atmosphere in the hotel so you like the evening in the hotel bar spent. Room is very clean and by the size enough. Wlan reception in the lobby free of charge and staff very friendly ... and always made an effort. read more

    Had half board and were very satisfied. In our opinion the variety at the buffet enough so that everyone found something for his taste. Furthermore, meat and fish were freshly grilled. In the morning was also everything available different bread rolls, cereals, jam, sausage, cheese, hearty dishes and of course freshly prepared eggs, and pancakes. The pancakes with chocolate sauce were delicious! Great service in clearing away and cleanliness. It was constantly everything refilled. For the evening drink selection good and the prices were very human. Food was also very tasteful and had not seasoned.

Apart from that a great wellness area, in order to get yourself with a rainy day to relax and a really clean hotel. To the hotel in previous recessions actually already everything has been said. The building itself stuck in Arenal out. Around much in the room. There are hardly any green areas in Arenal, everything to concreted and blocking. Everywhere old, neglected, molded seams houses. On the sidewalks, you zigzag run, the doggie bins were to evade. As a positive we found the renovated rooms with free wi-fi and refrigerator, the balcony with a view of the sea, the beds are great, as well as the strandtuchverleihservice. Absolutely negative was the dinner and the thin walls of the hotel. But more about ... that later. read more

    Our room on the 10. floor with a view of the sea was small, but great. Completely new furniture with a great bed. I have to say, during stays have never stayed in such a good bed slept in. Positively i would like to mention, that a small refrigerator available stood. The devaluation has led, that the hotel very badly soundproofed is. The floors are with marble occupied, so that one with hard paragraphs every step can hear. The walls of the room are only very thin. In the sexual intercourse, conversations and phone calls of our neighbours, no matter what day and night, we were always live. The was not done!

    In the hotel there are on the ground floor a bar with plenty of seating, as well as on the 1. floor a dining room. The breakfast was nothing special, just standard. The dinner was very bad. On the first evening in the front or livecookingbereich still prawns fried. But if you after 20:00 o'clock came, was empty. At the next 4 nights we stayed there was only pizza, pizza, pizza! In the buffet area there were still further 8 stations with meat, fish, a pasta dish, vegetables and fries. The dishes were lukewarm to cold, without any taste, hardly or not at all seasoned. The noodle dishes were inedible. There was a salad buffet with many dressings, not so tasty salads. This required completely nachwürzung. The dessert buffet was very poor and requires no further positive mention. We were gutted and all after our experience absolutely recommend, there is no half-board to book.

    The distance to the port of Arenal and the first beach section in front of the balneario 1 is around 350 to 400 metres. The street there is steep, the walk back is uphill. In the vicinity of the hotel are several bushaltesellen. From there you can for little money to Palma or in other places. Until to Megapark/Oberbayern/Ballermann 6 you are on foot about 25 minutes. In the vicinity of the hotel there was a larger shopping center with a large, inexpensive supermarket, in which one gets everything.

We have a couple of nice days spent in the hotel. Unfortunately we had to move because the hotel on the winter was closed. Our room was on the 12 floor with a great view on the bay to to Palma, as well as in the hinterland. The furnishing of the rooms was really good, clean and even in the bathroom there was enough places to put things. The food was good and it tasted good. For some people the choice and variety too few his. Compared to the Iberostar where the rest of our vacation spent certainly 'bad' but ... you have to really a massive selection have? More food you can don't. The staff are friendly. For excursions one has around the corner the bus 23 to Palma. To to the beach it are maybe 8 minutes and thus quite ok. From our side a recommendation for the hotel. Negative we could not found. read more

I stayed with my girlfriend 10 days relaxing vacation in the hotel gates Azul booked. We had the hotel chosen as only children from 16 years are allowed. We love children, but teacher and wanted a quiet beach vacation enjoy. The hotel is quiet if not equivalent next door a kindergarten would be. The whole morning heard by the pool the sound of children shrieking and yelling, we felt like we were at work. We found this very annoying and would have this hotel not booked if we travel agency said. read more

Mini bar was not available, evening entertainment was only sporadically and if it was very bad. Bed sheets was in 1 week not at all changed, the cleaning the room was quick and superficial made. The breakfast was always the same no variation. For dinner one could not coffee get, the machine was turned off. The spa area was only for a fee from 9€ per day and person usable. This hotel I would same not again book. read more

Clean hotel, to our time unfortunately overbooked, the ausweichhotel san diegeo for one night, two streets further was under all sow, rather I would have liked the torre Azul in the entrance area slept. We had no fallback procedure. Room new, clean and beautiful designed. The sauna area is new, clean, unfortunately but sometimes crowded, no inlet. No bathrobes made available, cover in sauna area, no slippers or similar as you might from the other four star hotels knows. The area is dirty and loud, a kindergarten and a school is located directly at the border below to the pool. ... The way to the beach circa 10 minutes, sometimes steep downhill. in the dining room at a ventilation shaft mold due to feutigkeit, that isn't on at all. The staff are quite friendly, but partly completely overburdened. read more

    A restaurant with about 45 tables is for the fully booked hotel very little. With restaurant opening avoid long waiting periods. The food local in buffet form was okay. Only the service when clearing was overstrained. We empfandes it as a downside, the lunch and dinner cakes was offered, but the coffee machines remained despite repeated references from. At the bar there was water basically only in plastic cups and the star hotel.

Am geraude from the vacation there. The hotel is on at the start the Balearean (B01 ), to the beach it are approximately 10 to 15 minutes. The staff at reception speaks German, English and Spanish and were mostly nice. On the rooms there is a safe ( subject to a charge), TV ( LCD). The furniture in the room looked and felt very new. The balcony is in my opinion to spacious and with a table and two chairs buried. Please respect, that her for the TV a remote control need. This you can at the front desk by ... depositing a deposit from 20 €receive. My conclusion: The hotel is rather for young people suitable, the not great value on peace -very noisy hotel. Me personally it has really good good, because I not a large value on night's sleep will give. read more

The hotel made on the first glance a good impression. It is relatively new, or renovated, all the rooms are decorated with modern furniture and equipped with flat-screen. There are 12 floors, the rooms are rather small, but each with a balcony. It was also clean, the cleaning staff also in the afternoon still the rooms cleaned, if you after the party long slept. The so-called all-inclusive was a joke. It was all 4 'cocktails', the carelessly atmosphere were, every 2. drinks, which i wanted to order, it was called the does not exist, we need to pay for it. ... Especially the unbeatable value for money, the staff's hospitality and the very nice spa area are to be pointed out. In our double room on the 9th floor we had view of the sea.     Just brilliant-i would after two flops never ever expected so varied and tasty in a spanish hotel to eat. For breakfast there were basically always the same bread, rolls, toasts, croissants, these normal side dishes such as sausage, cheese... And so on. What i personally super liked a lot: on the beach for warm meals has a cook always fresh fried eggs, scrambled eggs and delicious omelettes from real eggs (not this egg package as in many other hotels) prepared. The lunch/dinner was perfect varied. There was, for example, (Paella, lean truthahnfleisch, lean hähnenfleisch, meatballs, pork sweet sour, Wiener Schnitzel, tortellini with käsesauce, pasta, roasted peppers, potatoes, fish, calamari and so on.) In the 7 days i stay never the same food. If someone but nothing to assure should (which i do not believe)-there were then still homemade pizza in four different varieties. Also here the staff was very friendly. I can with clear conscience 6 suns ☺

    The staff is overall really friendly. I would particularly like to highlight at this point the lobby staff! Super nice and helpful (greetings from the room 808 ☺ ). The rooms were daily (with us about 2:00 p. m.) cleaned. There was also the towels all changed. I had read in other reviews, that the 'snack bar' criticism. We had not so good experiences with her, sometimes only not at all occupied, we have often the wrong get (although our order after few fehlversuchen in english abandoned) and laughed we were also when we a 2. burger have ordered. (were at the beach, the lunch missed, until for dinner it were a couple more hours and we were hungry). I would very gladly full 6 suns, must but unfortunately because of the snack-bars a small deduction make.

    This time we have decided, hotel and flight separately to book. The hotel was from the airport with a normal regular bus (line 2) for 2,50 Euro distance. Since my 3. Majorca stay was, i knew about the somewhat habituation-needy location of the hotel answer. It is approximately 300 meters from the 'beach' and in addition, on a rather steep hill. Also i do not find personally the nearest beach (on Ballermann 0) not great, he was subsequently designed and also rather flat. We are always 300 meters away (to to Ballermann 3) run. For us personally this was not a problem - but for some older probably already. As far as i know, torre Azul also a shuttle service, we have however not used. Otherwise close to the hotel several supermarkets, tour operator and a bus stop, from your 1,25 Euro until to Palma drive can. Here always the price keep an eye on - the hotels, quasi with each meter of direction Ballermann 6 more expensive. I think the torre Azul is the way it the best hotel in the entire area.     So you actually realize if you in Arenal holiday the not the best address. The way to the beach is cumbersome. Geschweige if you in mega park or other would therefore 30 minutes are at least eizuplanen. Fair way we have to say the there is a shuttle service but somehow the never worked. Odor smelled like feces!
