The rooms as' good standard ' rate. We had an apartment with living room and mini -kitchen/ fridge ( you need generally not). There are also two chairs/seating, on which the 3./4. person sleeps. Furthermore there is a separate bedroom. Disadvantage: the bedrooms have no window to outside, so there is a bit of a musty smell can be. Everyone had to decide itself rate. The rooms are with climate -complex equipped and have a big enough safe, in the for example also a iPad be sent to jail can.

The food for a four-star hotel is perfectly adequate. We really enjoyed it. One eats either in the restaurant or Pavillon close to the beach. The choice of food in the Pavillon is lower, but you can ( for example lunch) in wet clothes sit. In the restaurant there is a large selection was very good prepared verschiedenn food with enough variety every day. Liked a lot us, that on details like for instance laktosefreier milk for breakfast respected.

We were from service and with the friendliness of the staff absolutely loved it. They really made an effort, the ear' near the customers' to have. So you will find the hotel management for example regularly at the front door to the restaurant, where you the guests before the dinner personally in different languages welcome and after the welfare check. Also at the front desk several languages spoken and response times are very quickly.

There are two pools on the hotel. A larger shallow nearby the restaurants and a somewhat deeper (up to 1.70 meters). Somewhat annoying was in August the morning ' reserve chairs'. In the September -week had however relaxed. For children there is a mini-club (preschoolers) and a maxi club (school children) with daily program. Evenings there were changing shows, partly. Very entertaining.

The hotel has several houses, by a park with lawns and palm trees are connected. The houses are a bit' ageing', the advantage here is whereas the wonderful, grown in complex with large palm trees directly at the beach. I have no hotel in Porto Alcudia seen, the such a complex has. For cleanliness and maintenance the hotel is very much respected. That means however also, that for example every two days the mower runs. We had booked-as lots of guests - all inclusive. One can confidently recommend. You need on the hotel then only seine map for the room and the 'small band' the poor. There the food is very good, nothing was missing and it was very relaxed on the way. The guest structure end August/beginning September was well mixed: German, russians, spanish, scandinavians etc. Too many families with children. We have people spoken, the already several times here. In sum definitely recommendable.

The top advantage of the ciudad blanca is certainly the large, eingewachsende complex, combined with a direct access to the beach. The extensive beach from Porto Alcudia belongs to the beautiful on Mallorca and one has a nice hotel and beach. Other hotels directly at the beach have a lower base and therefore 'concreted over'.

The apartments are very generous and well-although not very modern equipped. Since we did not cook, gave us the somewhat beschiedene kitchen didn't bother us. A coffee machine would be however a great addition, also a beach chair on the seat.

The buffets are rich and diverse. The selection was rather international, I would have liked a bit more typical regional specialties ( for example tapas) had. But overall were quality and selection satisfactory. Absolute shortcoming: there is afternoons and evenings in the main restaurant no coffee!

The staff are very friendly and the service generally good. Only sometimes the table to quickly cleared away, sometimes remains the used dishes long. The service at the front desk is rather slow and with complaints can individual employee bad deal (excuses, gegenbeschwerden ). Unfortunately, this has somewhat unprofessional too!

Many animation for children is offered, also evenings. The pool is with its shallow access very child-friendly and also for infants is easily accessible. The unsitte, loungers in the morning with a towels to reserve, annoys also here. Because the hotel at the public beach no loungers can offer, are those by the pool very popular. On the whole restaurant- and outside area there is only one toilet-complex, however enough showers.

The hotel complex is clean and well maintained, under the guests are many families with mostly small children, therefor the hotel I would for those seeking tranquillity not recommendable. Continually updated was very mixed: we have together with German for example English, Russian, swedish, french, spanish and dutch belongs.

Great access to the sea, of the hotel directly on the beach promenade to the dreamlike sandy beach from Alcudia. Only fly in the ointment: individual bedroom are directly at the busy street ( without soundproofing and badly isolated).

In the first moment was our apartment a bit small - aer absolutely sufficient! Really clean!

Very delicious, really great! Only unpleasant the candied fruit atmosphere in the large restaurant! We are therefore for dinner at the beach bar escaped! Just perfect! Our chef alvano super to us!

The staff were very friendly and always helpful! The cleaning of the rooms was brilliant! The children absolutely comfortable... Thus was our vacation simply great!

You can't say more than: - really clean ( uS I am picky!) Great entertainment. - super perfect!

The complex despite its size it's simply arranged and very clean laid out! The aparttments were very clean and were cleaned daily! The large restaurant was more like a cafeteria atmosphere. Thus we have always tried the volume to avoid and have waited until in the open a table was free! Evenings we are at the beach bar very quiet for dinner gone. Our chef alvano us with food spoiled! On the hotel you could couple, as well as families find. It has also in the various languages absolutely the Waage held. We, as German, to have us always well and provided us with all could communicate.

The beach is only a couple of steps away! To the airport we are approximately 50 to 60 minutes by bus went! Excursions we didn't use, wei lthe complex and the entertainment absolutely great were!

We had a 2 room apartment with a great view of the ocean. The bedroom had unfortunately no windows, as the hallway. The furniture is not the newest, but more than adequate and also everything okay. The living area with 2 sofas, 1 coffee table and 1 dining table with 4 stühlensowie a small kitchen, more than adequate ( had anyway all-inclusive), equipment such as coffee machine, microwave etc. You could additionally rent. Which was very positive, an airco, which we independently switch could when and how, as we wanted it. ( lots of hotels offer only by the hour and central connected to). It was a safe available, a tv (a bit few programs - but sufficient), a great balcony with a table, chairs and a clothes rack. The bathroom had a bathtub. Desirable may be a cosmetic magnifying mirror, because i as eyeglass wearers sometimes had problems, with the distance to the mirror. Towels and sheets were changed on request.

There were 2 restaurants and 2 bars (in the main building and on the stage). Perfectly adequate, the beach restaurant was rather shortly and a smaller offer, but perfectly adequate. The food refilled fast again, much was before the eyes of the gäszte freshly prepared. There were theme nights, such as majorcan. There was something for every taste. What was something missing, were fresh juice. These were in the machines from any powder produced. Otherwise there was everything sufficiently, wine, beer, water, juices. A great large salad and dessert buffet. There were enough high chairs available, in between was also again and again clean and the tables were again newly restocked. What with small children was not so good, the late meal times, but on vacation you can from his daily programme also drawbacks.

The staff were very friendly and many could also speak very good german. The cleaning of the rooms was brilliant, as already described. There we with infant the evenings but rather in the room spent, there were no problems the beverages from the bar to to the room to take. The child care was great, on a rainy days we could even mitbasteln, although only starting from 4 years. But with a toddler would be desirable, a washing machine. Here was only one costly laundry except hotel.

Of sport and entertainment program the whole day much, without being annoying. Every evening there was another show, often organized by the entertainment team. But it was really great. The kids disco was for my feelings somewhat belatedly (from 8:30 p. m.), but the kids had apparently all total fun. A disco was in the hotel not available, also in the more immediate vicinity not. The pool was always clean held, was perhaps rather suitable for children, as fairly slight water depth, but we have it only once used. There were plenty chairs and umbrellas available, as well as sanitary installations by the pool. The beach was as already mentioned great. Very wide, fine sand beach, the water was very clean ( except for the rainy days, as the water smelled something) and for children top, as it is very flat into the water went. Beach chairs were to be gotten always (if not perhaps the wunschliege on the doorstep), showers and trash were also abundant, toilets were available, but not used, since hotel on your doorstep. There were plenty of water sports, brand new were lifeguards at the beach, somewhat annoying were the fruit.

The spacious area is right next to beautiful sandy beach of Alcudia. We got on arrival an apartment in block 6, with room to the street, of the not unlockable balcony and steps in the middle in the room ( with a toddler not acceptable) also was the entire condition from the room very in need of renovation. After the complaint at the front desk we got immediately 2 new room (but with a price), whereas we a really great apartment in the main building on the 5. floor changed. The room was spotless, was cleaned every day, on the bed were one day flowers or the towels for swan folded. Only drawback all rooms, the very badly soundproofed were. If guests at night left, it was due to the luggages and discussions with the night's sleep ended. The entire area was very tidy and very clean. We had booked all inclusive, if you something to moan about had, is no more to help. Oh but one thing is still marked, the coffee was something very thin. From the guests ago, it was a colorful cubed, many germans, russians, belgian, british, dutch, swiss, lots of families with small children and also some older. The hotel is very child-friendly, in the restaurant or by the pool we had no problems with ' blärrenden children', as some represented. A better location it can hardly be. The hotel has a direct access to the beach, with large hunger was the restaurant directly at the beach access or for beverages and ice cream in between optimal. We are no pool holiday-makers, but love the beach, chairs were always available ( 9,00 Euro per day for 2 beach chairs including umbrella ), to the harbor it was 20 minutes on the beach promenade along (but a bit dated, which one with the pram push a little noticed ), in the historic part circa 30 minutes there was plenty of shopping and souvenir shops, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, car rentals on your doorstep. Excursion possibilities were by the tour operator locally also plentifully offered. In front of the hotel was the bus stop, the taxi stand, as well as the trip by horse-drawn carriage was offered. We were in the main building on the road accommodated, of the traffic noise but it was nothing to be heard.

Best location and the beach, but far over an hour to the airport. Good shops on location. bußhaltestelle directly in front of the hotel, but buses are very crowded.

The rooms are clean, however getting a bit old, need to be renovated. We had an apartment in block 1, we found it not so nice the windows from the bedroom the hallway went, apart from that it was ok.

We booked all-inclusive and the food was really good, there was a lot of choice.

To us as a couple it was however sometimes a bit annoying, but we knew it a family-friendly hotel and if you wants to have his peace, you can to 2. Pool avoid. The pool area is very nice and tidy. We had a nice holiday!

The location of the hotel is really great, right on the beautiful sandy beach and many shops in direct proximity, to the harbor from Alcudia it was about 2 kilometer.

Our room was clean, the room service was very good and friendly. Absolute nogo is, that the bedrooms fully on the inside and so no daylight have. Window can (if it works) a bit open. At the latest from o'clock in the morning you then the kofferrollen on the tiled corridor view. The consideration of the love traveling companions is rather limited and if you right on the lift lives, these after a few nights hate. The rooms in the block 2 are very badly soundproofed, so that we the family hotel almost 24 hours on the day to experience was allowed. We stayed in the high season for families with small children ( so outside the school holidays ) in the hotel; so it was quite loud and crowded and the tables ' in the open' were included. Unfortunately there is no' family area'. For singles and traveling alone the already rather nerve-end are. The bar exuded 70-years atmosphere. Was missing any kind of comfort. A pool bar there are unfortunately not at all.

At the front desk one is very professional and the staff makes altogether a friendly and attentive impression. You constantly saw staff, that with care and cleaning is busy. For the food you be careful on your dishes; here it can happen, that you from the buffet returns and the space is completely cleared. Children are full to get your moneys worth. The kinderanis strict a great, small to employ.

The hotel is fully in families and singles and couple are here rather irrelevant. The main pool is maximally 1.15 meters deep and is for the little ones excellent. Impressive is, that always a vigilant lifeguard on duty was. There is a further pool with jacuzzi, in the 'right' laps, here are the number of loungers but limited. In our travel time we had but have never a problem, loungers and the morning practice was kept within limits. The children- and pool entertainment is really nice. The evenings are unspectacular. Somewhat enviously you can hear evenings to later hour from the neighboring hotels whose program waft over. A bit more would have been nice, even if we deliberately not to Arenal drove and certainly no partyhotel wanted. From 10:15 P. M. sinks the hotel in the sleep state shall be.

Although it has gotten a bit old, the hotel makes altogether a good impression. We had an apartment in the block 2 with a view of the sea. The outdoor areas are regularly maintained and cleaned and in such a way makes everything was top -impression. The hotel is on family vacation orientated. Singles and couple should here for a alternative look elsewhere, even if you no party hotel a la Arenal would like. The tour operator its writes this hotel unfortunately not as express family hotel from (what it is), otherwise we would have certainly not booked.

It is in this beach section a few hotels with direct access to the beach and of course it is a absolute advantage, that one the hotel directly to the long, beautiful sandy beach comes. Chairs and an umbrella costs here altogether 4,50 Euro per person and are far cheaper than for example in Arenal. Furthermore you are only a couple of steps from the lively place Platja Alcudia away with many restaurants, bars and some souvenir shops. Evenings once through the streets to stroll and a cold beer to drinking makes fun, even if everything feast in English hand is. Pöbeleien and drunk you can see here however not. We always comfortable. einweiterer advantage is the immediate access to the public transport. By bus to Palma it takes a bit more than half an hour and costs straight once 7,50 Euro. Mallorca is super modern opened and everything is by bus reachable.

Size of the apartments enough The furniture needs updating. But it was nothing broken and technically reasonable. ( just ageing) The room would be cleaned daily and also the towels are changed on a daily basis.

Dreamlike buffet where one really nothing to emphasize can, simply because everything was delicious. Who finds here nothing it is your own fault! Cleanliness and attention of the staff perfect.

The service in the hotel has're normally 10 stars. It tuned simply everything.

Best have the entertainers like the very versatile occurred. If in the morning by the pool or evenings on the stage, just top. Most of the animations are however for children. Pool area excellent (children and a separately located adults pool) The whole pool area daily in the morning thoroughly cleaned. Beach very clean quality of the water excellent (. Crystal clear water) 2 loungers with sun screen cost 9 Euro on the day.

The entrance area ( front desk) looks very promising. The pool area is in the whole area was excellent. Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff perfect. Only the furniture could use a auffrischuing use. The buffet (, if in the morning, lunch or evenings) is really excellent. Who finds here nothing it is your own fault. The guest list was international ( Sweden, English, swiss and German) the hotel is very on couple with children laid out. If you stay here peace searches is in the wrong place, but whom it does not disturb apart from that very recommendable.

The hotel complex lies directly at the beach. Port de Alcudia you can easily, on foot about minutes reach. To can Picafort should you prefer the bus (1.50 Euro) or taxi ( circa 14 Euro) take. In Alcudia itself is also a shopping strip where you things for the daily demand can get. Lots of restaurants, pubs and a few discos. Transfer from the airport to the hotel was in one hour.

We were very satisfied with the service, as well as with the great food there was simply everything that you need. Can also say the this hotel 5 star rating.

The staff were very friendly and the communication was also very good. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis and the towels were also changed daily. There is nothing to fault.

The entertainment told us not to, was for children but probably the largest fun.

First-class hotel, very clean and tidy. We had a suite with a view of the sea. It tuned simply everything.

A few meters of the hotel to the greatest beach the we have ever seen, the beach was very clean and the water crystal clear. What else could you want.

Our apartment was largely nicely furnished and very clean. Our' Maria' us every day with somewhat nice as a Blume, sweet or nice folded towels surprised.

The food was great! Since we only booked half board had and the beverages in the evening not included in the price were, we had the possibility, for 3,50 Euro per person drinks ( wine, beer, alcohol free so much one wants) to book.

So attentive staff we have never experienced something like that! Even at our adults daughter, in the short term fly along wanted and neighboring hotel hotel had, you thought and she was in any case warm welcome.

As we often on the way or at the beach were, we didn't hear everything, but it was a lot offered.

The hotel is in good, well maintained condition.

The beach from Alcudia is beautiful. The water is very clear. Was of course in the summer vacations the bar los, so that you don't have much of which looks...! To the harbor at the beach you can along walking distance.
