Right here: more hotel nobody needs. Reasonable value for money in any case.
The complex is clean, the staff friendly. Here and there would a painting for the inspection already makes sense. The rooms are divided in bungalows. We had the smallest variant with a bedroom (about 12 meters²) with bathroom (about 8 meters²), the was also completely sufficient. The firm feather beds were however already very hard and especially for the price my light partner took some getting used to. We have however not the trouble, after other mattresses to questions. The room has tv and telephone. Wifi is ... against an extra charge available. The cleanliness was generally good, however with the daily cleaning the spaces under the beds neglected. The rest, especially the cleaning towel exchange were ok.
The dining room reminded me of the atmosphere of a behördenkantine. The breakfast buffet is good and everything available. During dinner is the selection of dishes also varied, however several counter scattered. Therefore, the impression arise, that only little choice is. Tasted us the food promised, however it was now and then only lukewarm. Not understandable for us, since the technical conditions to the warming were, but probably not bailing out used. All together however nevertheless good and tasty.
There are several pool areas with enough chairs and a bar for various drinks and small dishes. As there are various sports possibilities, we however not used.
The hotel after the abandoned and one is directly on the way to the beach promenade. About 300 meters away from the hotel you have sandy beach, to the beach from Maspalomas there are about 1.5 kilometer.
For us it is clear, that one vacation in Maspalomas this hotel again and again booked by us will. read more

Suitable for (scandinavian ) families amongst others pool tourist.
Did not please us. A lot of concrete, long distances.
Unfriendly reception.
Every service, like for instance use of the in-room safe, beach towels ( 1 Euro per piece) or wi-fi (max 6 Euro per day) costs extra. read more

In little more than a week was the room only 4 cleaned, the bed linen was not changed.
The dining room is, for the size of the hotel, way too small, the tables are too close together and are too close at the buffet, so there is often too drängeleien or bottlenecks come. It reminded more of a cafeteria than a restaurant.
The quality of the food was ok, for this price i on gc but a very much better buffet had!
The breakfast to a terrace with a view of the sea -actually good condition for a beautiful start ... to the day, if not the staff the clean table-ware not like a scullery directly on the terrace sort would. The beautiful awnings is intensifying as a concert hall, so that through the noise the food atmospheric suffers.
The fitness room was surprisingly good, the pools large and well-kept.
Apart from that a quiet facilities, why it nevertheless can be further-recommended. read more

We are for the 5. time in this hotel. The food was earlier much criticized, is in december 2012 noticeably better. Also the reception area was generous developed. Unfortunately slamming most of the guests their room doors too, that the walls shake and take little respect for their nachbargäste, even at midnight. The hotel management could probably not much to do.
All in all, however, we are well satisfied. read more

We stayed here after christmas a week and the stay in this beautiful hotel really enjoyed. The complex is well cared for and clean and through the two-story bungalows in the middle of a green area very individually and colourfully decorated. The guests are mainly scandinavians and a few german. read more

Booked: double room with breakfast. In short: beautiful quiet facilities ( no fortress of loungers), enough big room with a balcony and large bathroom, with exception of the coffee very good breakfast with a large selection. Very friendly and faster service. read more

Very nice quiet location. You have everything you need and one can ernährungstechnisch good self sufficient, it was important to us. Good parking spaces outside the grounds, for joggers there are developed paths at the beach along. We will be back! read more

Super family hotel, we were with 4 children and had a duplex -apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 refrigerators. Two kochplatten and kitchen were available. The beaches the dunes and from Playa des Ingles are the bringer, a car but makes sense to get out, where appropriate, also for shopping. Altogether great, but 2 weeks is the maximum. read more

The complex was great, small bungalows, very appealing. The staff were very friendly, gave themselves all trouble a make the vacation as pleasant as possible. The food at the pool bar was good, in the restaurant unfortunately not! It was the only fault! read more

We were as a couple (44+46 ) on the complex and we liked it very much. To the beach/ Dunes are handgestoppte 22 minutes we had one of the few double room with a view of the sea(5012 ), wonderful. To eat ( half board) we cannot say anything bad, the selection is sufficient and tasty ( my personal opinion). Wednesday and saturday night stand out (barbecue and Canarisches buffet). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Positive was still the small supermarket on the complex to mention. Small however everything you need and cheap. We would go back to ... this hotel travel. read more

Gran Canaria with this hotel again and again.
We were thrilled by the size of the room, especially the bath. Otherwise the hotel is nice location. We liked the beach from Maspalomas better and it was also easy to reach. With a hired car you can the island explore. There's a lot to see. Recommendable the place firgas. read more
