Very beautiful room and also large. Fresh and clean renovated.

In the meantime, are again 4 restaurant open. Grill, Italian, fish and asian. Very good food. Always clean and well-kept.

Staff friendly and accommodating. They speak all languages. In the room we were every day with somewhat new surprised.

At the beach unfortunately only Italian entertainers but also the were very friendly. Always had a beach chair and umbrella. Beach clean the water clean. New showers and a toilet nearby new.

We were the 5. time here. All the construction of the restaurants and room experienced with. We can now enjoy. In the meantime, again 3 restaurant open all pools again usable and the rooms renovated. We had one of them. The cleanliness in the whole complex excellent. The food very good. The staff's hospitality very good. A great shame not more swiss in the hotel are.

The beach is in a couple of minutes reachable, but there is also a shuttle bus to the beach. Nearby there was a bazaar with shops, on foot about 5 minutes. The excursions are recommendable.

You go as a couple for at least 14 days in the holiday, you should not have a standard content, they were in a certain age, and for my opinion way too small, there is no possibility the luggages to store, the furniture are outdated and the tv-device roughly 20-years-old. A mini-bar was empty is available. Our room was just 3 times 3 metres. A wardrobe of about 1 meters wide had to perforce rich. With a kettle, tea or schnellkaffee making facilities.

At noon, you could only in the not air-conditioned 'sea brizze' food. The main restaurant was closed for lunch, very unpleasant in this heat. I would say, the food is good, but it is not a star hotel. The selection of meat, fish, vegetables and salad was rather modest. The kitchen style i would next to fries and pasta rather than local call. The finished salad vinaigrette taste all about the same and various vinegar and salatöle gives it only in the evening in the main restaurant. The country produced beer is of poor quality. Other beers there is at a charge. Yes and with the tips is a thing for itself, these are included in the price. You are but occasionally change (mainly euros), sometime is the staff and wishes this against notengeld exchange, because one must get accustomed.

Commendable the friendliness of total staff. For entertainment it absolutely needs english knowledge without which is practically nothing. The cleaning of the rooms is ok. Also the very nice and well-kept garden. The laundry has also very good works. Less enjoyable was the medical service. After some days we had both the in this area usual diarrhea. The complaints were so, the hotel's own doctor wanted. This promised within 50 minutes me in our room to visit, on him i wait until today! Help i had to me with the pharmacist from the bazaar.

As i have already mentioned, for divers and snorkel a small paradise. Snorkeling on the reef in a specially protected area. For in the sea bathing is also enough space and there were enough pools available. Also every day by the entertainers various sports.

The huge hotel with direct access to reef is ideal for diving, snorkelling and swimming. There are different variations of sizes and qualities, it is one of very, very good information. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints. All-inclusive is recommendable, otherwise unnecessary costs. Concerning nationalities is everything that you can imagine available, but this without any problems. The average age was probably around the 50 beach chairs.

The airport is by bus approximately 15 minutes out from the hotel and nevertheless one heard no aircraft noise. A nice plus is the shuttle bus, which around the big hotel, the guests all about 6 minutes to the front desk ton. In the proximity of the beach, or back to the room leads. The hotel has it's own bazaar, and evening entertainment in the arena. Further purchase possibilities, with private taxi at a reasonable price to a 15-minute drive away.

We had a run down room get contrary to the catalog description. It was also not cleaned as is customary. The only thing which was had a view of the sea as booked.

For us it was the worst food we have on vacation get. La gioconda restaurant (italian) was under all crackejacks, very bad food, dirty chairs and tables, we realized it is never again more

The hotel is quite large but one sees everywhere that it is outdated, and very in need of renovation. The citadellrestaurant and some bars were closed for renovations. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities leaves a lot to be desired. We were 2008 already times in this hotel and it's not again award. We were very disappointed. At the beach during the day noise either from the shouting italian animation or from the construction site oberhahlb the beach section was located, of peace no speech. At the beach didn't mind no, if the tourists on the corals walk, Before were hotel employees the aufpassten 2008 has been any case taken care of. You can tell it underwater That the diversity of corals and fishes has declined. It is only a matter of time that like anredswo the lush Underwater world disappear

Our room was relatively simple, but clean and spacious, so that you altogether be comfortable could. Bath in need of renovation with partly moldy joints, but if you not that much expected you could easily live with it. Our room was not far away from the reception in the direction beach. Very quiet, you heard from the outside nothing, neither music, animation still sostigen noise ( room number 71.). Furthermore was the location centrally located.

The citadel -restaurant was very good. Although it is only small choice of meals, but a very good preparation. Wonderful view over the sea. This restaurant has 4-5 suns deserve it. The Italian restaurant earns only 1 sun. Apart from the listless ' service' the chefs for breakfast ( motto tactic: 1 guest use, then fast again for a few minutes in the kitchen disappearance) bummed the food already for breakfast about 30 °C before itself, because neither was the restaurant air conditioning, nor were the dishes chilled. At the sausage one was from the look bad, dark rims, etc. Butter, eggs, milk, all bummed before itself. It was a mystery to us, that there are people, the evenings voluntarily eat out, because since one could to the above mentioned citadel grill restaurant. Remains for future guests to hope, that the construction of the restaurants soon be opened, and will hopefully be better. Altogether: who extensive buffet searches, is in this hotel unfortunately wrong.

Very different. So we experienced it: Front desk: bad Italian restaurant: bad, long queues for the food, listless chefs Citadel grill restaurant: great Room: very good Beach: good Hotel shuttle bus: aqua park - front desk - beach, worked quickly and perfectly.

Beach very nice (see above' location and environment'), there was enough chairs, condition tidy. Pools numerous and well maintained, there were always plenty of free chairs. Aqua park: very nice, well-kept and diverse. To the animation even we cannot say so much, since we didn't use it.

Altogether the exterior impression the hotel very good, that means super maintained garden, many pools in good condition with enough possibilities to lie down, cleaning of the rooms reliable, room acceptable. Especially worth mentioning is the beautiful reef, the however already in many places not more intact, see below... Big minus: because of rebuilding were 4 restaurants only 2 open. Including the Italian restaurant, the you don't voluntarily entering would, would not be dependent on them (it was the only, the for breakfast was open). Details below in 'dining'

Some tourist simply believe that it is not necessary, to simple rules, the reef to protect, so that an extensive destruction of the reef in a few years be in sight. Otherwise to the reef was very many vessels snorkelers and divers on. In one of our day of vacation we could 22 vessels include, the concurrent anchored. Accordingly dirty was then evenings the water surface along of the jetty.

The room was really ok. Unfortunately were the toilet and the safe not completely intact, which during 14 days not been changed. Luckily you just need to in the room sleep ;-)

The Italian restaurant was under all sow! But we find no words... The 'food' could not see! Just disgusting.

You could not service speak...! Except for 2 all of the staff were uninterested and unfriendly. Sometimes we were not even with drinks supplies during the dinner!

The complex would vividly, were it not for a huge construction site! The pools were not well-kept... On the beach, there was no fruits or' ice cream'( only at a charge), but gooey fries, burgers and schlabberige pasta. Animation at the beach is very noisy ( music) therefore hardly relaxation at the sea. Many ships and boats on the reef (up to 22!) The food was very bad! To 2 days made an upgrade, which we in the back hotel ( Sentido) food and the pools share could. Further comes down.

The beach and the reef were very nice and clean. Evenings on the jetty there are a lot of to see which tägsüber hidden ;-) With the taxi or shuttle bus one is fast in old Sharm at the market or the lively Naama Bay, where a trip is worthwhile!

Room was large enough, we were three people. Enjoyed the furnishings with kettle, tea and coffee loved it. 4 suns

There were 2 restaurants all inclusive (Grill restaurant and Italian restaurant). Well, daily anyway! One is att became. There is more to say. Tips were daily expected, apart from that one had his capacity partly even set up and the drinks get. 2 suns

the staff of the hotel are friendly and hard-working. German could the staff only a few sentences, you had to communicate in English. Our room was always clean. But it must really every day new towels his? Handtuchversorgung at the beach and pools was very good. we could only in the fourth room. The first three we rejected, since the aforementioned construction directly in front of our terrace had. We had to on the paid view of the sea do.

entertainment at the beach was the sheer terror! Stentorian Italian noise, unfortunately also the neighboring hotel. Was up underwater to hear! Animation always, if that desire has... The heated pool was so clean, we adults did not use it! 1 sun

the hotel is getting old, lots of small pitfalls at the stairs, lack of lighting evenings of the stairs. Several active construction( at the beach, the main restaurant, the Columbo-bar, a full living room and the construction of a new restaurants the Columbo-bar). The cleanliness the room and the restaurants was good. Lots of Russians, on the the hotel staff very good set has. Very many families with babies.

The distance to the beach depends on the accommodation from. We had a room 73., i. e. 3 minutes to the beach, but evenings disco until after 23 hours, during the day from almost all the sites. Will everyone tourist guess, a distant room to select, there is a hotel's own shuttle service to the beach, which is free. The snorkel possibilities are very good. 3 suns
