The hotel has already better days and is definitely no star hotel. In some places has been modernised, some however are very old. It shows amongst others in the rooms an above all the baths are very old. Everywhere were gespachtelte holes, the shower head hung crooked and radiated time hot times cold water. The food in the hotel was very bad. For breakfast you can get the cheapest cheese and ham it. The bread rolls are every becker delicious! And the dinner was simply terrible! Dry meat in fertigsauce, stinky fish, fried croquettes and übersalzener salad. I was really ... bad after eating. There is at home food much better. At least the hotel has 4-5 kooperationsrestaurants on which you could switch to and should! The spa area in the thermal baths is ok, but i something else expected. The pool very small, everywhere splits paint. It is only 4 saunas for many guests! And only 6 loungers in the relaxation area! They were super uncomfortable, since from wood. You have to the loungers in the swimming pool elude, but the humidity promises no real relaxation. There is a huge area of treatment, however therefor you have a lot to leaf. The thermal spring needs as the hotel modernized and converted for more quiet zones and less treatments. It is also not empfechlenswert in the thermal baths to eat! Unless you lettuce with fertigsauce and toast. I have for the money not expecting much, but at least good food. The hotel the 4. star subparagraph cannot deprive! read more

The hotel looks very well kept and the size is also very good, since it was not too big. Wifi is inclusive. We were from friday until sunday and the adjacent therme was never felt crowded. We would come again. read more

    The rooms are huge and also handicapped accessible. Also the bathroom (passable shower). There really is a lot of storage space and the blinds my joy woke us up. Also the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no mini bar in the room.

    We had booked half board. In the hotel is the possibility of the Dine around, the more restaurants could be used. We have but we didn't make use of it. The dinner in the hotel tasted very good to us, as well as the breakfast. The choice was quite well arranged, but everything was always delicious. The restaurant is very friendly designed. The only negative was that it with the service during dinner took a bit longer. But that was also not so bad. You have on vacation time and were not on the run. For breakfast really impressed us, that also special wishes like Latte Macchiato or tea included were. The hotel bar in the hotel is also very attractive and decorated up to date. You feel very much at ease here. There is also tasty cocktails (the 7, -€). In general the prices in the hotel for the beverages normal.

    The service was very good. We were from the front desk friendly the possibilities in and around the hotel informed. Since we had to place a round birthday celebrated, are we after 0 hours in the bar, which, however had already been to. But was the man at the reception so friendly and served us still. This was a really nice guests.

    In the hotel thermalsi you free entry to the thermal spring, which directly with the hotel is connected to. Thus can one directly with the bathrobe go there. The thermal spring is quite large and there were many beach chairs. Also includes these some saunas and a spa area. The prices for the spa are also quite inexpensive. We had the vitalmassage.

    We rather in the hotel anyway, as we didn't have time for the area to explore. Direct at the hotel borders the park of. Since we winter, was the kurpark of snow, say very idyllic. Also very convenient for walking (summer and winter).

For a verlängeres weekend we were very satisfied with the hotel come again at any time. At the dinner buffet you will always find something to eat for. The waiters were on the ball. Which good we found the one outside in the pub where to the hotel belong also could eat. The brewery in town can only be recommended. Breakfast was everything you need in the morning on the spot. Sausage, cheese, jams, muesli and so on. A glass sparkling wine would still missing, unfortunately was not there. Since we visitors to the sauna are we were very satisfied. ... But we unfortunately found to cool off, there was a small balcony or one had to park in the upper floor again. Come again at any time. read more

The hotel is for a wellness weekend perfectly suited. Bathrobe in thermal bath and swimming pool. Great! Swimming pool can hotel guests already be used in the morning. Good value for money. read more

The entrance to the hotel is very tucked away, and even with gps very difficult to find. Breakfast is plentiful and leaves nothing to the imagination. The warm evening buffet is sufficient. The location at the beautiful kurpark is great and we will definitely stay again. read more

We have been here for several times. It is always great again. Especially good we liked the staff in the restaurant. Always nice and helpful. The food is always very good, plentiful and diverse. At the time, we were there, there were complaints about the food. The could and we cannot agree to this. Also the staff the thermal baths is always nice and helpful. Sometimes were the loungers about, but the wellness area is pure relaxation. We will go back soon and we look forward now. read more

All together still ok, if you however the attached thermal bath share should both patience, ear plugs, as well as its own loungers bring your own. Why? The park closes right on the hotel and is very lovingly and beautifully designed. Who gladly jogs, should his laufkleidung pack up, because this was possible there very well. The outdoor areas, as well as the hotel make a well-kept and clean impression, unfortunately it is missing the hotel in our opinion however on a inviting atmosphere. The ' here I am at home and welcome - feeling' gave us only the staff, but unfortunately not the building. Guest structure was always mixed, whereby the largest percentage older generation counted, possibly justified by the low season.     We had our room on the first floor. The first impression gave us a klinikcharakter. The mini bar searched one in vain, a balcony there was also not. The beds were in our opinion poor. The double bed consisted of two single beds, the pushed together and with any movement again apart pushed. Here you can not more from a chink talk, however rather from a larger gap. The mattresses are for people with back problems or serious persons definitely too soft, unfortunately could only remedy through a untergelegten particle board 'remedy' be created. Corresponds unfortunately not a 4-star standard. On arrival we had to unfortunately say, that also the cleaning of the rooms at this time to be desired left, which however after speech to our satisfaction was taken care of. The design of the room was practicable, did not correspond however to our expectations of a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was very badly soundproofed, the toilet seat for people under 190 centimeter too high and the air ventilation left much to be desired. Also the water from the shower ( ground floor shower with bodenablauf) was looking for mostly unfortunately the way room. The lüftungsproblem must however the hotel management be known, because otherwise you could have the bathroom door not 4 centimeter above ground truncated. Towel rack for the towels are not sufficiently available, therefore we had to in the room on the chairs dry and therefore, we had the saunageruch also in our room. The room doors were with türschließern mistake, and fell so noisy to the castle, that at least from o'clock a alarm clock was unnecessary.

    There's a restaurant and a lounge bar. The ambiance in the restaurant seemed a bit cool, it would be desirable, if instead the ungenuine orchids than fensterblumen real flowers would, as the windows very big are and inviting. Food and drinks are of the finest quality. The kitchen offers a very varied evening buffet, tasteful and varied food from the appetizer until the dessert. We found it to be very nice, that evenings the chef at the buffet state, to observe, whether a bit refilled had. A big thank you also at the two restaurant experts, the us every evening lovingly looked after and were so attentive.     Dining and reception staff are the worth 4 stars. Very friendly, always helpful and always to the wellbeing of the guest concerned. Complaints are as a part of of the possible immediately taken care of. The room was on arrival unfortunately not in a pleasant clean state. Also the volume on the hallways seemed very annoying.

    The thermal spring you could as a hotel guest already from 7.30 until: o'clock alone use. The indoor pool and the sauna area in a clean and neat condition. By the possibility, that also guests from outside may, it was not possible in peace the resting room to use, as they guests too loud were. The relaxation area is too close to touching the showers and the sauna area. The offered sauna towels, the in the room available are way too small, the best a private sauna towel to bring their own.

A traveler from something younger age you feel rather lack of space, as a wellness hotel I find it somewhat too sterile (hallways and stairways have feel rather hospital like ). Staff are very friendly, maids were very crude over. Breakfast was perfect, dinner ( main course) rather bad, salad buffet and dessert were very good. read more

Hotel in good and clean condition, however with some flaws. In particular, to the peak of the used plates, mugs, and so on failing from the table. Even when no longer occupied tables was clearing some with considerable Delay. Therefore a somewhat unclean impression throughout the area. Breakfast and half board regarding the choice and the quality accordingly a four-star hotel. In the very large rooms (was booked) was missing a mini bar and a safe ( unfortunately only simple lockable Bin available. Insurance?! ). Furthermore missing on the balcony a sun screen. Balcony in 1 week not cleaned (also ... not after appropriate instruction after 5 days) Pool relatively cool (31. 5 °C? ) Thermal Bath very small; sauna area for a thermal pool small. With small improvements could the hotel about service, food and room a average 'good' review receive. read more

I was already the second time in thermalis, ideal starting point, bike trail drive, room rates are very different, best not book through the hotel, since there are no other extras ( bathrobe, sauna bag, free entry in the thermal spring... ) read more

We feature a tour operators booked and had therefore free entry in the thermal pool thermal bath inclusive bathrobe. The sauna and the pool are for a few relaxing days just perfect. Especially you have to highlight the dinner. It was really delicious and despite buffet always fresh. Also the staff are exceptionally friendly. All together we enjoyed our stay liked it very much and we will definitely again again. read more

A very nice, well-maintained hotel in super great location! Centrally located, no 10 minutes footpath away from beautiful center the old town Bad Hersfeld! Very delicious food- very large room, really nice service! Great park directly in front of the nose! The path to the spa facilities is totally uncomplicated information on the reviewer and also very beautifully and harmoniously decorated!
