The appealing mediterranean furnished and obviously freshly renovated apartment type 1 with a separate bedroom and sofa bed in the living room was spacious and for 4 people also regarding the stauraums good enough. A large flatscreen tv gave a luxurious feeling (although he naturally hardly used) a kitchenette with a fridge and cooking facilities (we didn't use it) complemented the attractive apartment-in short: there was almost nothing to complain about. But was the sink outside of the bathroom and it was missing a abschlusstür the living room back. Is the apartment with 4 persons, are all awake, if the first its teeth cleaning. This lack leads to deduction in this category.

We had the half board plus, so that evenings the drinks (soft drinks, wine, beer, coffee) were included. This verpflegungsart we found ideal, because you with all-inclusive is tilted, only by the pool to stay and at the beach no all inclusive is possible. The breakfast (also with wholegrain products, fresh juice and fruit ) was very rich and suited us perfectly to for dinner. Evenings there was at the (issues)-buffets nothing to complain about, they were always delicious, fresh, tasty and diverse. A huge compliment for the daily selection of fresh fish. It was a very cleanliness in the restaurant and on the terrace respected, perhaps, because very many families with small children at this time were there. Was of course the restaurant therefore accordingly noisy-tip: the small wait for a free table on the beautiful terrace (by the staff assigned ) is worthwhile absolutely, we have up to two meals outside very much pleasant and quiet dining.

The staff we experienced as always exceedingly friendly, service-oriented and competent. The communication worked in german and english. Five times weekly was the room thoroughly cleaned, what we as completely sufficiently felt. To the dealing with complaints we can't say anything, because we no complaints whatsoever had.

We were up to our departure day (wait for the transfer bus) never by the pool, there the sea fantastic warm and on the doorstep was. Nevertheless we enjoyed the views of the attractive design of the pool area (especially in the evening with lighting). There were plenty of modern chairs and umbrellas, however, as described above, also large unrest because of the guest structure. We enjoyed it didn't bother us, because we were underway a lot. So we can also the entertainment or disco, kids club etc. No information. Beach towels you got for a deposit and could this several times a week for fresh change. Our teenagers were excited about free of charge wi-fi in the lobby.

Rather big hotel, but architecturally and regarding the farbkonzeptes best in the dunes and the adjacent nature reserve integrated is. There are a total of 8 houses-we were in the house number 6 well catered for (very quiet, small distance to the beach, pool, lobby and the dining room). The entire area makes a tidy impression, the planting is very expensive. The numerous staff is visibly hard, everything okay to hold. We were there in the first october week - at this time the hotel was in german hands, but mostly visited by families with small children and accordingly noisy. The changed somewhat two days before our departure (the beginning of the school holidays in nrw and Hessen)

The direct location on the beautiful Cala Mesquida is a big plus. In the immediate vicinity you will find some small supermarkets, doctor, pharmacy and a beach bar. We were however before informed, that it no possibilities returns, nice out, but could with a rental car (already booked at home, about 25,- Euro per day) always flexible (and gladly in Cala Ratjada, about 7 kilometers away) be on the move. A bus stop with good, cheap connections in the area there are directly in front of the hotel. The bus transfer to and from to the airport took about 2 hours - next time we would right from Palma a rental car and about 70 kilometer much faster behind us can bring. Attractive were a trip to Cap de Formentor with abschließendem visit the caribbean Playa formentor, and the visit the caves of Porto Christo with subsequent stop in Cala Millor (which we nothing special attractive found).

Rooms were big enough. There was a small kitchenette with stove and refrigerator, a coffee maker and a microwave. The terrace with a table, 4 chairs and a wäscheleine equipped. Cleaned 5 times per week, what was completely sufficient.

We had all-inclusive and that was also times very pleasant. The offered drinks was very Good and extensive. Even cocktails were included. We were very happy with the food. Everyone should find something there, What he likes. I can't understand, if there something to moan about there is.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Plates were quickly cleared away, everything was great. The room cleaning is nothing to complain about. I would like my spanish refreshed, but the staff speaks great german.

Our son was in the gym and as far as very satisfied. The equipment made a good impression and were not worn or broken. Beach was fine sand and the water had colours of turquoise to dark blue. Beach chairs were also, as well as umbrellas and pedal boats. We have all the but didn't use it. They were during our stay gradually cleared away (end of the season). The pool looked good and was quite well visited.

A mostly german-attended hotel, at least in october. End of the season, therefor really peaceful and relaxing. Pleasant staff, Good food, quite clean with very nice well-kept grounds.

The hotel is located very near the beach. We are perhaps 5 minutes walk away, not more. Shopping, and a bus stop are directly opposite of the hotel. Entertainment only in the hotel with a varied program. A car would be of great advantage, since at this time of the year (october ) the weather already erratic can be. You can but great hikes. Until to Cala Ratjada about 1 hour and other side for example until to Cala Torta ( 40 minutes). Then there is still a small ruin visible up on the hill (1 hour) with amazing views.

Only fly in the ointment the apartments, in which problem-free two adults and two children space, are the bad sound proofing the ceilings (movement you can clearly hear it), and a loud toilet flush. But since hardly anyone after 23 o'clock goes to bed or (apart from departing guests ) before 7 o'clock rises, it didn't bother the no further.

The food in all-inclusive is qualitative and quantitatively hardly to exceed, everything is arranged lovingly. Next to the usual drinks (with a glass of wine however only a simple, but drinkable red or weisswein) there are also various cocktails and long drinks. Next to the restaurant, where you at certain times have already briefly had to wait for an empty spot, there was a bar and a pool bar. The kitchen next to the usual kids meals (fries and noodles) also many locals and other specialities to offer.

The staff is very friendly, many speak german. The rooms are 5 time per week top cleaned, that was enough. Deposit required there is even beach towels, which one also regularly against new exchange. We had no complaints (the in the apartment a lamp didn't work, we were not largely disturbed, the you could have been certainly fast repaired).

During the day a sufficient sports offers (aerobics, Volleyball, archery, football, hiking, etc.). The chairs by the pool are free, at the beach a beach chair cost however 5,80 Euro, but you don't really need not at all. What is missing, is a special offer in the evening for the teens.

Beautiful and well-kept complex with relatively spacious apartments. Everything very clean and attractive. To 80 percent (at least) are families locally, most german.

Above the cala mesquita, approximately 100 meters to the beach. Locally one can a few small walks in both directions make. Vort place, there are also supermarket, doctor and car rental. For people, the want to party at night, however, there are-except changing shows of the hotel - nothing. The beach is wonderful, sometimes in october but because strömungsgefahr only limited. Lifeguards stand ready.

Bathroom with mini-bathtub-shower curtain-tiles in delicate purple. Totally smeared silicone sealing. Bedroom and very modest pull-out sofa in the 'living room' -as i 4 stars already much better on Mallorca used.

We had the half board. Breakfast okay. Dinner at best cafeteria level. Like in the high season different but many things were just not edible. Few places in the open. For this you had to before the restauranttüre line (20 minutes) or very early in the morning or shortly before conclusion. There is relatively wide choice but much totally carelessly. Vekocht -fish is at least 2 dead- päla -the can even frosta better -4 stars definitely not.

Staff friendly but inflexible. What does not work not-point. What really does not go is the child care. Is in a separate Areal (over the street!) Accommodated. German-no sign (a few words). Door has a somewhat higher-mounted turgriff but our 6-jähriger son came really easy ran-nobody would notice if he missed. Next to road - that is unacceptable. Also (in the late season) only assistance-not consistant. Our small son (4.5 years) can't soccer play - not a soul has it taken care of-poor!

Have entertainment didn't use it. The pool area is but nice and well kept.

Cave. There is park, club and resort. Park is the oldest, and is not at the sea, but 2. number. Club is the 2. oldest hotel. Room (family apartment) was quite small and with the style of the 80. years. Area very nice but there are some faults! The resort is the newest hotel and much better.

Beach is very nice. Reachable in circa 10 minutes on foot. The village is very reasonable and you can many nice places and bays by taxi or rental car.

The rooms are spacious and feature, in addition to the separate bedroom with a small kitchenette. The balcony with partial ocean view were beautiful.

The food was okay and there was also always something for children. A bit noisy sometimes in the food and drinks were delicious and the restaurant clean. The bar was big and had outside as inside seating.

The staff is in the all in all very friendly. If in the dining room or at the bar just rush hours were, were individual a bit stressed but that we could life. The cleaning was okay. It was not dirty after the cleaning but it has not glazing.

The animation was the kids disco was great and the daily evening program super. The children's playground was also no wishes left. The beach was clean. The pool area was nice and up to the loosen ladders when phasing out the pool is everything okay.

It was a nice big hotel and it came not crowded, although many guests in the hotel were. The rooms are big and through as separate bedroom for families excellent. The all-inclusive offer was perfect it was all cocktails and ice cream for children. The food was also ok you have always found something.

The beach had you in not completely 5 minutes away, but if you had bad luck the waves were in the sea so high you with a child not purely to leave. There was a small shopping street directly in front of the hotel. To the next towns it was quite. Until you reached the airport had took it about 2 hours. However in Cala Mesquida you could wonderful hiking and the view on the sea enjoy.

The booked room - to the beach addressed on the 2nd floor - was renovated and causes because of its location quiet. Here and there ( bath tub and closet) there were a few again and again small ants, which we however not further disturbing have seen. Improvement in our view particularly the place to sleep for children. This must be a sofa with some effort be rebuilt. After the construction not declared and also did not succeed, this was, after all, an employee may. The cleanliness we found in spite of the only five-time cleaning in the week as good. It would have been nice, if it is a adjustable balcony lighting was been.

The restaurant is in the interior area very loud. This is probably the size the hotel payable. We have tried, mostly on one of the two terraces to food. If necessary waited we a couple of minutes, what we as well representable judged. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The service is afterwards and always friendly. The kitchen itself was international, whereby it changing matters. In the second week repeated a lot. There was a large selection of different dishes, however it tasted us often not right. Therefore only three stars. Matter of taste. The gastronomy at the bar ( pizza, hot Dog amongst others) we found not enjoyable. The mixed drinks as well as the cocktails very good.

The staff were us opposite always friendly. I have however also experienced, that other hotel guests at the front desk massive have complained about. The frontdesk employees, as well as the entertainers all spoke very good German. The service in the restaurant we found good. As our larger son once a vollbeladener plate fell on the floor, expressed the staff immediately' not a problem. Its okay' and cleared the shards way.

The pools we loved as well as our kids very good. The selection of loungers was partly somewhat limited, although you usually somewhere still at least two free chairs could find. The loungers even were comfortable. There is a large children's playground directly on the restaurant adjacent, the a very good impression on us and our kids have fun prepared. Wi-fi free of charge are there in the field of lobby, whereas this also be up to children's playground enough. There was a discreet animation. The disco for children in the evening for us was a little noisy, but representable. The children had a lot of fun. The water- as the beach we rate as great.

The hotel is very big, but nevertheless clean. We had booked all inclusive. The paths between the houses and the pools are partly slightly sloping. If the plates were wet, is especially the barfußlaufens/ smooth shoes fall danger. Several places are therefore also yellow idea. We also have several falls of guests seen, which partly also broken. You should therefore in my opinion at least bathing shoe wear. The majority of the guests came from Germany. While we were there, there were most tourists families with ( reason-) school children.

The location and environment is dreamlike. The beach pleased us very well. Even if the red flag ( swimming prohibited) hoist was, could be over various paths at the beach and the adjoining felshängen walk and the great location the bay. In the back part the beach is a smaller naktbadebereich. There is directly in front of the hotel two supermarkets, however no large entertainment possibilities outside of the hotel ( maybe 3 bars). For excursions you can public bus lines or rental car use. The transfer took us hinwärts an hour, back one and a half hour.

It was freshly painted and had a nice flat screen tv with some meagre picture. The bathroom was large, however a bit dated. The mattresses unfortunately knochenhart. The sofa bed in the living room completely uncomfortable the evening sit in front of the tv. The air conditioning managed only under 24 degrees. After initial ameisenproblemen by cookies and holes with toothpaste grout stray only individual animals came to us. Still annoying...! The kitchen was small, but well equipped (toaster, kettle, coffee maker).

As mentioned above, ate we in the smaller 'azure' restaurant in the lower part the hotel. Quantitative for us it could have been a bit more variety,. At the quality we had however never something to moan about. There was typical majorcan cuisine, as well as some theme nights (for example mexican). Great was the special plastic dishes for the zahlreichenden infants. The cleanliness in the restaurant was due to the high number of waiters always ensured.

The staff in the restaurant and at the front desk is always friendly and quick solutions. Our 1,5 years old son had particularly with the waiters have fun. Room cleaning okay, but not outstanding. Sometimes only in the afternoon.

We didn't use the pools. Only on the pirate ship pool we were short. But everything great as it is. Our son has despite gummischuhen twice hurt, because the smooth tiles, the into the water slope, slipped is. The plastikrutschen were extremely slippery and in our opinion for infants but quite dangerous. The water was freezing. The water quality was very good. Chairs and umbrellas there were always enough. As above already mentioned, we stayed most of the time at the great beach.

It is a well maintained, middle class hotel. To the pool grouping several maximum 3-story buildings. The entire property was very good neat. The predominant number of guests had booked all inclusive. For us was half board but quite sufficient and had the additional advantage, in the somewhat quieter 'azure' restaurant food must. The guests were predominantly german families with small children. Later after nightfall apparently due to incipient autumn a large dutch youth group in addition, the in our opinion a bit in the wrong place was.

Perfect for us. The beach begins right next to the hotel and is fantastic. Great bay with crystal-clear water and never crowded. We were a day in Cala Millor. The beach was for us the horror. It was buzzing with people no sand more. Four stores in the immediate vicinity offer everything, what you need to live. Off course not very cheap, but normally you yes no bulk buying. No disco or other entertainment establishment nearby. We had a rental car and needed quite exactly one hour from the airport to the hotel. Parking around the hotel are in sufficient numbers available.

Functional with too few storage space ( closet way too small). The mattresses were worn out.

For spanish standards ok. The food has itself after a week repeatedly. Everyone will find something for you. The bedside table was not done. Just disgusting. Coffee, milk etc. Were extremely with water watered down.

Friendly, accommodating, almost all spoke German. Only the front desk seemed unmotivated and without a lot of motivation. Complaints two, three times be made.

OK, we were however also not often by the pool, because we walks on the beach are. The entertainment for kids was very nice, just a pity, that there is no level stage there, where the children directly dancing can. The kids club was a bit out of the way and dreary.

The complex is for mallorcan standards quite large and really nice decorated. The complex should approximately 11 years old and looks accordingly also from. Some renovation works would line up. The complex is lowrise, so that no hochhauseffekt is. The cleanliness was very ok. From the guest structure were while we were there approximately 80% germans, the rest English and spanish.

Before the vacation we did a lot of research and we were on the decentralised location in the clear. A car would be in any case sense to something to see. The decisive, why we this hotel never again would book, was not the child-friendly, life-threatening beach. Optically nice to look at, with the beautiful sand dunes in the background emerged the beach as totalflopp. In September we have seaweeds expected, such a bank however not. The whole section was right fully equipped with a approximately 5 meters broad algenbank paths. The worst was however, that our -year-old children in the water no fun could, since the water to approximately 5 meters a adults to the belly respectively chest was. Very many rock were also the entrance available and were very uncomfortable. The water has a very dangerous undercurrents, in the while we were there unfortunately two people drowned. Absolutely kinderuntauglich. We are almost completely 14 days to Cala Guya dangers and traumhaftest water, alga-free and child-friendly was sea had. But unfortunately very busy. Very surprising as some here the sea as child-friendly describe, if children after at best 5 meters no longer stands could.

With the room everything was as erwarttet. Clean and good. Only shortcoming we had the room in the first building (1102) directly to wirtschaftseinfahrt for the kitchen was sometimes a bit noisy and wasn't the great view but were anyway only for sleeping in the room. Beds were very soft and the sofa bed was also acceptable. ( recommendation at the hotel: but should in the next months be replaced)

Restaurant for the meal times was great. Food is always fresh. It tasted also very tasty. Every day was a evening themes this pleased. Drinks technically there is one point of criticism for the coffee in the breakfast room/ pool area as this from diepensern and not really taste. Remedy but if you are on a machine espresso is. The coffee at the evening bar ( stage) has maschinenkaffe the delicious was. The cleanliness was in all areas the gastronomy was very good. Chefs / waiter were very speedy with the clearing away and also with the replenishment of buffet. The food apart from that is on German/English leisure activities mi8t easy spanish influences. The atmosphere but it was good. Respect for it is for dinner always somewhat louder because of the smaller children but also that didn't bother us.

The staff were very friendly. Spoken from German, dutch, spanish, English so almost everything. Cleaning of the rooms took place 5 times per week and was 5 also very good. Child care was the kids club available. Has the smallest also great a lot of fun. Especially the playground in the grounds and the mini disco from 20 hours until o'clock was perfect ( bufo is still every evening summoned). The best part was the playground right next to the restaurant area so that the kids for playing chic while you eat. At the beach there are loungers for aussleihen these are with 5,80 Euro per day and piece very affordable. A small bar is also at the beach.

Cleanliness in the whole hotel very good. Size the hotel / facilities very satisfying. All services of the all inclusive package are very good been. Staff very friendly. Children's entertainment was also very good. Mixed guest structure from German to dutch to Russian everything spoken. Very nice family hotel.

From Palma airport approximately 1 hour away by car. With the rental car so well over the highway/ expressways to reach. Smaller supermarkets are available from there, you could also everything buy which one needs. Scenic the hotel is very nice and approximately 400 meters from the sandy beach entfehernt. At the beach itself you can very good bathing and swimming. Also the pools in the hotel are very nice. All bademöglich possibilities were guarded of rescue floats.

Very spacious, everything was clean, decor very simple, the house is 13-years-old!

Very good food. Nothing special varied, but nevertheless again and again theme evenings with delicious food. Do not forget : it is a hotel, no star restaurant!

13-years-old but they are well maintained. Big room, beautiful gardens. Right at the Cala Mesquida bay.

Location is fantastic, right on the sandy beach. But except for the Viva hotels there is nothing! Car is absolutely necessary!
