    The room (bungalow) is in size sufficient. A large closet, a bit musty, is available. Every day 2 bottles of water in the room free of charge for the preparation of tea or coffee. A mini bar, a hair dryer, air conditioning and a tv (programs unknown, we have not turned on ) are available. The bathroom looks like a baustellenklo. Everything from concrete, very poorly finished. The cleaning of the bungalows was inadequate. Towels were only changed, if one these on the bungalowtür pool chairs. The crowning on the grounds was, that in front of every building a small wading pool was, probably the sand from the feet to rinse. The negative side effect is however, that a numerous mückenbrut policies. The small pool was full of mosquito larvae.

    A restaurant available. The breakfast was just bad. The restaurant was an open-air restaurant with roof and lies directly at the beach. The staff made a totally unprofessional and disorganised personnel impression. The beach bar is the very best in the negative sense. We have tested only once.     The hotel is directly at the beach, whereas the sun lounger nothing for us were (towels reservation). We are about 15 minutes to the right run, there you had many beach bars to choose from. 10 minutes you on foot until the main street in Khao Lak, so ideallage.

The bathroom made the impression as if a unbegabter heimweker tried einbad or shower hinzuzaubern. The shower with its containment with whose gravel, was just unsanitary. The main course was ok. So we were 6 nights at the ocean breeze. We had a bungalow with outside shower. I shall be brief! Postives Distance to the beach, many germans, friendly staff, very informal atmosphere! Negative: Room is somewhat small but ok. Bathroom was almost no storage possibilities, the water was somehow disgusting orange in our room. Of course not air-conditioned as (shower) and many mosquitos in the bathroom despite safety net the unfortunately holes in. Also, you can hear the neighbors, if he toilet is. Which i however at the worst of all, was, is the breakfast buffet! A complete joke! Selection ... zero. And i am not picky. How will a rich good breakfast sets with a good choice, Should book another hotel! At the egg station constantly line and unfortunately very desireless staff. read more

We are the first time after Thailand traveled and have additionaly the wrong hotel, in the catalog everything is super described. But when we in the evening at 20 o'clock in our booked hotel at ocean breeze resort arrived, they made us understand, that you don't have a bungalow for us and we in another hotel must. Initially we thought, that it just for one night would be, but it was worse, we were 7 nights beginn. This hotel was far from kaolak and it was absolutely not live up to our expectations,(30 children) for breakfast and at the ... beach. We had, of course with the management of the ocean breeze and the travel guide was spoken, but the manager gave us in a very unfriendly and almost aggressive tone clear, that it was not the first time is, that the hotel had overbooked. The only offer was, that he us the shuttle into the city free of charge available placed. After a week are we then in the ocean breeze ripped off, the promised free dinner we despite demand not received, breakfast was not very varied, the melon was often gährig, if the manager challenged this, got one to the answer, well then you eat but pineapple. The chairs on the balcony and the restaurant was very uncomfortable, the color blàtterte from. We stayed at ocean breeze resort felt very comfortable. The staff are very friendly, without being pushy. We had initially, due to some negative reviews, a bad feeling. Now, from my own experience, can i this negative reviews not understand, but it is people, they have always something to moan about! We were as a family with adult children 1 week over new year's eve on site. We really liked the complex, but with the evaluation i read before, i had expected more. The bungalows are really great, but the hotel was lacking a sichtschutz, you can in every bungalow look in. We were especially disappointed from the staff in the gastronomy area, the really not any manner, for example instead of as specify breakfast at 7 h, it was only around 8 h ready, it was only after asking cleared and only sparsely at the buffet refilled. Large problems communicating ... also at the bar and terribly slow. So geschmacksarmes fruit i stayed in Thailand not again to eat. On new year's eve was a party announced from 24,30 h, the then however not took place, with the argument, the musician would now but to go home. Then already the tables cleared. A great shame. Also a complaint, they were too few beach chairs, the then also from 8 h were all occupied. As a tip, the hotel almost opposite the big tree bar. The bungalows and the hotel are in a very good condition and neat. The breakfast buffet is just but sufficient. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied. We arrived to 6. and all have bad experiences made. For example a zerbrochener toothbrush holder with a disproportionate price in a bill, not services rendered were in and by an extremely rude and almost aggressive german staff/manager or similar, we were under pressure. In the immediate area there are a lot of beautiful grounds, therefore, we at a next vacation for another hotel decide. read more

Beautiful resort! Quiet, natural and very well maintained facilities directly at the beach... Bungalows tastefully decorated, condition is ok. Bed linen and towels may next time be renewed, but the overall impression is really very satisfying ☺ The staff, as well as the hotel management were without exception extremely friendly, courteous and in their work very accurately.     Beautiful resort! Quiet, natural and very well maintained facilities directly at the beach... Bungalows tastefully decorated, condition is ok. Bed linen and towels may next time be renewed, but the overall impression is really very satisfying ☺ The staff, as well as the hotel management were without exception extremely friendly, courteous and in their work very accurately.     We had a superior room in the main building booked, but we got upgraded to a bungalow. Spacious, lovingly furnished and clean. I would have liked a couple more places to put things in the bathroom you wanted. The open bathroom was true romantic, but also very badly soundproofed - bad luck for the other! Apart from that we felt really good.

    The 'indigo' lies directly at the beach and offers thai -kitchen exactly like boarding school. Food. As there are only a few guests were there, there was not always everything from the map. But what there was, was always fresh and delicious. The breakfast buffet was completely okay. The staff in the restaurant is quite hard, however sometimes a bit chaotic - but also with special requests relaxed and flexible handled.     The staff were very nice. What English with some missing, with friendliness again well done. ( my English is not perfect-what is it?) the staff all seemed competent and complaints we didn't, so I can't say anything about that.

    Recreation there were more than day of vacation... The complaint pool is already newly tiled and repaired. It will regularly cleaned. The chairs and covers by the pool and beach will be replaced, some have's also really necessary. Swimming in the sea was because of the strong waves and the rocks a bit difficult, I would bring bathing shoes recommend (or simply couple meters to the right run) jellyfish or something we haven't seen :-) and luckily there was also no animation. Instead we each second day at the beach massage-heavenly.

    Closer to the beach is not! Those who seek peace and quiet, could constantly at the beach walk - just great. After maximally 10 minutes on foot are all only denkenswerten shops/ pub reached. For the immediate area recommends a scooter. If the left lane traffic not cope feels, can also be easily and cheaply everywhere find a taxi. Excursions there is good quality for any taste. This resort has 2 great benefits: The location( right next to the sea) and the planting/gardening. That was it however also... Apart from that this resort is not recommendable. Inedible milk and coffee, everyday the same bland breakfast. Although breakfast booked you have a Cappuccino extra are charged. No 4 stars! Wanted 4 weeks stay are after 11 days fled. Breakfast is underground (service very slow and zero motivated, selection a joke) the loungers broken and the cushions fully water and dirty!
