The hotel is very centrally located, you fell out to the waterfront with all shops and restaurants. The rooms were okay; as well as the breakfast. In the morning there was oysters. Also you The breakfast menu order. It should be noted, however, that-contrary to the description on the internet-no pay tv. This is Also not on the website of the hotels, but all the other organizers. As well as There was no german tv channels. This was a pity, because the weather was cold and Was rainy. Otherwise we will see no tv in the holiday. The staff at ... reception could be friendlier. read hotel review

Very nice hotel in an excellent location at the Cape Town waterfront where it's all happening... tours, dining, shopping, and entertainment. I had a problem with my reservation which was handled quite efficiently by the friendly reception staff, however, I did have to change rooms midway during my stay to a smaller room on the third floor but I really didn't mind as the new room was fine and more than enough for a single person. The breakfast buffet offered a rich choice of good food. read hotel review

Medium sized hotel on the waterfront in cape town with guests from all nations. read hotel review
  • Room
    4.0

The rooms are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. However the windows only simply vitreous, no real peace. We had a room with Piazza view, what i but each would advise against! This room from the front, where the hotel entrance and the rank of the waterfront is. It was really very loud!

  • Gastronomy
    5.0

We have in this hotel only had breakfast. The buffet is rich and it wasn't missing anything. In addition you can have a hot breakfast of the kitchen order-if one waiter comes past. As mentioned, the service was not the best. One is compensated then again through the great view of the table mountain, the from the terrace and the restaurant has.

  • Service
    1.0

Unfortunately, we have in this hotel the worst service on our entire South Africa trip experience. The check in was standard and impersonal, the staff very stressed and unfriendly. A shame, for a hotel of this class absolutely not appropriate. Even in simpler hotels we have much better and herzlicheren service.

  • Sport & Leisure
    1.0

Unfortunately, we do not know, whether it was actually any sport possibilities, since there was absolutely no information was. Not even a information in the room. A pool we anyhow did not seen.

The hotel is one of the top addresses in cape town. It is very clean. The staff are very friendly. The location on the waterfront is ideal. Evenings with good feeling on the waterfront walk around. Parking spaces were free and secure directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast was really very good, fresh fruits, juices, sparkling wine, oysters... Hot breakfast was à la carte to order. read hotel review
  • Room

The standard rooms were very spacious. Our room was on the first floor which was good. The bathrooms were sour. There was a kettle and unlimited coffee/ tea. 2 times 500 milliliter water there was daily. Safe and a tv ( flat screen) stood also available.

  • Gastronomy
    5.0

As described above the breakfast was really good, from the tendency the breakfast was rather typical of the country. The breakfast restaurant was not crowded, but we were also in August there. The staff were also here very friendly.

Very friendly staff, as well as clean rooms. Evenings were the beds with a bedtime sweet mistake.

Here is the only drawback of the hotel. No own fitness room or pool. You have to the neighboring hotel and this was in meiers catalog not included.

Perfect location on the waterfront. Shops and restaurants directly in front of the hotel. Of a hotel in the city centre we would rather advise you not to go there, as we were after o'clock not really seemed secure. Excursions to seals Iceland or boat trips including whale wachting are directly at the waterfront bookable.

The perfect end to our trip. Great location right on the waterfront, free parking spaces, very nice and attentive staff, nice room with spacious bathroom installed, as well as the toilet in a small specialty. Breakfast: not to describe. Nothing was left to be desired. In less than 90 minutes we created there was no tomorrow. Who wanted, could stoke gutgekühlter oysters and champagne was ready. And the view of the harbor and the mountain behind. Wow, I myself alone now already again at the rave! For us the best choice in Cape Town. We would stay again at any ... time. That was really great for a more than reasonable price. And the in-house restaurant 'Oyo' belonged to one of the best addresses of the city. Great atmosphere, excellent food and (of course, you would say) first-class wines at an unbeatable price for German standards. read hotel review

The hotel is located in an ideal location right on the waterfront. At the breakfast you can enjoy the views of Table Mountain. The rooms are very large and clean. The equipment looked very new and didn't see any defects. The Wellness and Spa area (both in Parnter Hotel, directly across the street) we used during the stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel and would for a return stay in Cape Town again. read hotel review

The hotel is just perfect and central to the V&A waterfront. In the middle of it all. In the morning we were able to have breakfast outside right on the dock in the sun with a view of Table Mountain. That was simply an experience. At the breakfast left nothing to be desired, a large selection at the buffet-even oysters and champagne-as well as the additional warm dishes, which one could order, tasted great. The staff were very welcoming and always to our satisfaction in between. There is a lot of effort, you know, that it is a hotel of ... the upper class. The room was very nice, large, comfortably installed and the bathroom was a dream. All in all a hotel to feel good. Wished we could have stayed longer. Surely we will be going back there. read hotel review
