A very nice, clean hotel. It is about 8 minutes to the beach walk with a wagon drives there. The staff speaks very good German and is very helpful and friendly. What very large class was, the food was. In the morning, afternoons and evenings buffet with local but also 'German' food (without pork). Everything was fresh, appetizing and tasted excellent. Our room was relatively new and tastefully. The balcony was quite small. It had only 2 chairs space. But that was only one small downside. The two wi-fi-point (a of the lobby from the aqua garden, the other in ... the amazon disco) are far from enough for the many holidaymakers their mails want to retrieve. We were absolutely thrilled about this hotel. The pool area with its wasserkanälen is so beautiful and lovingly arranged, a great setting for the whole hotel area. We liked it therefore so much, because you a compact facilities has, in which you very quickly and in which you from a really nice service team the whole day attentive pampered is. The admittance of the neighboring hotel Grand side is for all, the a bit more hustle may nothing to be desired. There was a more fascinating water landscape designed, the absolutely worth seeing is. Were already the 5. time in Grand Aqua! Once again we had our family room with access to gräfte. Very convenient; could directly into the water and every morning our courses swimmers. Very plus is the 2 loungers on the terrace! Friendliness and willingness to help of the staff as always very good! Food and drinks - something for everyone! A little one negative thing we flung open, that the 'tractor' to the beach but very little back and forth drove. benzinsparen they gave us as an answer! But we enjoyed the walks just good done:-) positive were the ... chairs at the beach. There was always enough loungers for lunch! It was very for cleanliness and order taken care of!
