We visited the hotel already several times, the satisfaction. There were a lot of regular guests from Italy and also Germany in the hotel. Our conversation with these guests showed also all around the satisfaction.

We (couple, 13-year-old son) were very satisfied with the hotel. Our family room consisted of two rooms with large terrace. The food (international cuisine) was excellent and plentiful - always something for everyone there. One time per week was a menu serves, the other male buffet (once inside, times on the terrace and in the swimming pool-area.) The staff were very engaged and really friendly. The animation was unobtrusive, one was asked, whether you participate would like to, but not pushy troubled. The audience was mixed internationally (german, english, italians, indians, east europeans and africans).
The beach boys at ... the beach could already somewhat annoying his, but in conversation with you we also have a lot about the country and people experienced. With an unemployment rate of more than 70% developed one then nevertheless a certain sympathy for you.
All together a very relaxing, quiet and perfectly relaxed vacation. We will come back for sure. read more

We were for middle november for 6 weeks on the complex. Very positively surprised.
Staff, although very gladly tip accepted was always cooperative.
I was a regular in Diani Sea Logde after trouble in hotel with manager, we are in this hotel come with TUI the very helpful was. Management in this hotel was always very polite.
These two hotels not at all comparisons.

The hotel is somewhat outdated, but clean and acceptable.
The pool, park and beach are spectacular.
The beachboys leave after a few try to your verkaufsdringlichkeit and are always friendly.

I have not much was expected nevertheless disappointed. To the sea and back to the pool chair was not pleasant one was immediately from the local besieged. It has been begged and tried to extort if you didn't buy anything.
Room without fridge and without working properly air conditioning this has nothing with 4 + stars to do. Room very run-down mosquito nets full of holes.

We have just returned from Diani Sea ResortThe Hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were all amazingly friendly. Grounds were beautiful, the rooms clean, beds comfortable, towels and sheets changed there was nothing you could find fault with. The food was excellent and staff very friendly the beach front setting was picturesque. The beach boys are the usual pain but the hotel guards kept a close eye which meant you could use the beach that fronted the hotel without been hassled.
The best part of the holiday though, without a doubt was the staff, they were perfect hosts. ... Every one of the staff were full of energy and fun.
We took a 3 day safari that we booked when we arrived with Lets Go wild Safaris and again this was a trip of a lifetime. visited Tsavo East & West, we stayed in Voi Safari Lodge with a beautiful panoramic view of the plains and then Severin camp in Tsavo West, this Lodge was absolutely fantastic
I honestly cannot recommend this resort and the Safari Company highly enough and would like to say thank you to everyone at the resort and everyone we met in Kenya for our Holiday of a lifetime. Great value for the money and hospitality of the staff is amongst the best I’ve experienced read more

This was our third time in a row in this wonderful facilities, and it was not for the last time! We have never before with such warmth in a hotel welcome. Allen staff this facilities from room boy, gardener, security, chef, towelboy, waiter and animation team is the wellbeing of the guest very on the heart. We have such friendliness nowhere where else met. This team made possible it, is in this hotel like at home at home. Who didn't feel good here is your own fault! We can fit in nothing at all negative about this very well maintained ... facilities say. The rooms are beautiful and the food is really delicious. If you stay here vacation makes should definitely a trip with Manfred to the reef and sandbar with its BMW taxi. Exceptionally beautiful! Otherwise every sunday a live concert with kim4 love at the beach instead of. Right side around 25 minutes away on foot. Great music! Really kenyan life. We would to anyone tourist the anyone an orphanage in Kenya to visit to get a picture of the conditions of the children there. We support are three years the orphanage new Diani children support center in ukunda which is very on visitors look forward to. We have our heart of the country and people lost! Who this hotel bay must clear it was no star hotel in the classical sense is, however to the sister hotel Diani sea lodge the absolutely better decision is. The hotel is directly at the beach and thrilled by the nice lobby and the nice people at the front desk. Further the view to and the complex boasts cleanliness and a well-kept garden and a sea of flowers. Great pool area very clean. All the nationalities represented, english recommended. Unfortunately the beaches are in Kenya not private and makes the beach a annoying must. Lots of small kenyan all what ... to sell and offer have, pushy! But you get used to it if the circumstances of the people and the mentality of the people has understood. All pushy but no aggressive or insulting! If you interested in. Action. Minutes 80% from the price down! It works! Kenya we really liked especially the people. In the hotel the staff is hardworking and friendly, even without giving any tip which i really great found. I still mostly one given. I think that is so! 1 Euro enough! If you lounger by the pool to maintain on vacation give the pool boy a small tip. I wanted to only not understand and was sour but that is how it works in the hotel. You have the possibility itself a small tip to deserve! read more

Comfortable hotel under very good German leadership.
The hotel owners is located directly on the hotel area and have daily an eye on all for the guests relevant processes.
The numerous staff are exceedingly friendly.
The room service is thoroughly and be guaranteed for perfect cleanliness.
The food ( full board) was excellent and very varied. All meal times are in buffet form offered; on request you can but also at the table serve. Several times per week there are evenings al fresco buffet and grillangebote of different national characteristics (african, spanish, Italian and so on) should be emphasized the ... rich offer fresh tropical fruits.
The evening entertainment program is very attractive but not irritating for guests, the peace and quiet prefer.

One may don't expect luxury! It is clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly! We had a superior room booked. There was no TV ( however there was also only 3 bad to receive channels ( Bahariazimmer )-> soccer in the common room transfer, who likes, can also in between times purely.) and no fridge, but since one all inclusive has, you need not. Our room was newly renovated! To be all rooms renovated, noise from construction gave it not! Food-selection was enough, breakfast it could have been a bit more choice of bread and cold cuts can ... give. Always fresh fruits available, several side dishes and main courses and different salads. Dessert there was also, however repeated this regularly. But there was always something you could find! ( stomach problems we had only one evening.) unfortunately there is no ice!
The entertainment team is top, something we had never! Such a commitment! And super English and knowledge of German. Some speak also French and Italian. It has a a lot of fun and it is for each age group something for everyone! For children there are special child care.
Unfortunately there is the beach vendors, the a but also after a few days in peace leave. At the end we were not at all addressed! You should also nothing where to buy respectively not the small stalls at the beach entering-you otherwise forced overpriced souvenirs to buy! ( Ashtray for 60 €(!) had people on a budget).
The beach is wonderful! Recommendable is water shoes! You could buy there, unfortunately they are often used offered, since new just too expensive in the purchase for the Kenyan are. Be careful in low tide, incredibly lots of seagulls, you could hardly occur!, and toxic water snakes. You can at low tide but to the reef run, but you should not.
Riesenminus -point: the seaweeds! This must not be disposed. Depending on the tides is the beach fully so that, see photos! But there is also days, as is the beach extremely clean!
Disco opposite is recommendable, also without escort over gone, but you should not alone make, only in groups. Music was great, on the dance style some Kenianerinnen you can delicious amuse - it is worthwhile. On the weekend is more loosely, entry 2 €per person. Drink prices are OK, you can also something to eat to buy. Unfortunately there is no other possibilities to go out - the bar opposite ( right from the hotel) was always empty!
During the day: Shoppingscenter are available. Unfortunately further away. You can take the Matatu again, costs 30 Schilling per person (don't forget to bargain, the partly at 150 Schilling!) really good you can go shopping there but not. We did not find any! Only some sweets for children in Duruma village or orphanage (you should definitely make!)
If you want their peace and quiet and not a lot of undertake would like, is here just perfect!
A safari is a must! DM tours recommendable! In the shopping center Diani Beach is the office from Dennis Moser, it is also present. No complaint! TOP!

The Diani sea resort is located on Kenya wonderful South coast. Directly diagonally opposite there is a small shopping street with pharmacy, supermarket eTC. The Diani shopping centre is approximately 1 kilometer north.
The hotel lies on a large estate directly at the beach. The rooms distribute themselves on two three-storey building, the main building in the direction beach with ease. You are right spacious, functional and very clean. Air conditioning only works on inserted room key. Bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. As well as in the pool the water is, the lines is brackish, has thus a ... degree of salinity. For drinking and teeth deseam there is therefore every evening a new filled Themoskanne with fresh water, of course in between at the bars also be refilled can.
In the main building is the large front desk ( here evenings from 18 hours for a few hour free Wi-Fi-access ), as well as the restaurant, all the meal times are offered. Lunch and dinner changing from the buffet or a la carte. Dinner partly also as Themebüfett on the terrace before the restaurant. The food is quite extensive and quality OK. The meat however generally quite dry and tough. We were just a week in the hotel and therefore I can't say, as often the dishes repeat.
For those, a little more energetic, there is in the area the front desk a small but fine gym (a treadmill, a stair machine, and a multi-purpose tower, everything very new). Money can between 8 and 17 o'clock next to the reception to be changed. At the front desk you can also have a key for the safe rent. Costs 175 KSH per day.
In the middle part of the estate is the nice laid out pool ( there are from 7 o'clock in the morning also the towels in exchange), a bar, the Infopoint the Colombus animation team and the snack area, in the afternoon different snacks and afternoon coffee and cake are offered. The pool towels were already so early returns, leads unfortunately in addition, that was already very many loungers very early with such a towel blocking, even if the owner the Chair then partly only hours later really uses.
Behind it is the lawn, the to the beach extends (a bit higher, access to the beach on small stairs). Unfortunately this is very strong with palm trees etc. Trees, so most places for lunch no more sun to catch is. It is only the possibility, in the pool area to move. In March we were as a married couple 56/59 in this hotel, and were taken up friendly. With a bit of tipping everything runs better. Alternatively to Dom-Rep is not lying chair on lying chair. Downside is high and low tide. The complex is nice and very clean. The pool could be somewhat cool. Food was very good and diverse. Our in short here we go vacation. read more

price and performance is ok. Really big hotel, very nice garden with pool area, everything very clean. The hotel is not brand new, but in good condition. As all inclusive hotel we were essentially with the food and the drinks happy, a little bit more variety would not hurt. The waiters Gladis and Gerald were our favorite. With a little tip it worked almost all other. But this is Africa and we have enjoyed. There are in the hotel of course different nationalities represented, most unpleasant are Polish guests in groups and pensioners on their siesta and their pool chairs ... unfortunately not a four-star establishment, rather three stars the complex ( garden) is very nice the rooms rather shabby TV devices as old as the complex even since 1991 air conditioning was only with switch in the 2 meter height on, even after consultation with the 'technician' no change.
