Very friendly front desk. Sitting room a bit small and uncomfortable to watch tv with 6 persons. Location more inconvenient for skiing since one is forced either to fixed times with the ski bus or private car to the lifts to go with additional costs. Apart from that very clean and peaceful location. read more

Very good and high-quality apartment plant. We had apartment 7 on the ground floor with a terrace. The apartment was very clean and very modern. The restaurant uridl nearby is in approximately 200 meters distance and a very good choice. The possibility exclusive saunazeiten to book is very good. Proposes the spa offer so quite everything which we had seen up to now. It costs extra but fits in the overall package. Bread roll service worked perfectly. Ski bus stop is right in front of the house. The view in the morning from the room on the mountains with rising ... sun is phenomenal. We have already for next year resserviert. read more

Very good equipped apartments ( especially in the kitchen it is missing at nothing!) , dreamlike Exclusive residential area, overlooking langkofel and the gardener valley, friendly staff, good organized check in, all very clean and well-kept in top condition ( both the apartments, as well as the sauna, fitness equipment, underground parking) We would the residence sovara book immediately again! read more

Dreamlike quiet vacation apartment me lovely mountain views. Everything is absolutely clean, the furnishing general is very high. Sauna area and separate resting room with panoramic views are absolutely wonderful. The communication with boss and staff were always friendly and willing to help. Really great! Very tasteful decor, bread service, balcony somewhat narrow for breakfast( wohnungsabhängig ) parking space in the underground garage f each, super excursions and leisure offers, very friendly! We would definitely come again! The only thing which missing was a pool! read more

I am geschäftl. Very much in hotels on the way, therefore, I consider critical. Here was in the week nothing to complain about. The sauna facility was new, the underground car park in best condition. We had one of the smaller apartments which due to its size and comfort was noticeable. Value for money reasonable. read more

This year we were there for the eighth time for 3 weeks in the residence sovara. The building is located in a very quiet Altitude. The clean and modernly decorated apartment, as well as the whole establishment fully meet the four stars standard. The offered internet flat rate (20 euros per week), the bread service and the laundry and change of towels functioning optimally. On has wishes they reacted promptly. Also massages and excellent carried out. Ski cellar with heated ski boot warmer, underground parking parking, fitness room, a very nice sauna including relaxation room with panoramic views are also ... available. Since the whole ambiance the house, as well as the friendliness the owner and of the staff very satisfied, we already again for the next winter holiday logged on. read more

Residence sovara is a very well maintained building in the most sunny location in the west of St. Christina in grodnertal. By wonderful Woodwork on roof and the balconies it seemed very comfortable. In the bright, spacious, well equipped apartment we felt very comfortable-there was amongst others a beautiful modern bathroom and lovely plenty of storage space. From the inviting facilities such as sauna, peace area, lounge etc. We could unfortunately only little use, as the sunny weather with us for a long on the piste kept. Dar bus to the lifts stops right below of the hotel. Very convenient. ... To the restaurants it is a bit steep hike; good for the slim line-and delicious wines from the region you can in the residence buy. In the morning on request the rolls delivered. The view of the mountain world is uniquely beautiful! read more

We super felt at ease at family D. And safe were not for the last time guests at the residence sovara. The complete package fits. Good value for money, great apartments, very well maintained atmosphere and good service. A week sunshine, super groomed slopes, visible business and a great atmosphere; the one-week stay in the residence sovara left nothing to be desired. The two apartments (Nr.10 and Nr.12) are spacious, cozy, clean and well equipped. About clairaudience, no trace. The bathrooms are modern and pleasantly large. After the strenuous ski guide we were pleased always on the return ... to our comfortable domicile, with a good food with fantatstischem overlooking the langkofel strength for the next day to soak up. Very pleasant stay, great location. Very well maintained apartments in a quiet location with very nice view over the valley and the langkofel. Apartments newly renovated, very nice bathrooms, big room with good furnishings. Peace area, sauna, room for skis and ski boots, underground car park available. The new, very stylish and perfect furnishing of the apartments and the view in the beautiful mountains of the Grödner-valley comfort does not on the paper thin walls of the premises. The unclear Ausrichung to a target audience (hectic large families or relax/silence?) to make for a relaxing days, if not possible. read more
