For 11 years we are at various times guest in Grand hotel been. And the title Grand hotel fits to this hotel perfect.
Very good food in the evening and tomorrow.
Clean rooms.
Spacious rooms
The whole hotel is stylishly furnished, except for the leuchtem dining room, the from the 70 years, and not for the art outfit of the hotel fit.

A beautiful hotel, built hundred years (!), the its name' Grand Hotel' all honor makes. Beautiful garden with a pool and courteous, professional staff, all great in shot. We had small child a quiet suite with 2 rooms and a large, modern bathroom, catering booked with breakfast included. Have a nice, small bar by the pool, when we usually lunch ate. A relaxing week without any problems, pleasant guests in the hotel ( English, Italians, little German), short ways to the beach promenade, everything perfect. This was one of many stays in the last few years in this area, but ... Viareggio we have found the best. Would come back any time a vacation there and in this hotel spend. read more

We felt very much at ease in this hotel, as it from the Einheitsmasse of the other hotels positive hotels. You feel already when entering the lobby in the the twenties offset. The service is consistently good. They gave us at check in on the free parking nearby a park approximately 100 meters behind the house pointed out. Us was the expensive (15 euros per day. ) but secure parking the house better-safe-). The rooms are really big and approximately 4 meters high ceilings. That first impression perhaps somewhat uncomfortable. Nice was the spacious bathroom with a balcony, in ... the nostalgic style was. The room with a sea view are a bit noisy, since to the street back, but the view is fantastic. The garden rooms are also not bad, as one depending on the floor a beautiful view up to the mountains has. The gastronomy we only used it once. The food was good and plentiful. Price for starters and desserts from 10 euros, main course from 15 euros, wine from 15 euros per Bottle. Price in the bar are moderate and not more expensive than in the bars locally. The hotel is in a very good condition. The staff in all areas were very polite. The food was both at the breakfast, as well as at the dinner was outstanding. Very old but nice hotel on the Versillia coast. In front of the hotel, the promenade is around three-kilometer long and is busy on weekends from numerous visitors. We were for the second time in this hotel. It was high season. Tip: if you like it quiet should book a room to the pool. Glance of the past years, but still in good shape. Is located in a very beautiful directly at the kilometer long beach promenade four, but with the main road in between. Room with balcony and sea view is not recommended, if you want to sleep in peace. By the old wood balcony doors you can hear every car passing by.
