The motel is unfortunately very run-down and needs in dire need of a renovation. A training of the cleaning staff would be urgently necessary : not only long black hair in the (admittedly very spacious) shower, but unfortunately also in bed... No way! read more

I can the good reviews of this hotel unfortunately not follow. Our room (i think it was 135) was right next to the pump etc. For the pool, so it was quite noisy. The worst was, that this room now a non-smoking room was, but comfortable not always. It smelled terribly of old smoke. The of us could (or wanted) not help, said they were full and that other guests more than one night would remain. Obvious this room only for one night reasonable. We asked for a discount, the could but only a manager for, and it was only ... at 23 o'clock there. No offer, to notify, or on the next day for the return trip to clarify. With check out there was then not yet times the usual question of satisfaction, falls in this room certainly always. Moab is an expensive area. During the next stay but i would the price for a ordentlicheres hotel in purchase. read more

the hotel, I no official sterbewertung find out could, is located directly at the main street Moabs, unfortunately however quite out of the way, because there are one and a half miles to the city center and a mile to the brewery or the city market. Parking is directly in front of the hotel free possible and there were always sufficient Squares available. the hotel had coffee in the lobby and around the hour, a breakfast area, a front desk, one stood with its countless folder for activities in the area and a washing machine for guests, which we also ... used. Actually there were several washers and also tumble dryer. The good thing was, that there was even a vending machines, the money in 25 cents Coins changed, with the machines businesses had to be. There was also laundry detergent to buy, but the we didn't, because we previously a Flüssigmittel in supermarket had taken. Here questons you could choose between a king size room and a 2 Queen room, but for us only the rooms with the two Queen beds be possible, because we have to fourth on the way are. Still I love it, that we are here per rooms and per person pay, it is families very accommodating. the room was, as the name already says, from two Queen beds, a desk with armchair, a TV and a fridge, we always totally is important, because we were mostly self catering. The TV was reasonable and offered sufficient Channels. In addition there was still a iron including its board and a coffee machine. Moreover, Wiki everywhere available, including in the rooms and that went quite well. with the rooms were we on the whole satisfied and they were clean, but the bathroom was very small and the, although 'oversized shower' was announced. Most other hotel even had a bath tub, without the announced, but each to their own, we bathe anyway never in hotels and therefore is the relatively no matter.

the breakfast was on the ground floor in a relatively small area served and there was also at all three days problems, so we twice in the room ate, what I personally not at all like. Here we were unhappy, because the selection was nothing special. I have however today because of the report again the home and now they are on breakfast some have changed, because the listed selection is now significantly larger. nevertheless it wasn't so, we half starved would be. There was plenty for all, only the selection was not so big and as mentioned, the space problem made the whole a bit uncomfortable.

  • Service

The service was-as we in the U. S. already used are-extremely friendly, it is at all only once in over 50 hotels experienced, that we are'at home' felt had in a negative sense, i. e. in new York. Apart from that you can the friendliness, here not a single Times seem fake, absolutely nothing say.

  • Sport & Entertainment

All, the more often when I read, know, that hotels for us a pool needs, because my younger daughter always wants to go into the water, especially, after the whole day on the city. Sleep INN offers an outdoor swimming pool, the pleasant size and where something was always up and also a large indoor jacuzzi with extremely hot water. So you can have it but also let go, it should outside rain and unfortunately is the in the summer in the area more often the case. unfortunately the building no fitness room and also otherwise no further possibility of sport or the entertainment, the is however near a National park definitely not necessary, I think.

Moab is the gate to the national park Canyon lands and arches, in addition to the dead horse State park and numerous activities in the area. In Moab could one month stay, without a bland. the place is in the US state of Utah in Grand County, at an altitude of 1227 meters on the Colorado Plateau. It lies south of the Calorado rivers and has a surface of 9.4 square kilometer. also these small city of the Mormons established and the name should feel of the biblical setting Moab derive. Here was earlier also ore mined and the general public was the area through movies as Indiana Jones and Thelma and Louise known. The place loves especially tourism, if you more interested, you can do everything, then read but please my report about the adventure center in Moab, as is pretty much everything listed and described. if you are going to Moab wants, the is probably with Interstate 70 and then turn into the 191er a, directly through Moab leads. We came from the Capitol reef Canyon and lead the 24er on Hanksville until we return to the Interstate 70 fell. The I-70 is the only Interstate nearby, so the driving directions to Moab a bit dragging. the town itself can you on various homepages inform ** http://www. moabcity. Org/ ** http://moab-utah. Budget choice on the south edge of Moab. It is a 2 story interior/Mote so access to the rooms - what you would expect in Europe - from the inside and not as with many American motel from the outside right into the room. Due to the attractions in the area (Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park) is the starting point for Moab and according to international crisscrossing the tourists were all ages. Included in the price is a cont'l breakfast. Nothing special (cereal, pastries, toast, bagels, coffee, tea, and juice), but it was enough for a quick start. Just ... a typical American cont'l breakfast with no sausage, cheese and other in Europe usual things downside, the breakfast room is quite small, so that you in the neighboring lobby and in the 2 floor Avoids. read more

The rooms are large and some have a flat screen TV (with TV are all equipped), air-conditioning (the really cooled well), coffeemaker and refrigerator. They are clean and functional. The bathroom is a small offer: The shower is 24 and attached to the room, so you can get a game of distinction. The shower itself is large. The room itself (in the adjacent to the shower the toilet is not. He is also only a sliding door to the room.

The motel is situated at the southern edge of Moab. from the entrance of the Arches National Park. It was about 4.5 miles. Although the site is not as cheap compared to other motels (Holiday Inn, and super 8 motel 6 beach chairs much closer to it) I can only recommend the motel. Across the street from the Holiday Inn is the price for work (20 - $30 cheaper), across the street from the Super 8 motel 6 and the better standard, albeit, a bit more expensive. In Moab many motels along the main road through Moab, as well as this. It is like I said, on the southern Ortsein-/ servicing exit the city. If you want to Arches (about 4 miles), to the Canyonlands - Islands in the sky - District (about 6 miles to the feeder from the highway) you will have to drive about a bit plan, even though the main street was not blocked, only well-visited. Without the place to cross takes you up to the Canyonlands - Needles/District.

For a budget hotel relevant-pleasantly furnished - very useful, that it coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, hair-dryer, television, iron and ironing board. storage space for clothes and also not huge but adequate, than Startzimmer for Nationalparkausflüge big enough. The cell phone reception worked. Clean and tidy.

If it was a real restaurant in the hotel, we didn't checked. Breakfast: Is not common in American hotels, but it has got a free-Einfachfrühstück for self-service - for the Nationalparkbesucher like us just priceless. There's coffee, tea, boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, bagels, muffins, cold cuts/cheese flash, but in the supermarket and in the room's fridge aufgewahren. The Selfserviceecke is factually/convenient: Easy tables without table cloth, buffet, TV see the news. For dinner or drive you in the city, there are restaurants or Fastfoodorte galore. Quaint is a few hundred meters away for example the Brewery (direction city, with restaurant) on the other side of the street - very popular and quite well-visited on the weekend. Please note, if you are visiting the national parks: as inside it except information material (Visitor Center) and toilets (still! Often Einfachfassung, but always clean and with enough paper, towels to bring" "wash your hands! ) Not to buy anything so take food and beverage. Water is always a must, but a picnic under rock has what, and there were in both parks beautiful picnic areas. soak up early, gas stations, too in the parks.
