If you want to design and spacious room: you had to see! Great room (premium pearl bed suite): huge, noble design, bathtub on the big balcony, large comfortable a daybed and a table with chairs on the balcony, large bathroom with 2 sinks, dvd player (played my own homemade dvds easy) and flatscreen tv, large writing desk, alarm clock with docking station to listen to music with the Iphone.
The complex is huge with three pools, two of which adults only, comfortable beds, towels as much as you something. The only fault was the different levels of the staff. The ... check in is with us in the pants went: the receptionist not even welcomes, then 20 minutes jilted, the credit card, without to have been informed, it has altogether good 40 mins, before we finally without any info to the room were brought. Large minus for it! The room was however one of the most beautiful absolutely, we again versönlich right! Huge breakfast buffet with everything you could wish for. The beach is very beautiful, the infrastructure in the vicinity of the hotel for a few days stay safe enough (some restaurants and massage), but manageable. read more

The resort and the rooms (the larger of the newer partly the hotel) are still very nice (we stayed at the indigo already times 3 years and were very satisfied). On this trip we were however with the indigo not so lucky, as the really beautiful and quite kultigem resort the peace and quiet and the sense of service lost. Specially the service is in comparison to other thai hotels this category very upgradeable. We noticed this already on arrival where we very carelessly 'unfair' and thought only still, ok the are in the stress. However even at breakfast it ... was the same, far from enough staff in the service area (a 2. cup of tea you had to partially organise yourself, because the staff either inattentive or because of the personnel in the stress was). On omelettstand you generally not welcome even if you the staff still so friendly accommodating.
With the desire of eggwhite omelets was then moaned. Compared to the Ramada Khao Lak, we before were on the first day asked, whether one a eggwhite omelet every day wishes and how long you stay. At the next days was already always all prepared.
There during our stay very many families with children at the resort, it is for ruheuhe searching of course not the first choice. For families but a great resort in the for children lots to discover there is.
Is annoying unfortunately the daily chairs by overzealous tourist at the beach and at the pools. The part of the nice loungers tourist then only for a few hour. That however most bothered me was the lack of privacy at the beach, there the loungers very nearby together were set up. Partly adjonction our loungers in the course of the day (depending on position of the sun) with the neighbors - goes unfortunately not at all!
To end on a good note we had to whilst checking out also still upset. At the check-in we were asked, whether it was ok if we have a deposit on our credit card, which is usual. When checking out i asked for the receipt so as to ensure, that the amount will be debited. Here, it turned out, that the amount had been charged and they told us friendly with, that this in late. 14 days again be credited. We then the cancellation and the voucher will be charged for, which promptly implemented. That means after 30 minutes of the bank sent a fax which the cancellation has confirmed. This conduct of business was very questionable. The staff they wanted to give us only assure you, that this practice be, after a long discussion turned out but out, that it is apparently zechpreller and now apparently all the guests suffer-at least as long as they say. read more

Durchgetyltes hotel with beautiful pool areas. We only have the great breakfast booked, since we always directly at the beach vörzüglichst and extremely cheap meal. Beach and sea was about our expectations, to us as a group it was ideal, because everyone could do what he wanted, without where to drive. Whether massage directly at the beach, food, cocktail, shopping etc.
Rooms exceptionally nice, service was very good. What i found disturbing, were the constantly surrenden air conditioners, the in the outdoor area were accommodated. In the room you didn't hear anything of it.
I prefer smaller plants, this hotel ... is already very big, therefore the paths are very long.
Nevertheless it was a very nice vacation for each of us! read more

A very nice hotel complex with not everyday design the room (decor was like a zinnmiene ). The beach section was on a small street with shops and restaurants reachable. %blank% the hotel complex, as well as the hotel's own beach, were very tidy and clean. read more

We were in the wonderful, very stylish hotel felt very comfortable.
The service was very good, the breakfast brilliant ( many different fruits, muesli in all variants, many types of bread, and cooked asian food).
We had a room with a view to the pool, this had the disadvantage, that the background noise was very loud, the advantage was the beautiful view.
The bed is very comfortable, only the cleaning of the rooms was not the most thorough.
It has wondered, that in such a luxury hotel no toothbrushes/ pasta was available. One gets this standard even in the 4 ... stars hotels.
We only breakfast in the hotel taken, to the restaurants we can't say anything.
The area and the beach we did not like. The many fishing boats we disturbing and are therefore not at all into the sea. Actually a great shame, why one drives on the sea, but not in the pool to bathe.
The whole shopping in the area is not well maintained.
We have several restaurants tested and the fiesta in taste and the best us. read more

We were now for the 2. time in this hotel. We like the hotel's design very good. The designer has strongly attention to detail.
Although the hotel approximately 10 minutes out from the airport is, we hardly something from the noise heard.
The complex is very clean and extensive, the staff very friendly the food was in the hotel and also in the restaurants outside of the hotel delicious.
Every day there were fresh bottles of drinking water in the room. Towels at the beach and at the pool. There was also fruit, eiscréme and drinking water at the beach ... and at the pool.
Outside of the hotel (on the beach side), there were 2 mini markets, restaurants and souvenir shops. Of course it also tailor. read more

This is a great property but the management had changed since we last visited - for the worse. It's a shame as it should be tip top. Best points are the spaciousness of the resort and the fact that the beach - long wide and sandy with clear blue water - is just across a tiny road which is virtually traffic free. Lots of beach restaurants afford cheap and pleasant eating under the stars. The shallow and shelving beach is wonderful for small children, but those seeking seclusion can find that too at the far end of the beach under ... the trees of the national park. All this, and just ten minutes from the airport. read more

A very luxurious, quiet, stylish and modern hotel with really chic rooms (see pictures).
There were all sorts of guests there, but beginning december still relatively little was going on, what we also found very good (if you have no children has), from the weekend before christmas it was tidy fully.
The breakfast was great, something for everyone, who gourmet food/atmosphere would (also in the evening) should take half board. On almost entire hotel you have wi-fi, that means the adult pool was each 2 with the tray. read more

I should like to echo the previous reviews follow. Indigo pearl is just beautiful, the staff very friendly, willing to help and courteous. The rooms really cool, the food a little expensive, but delicious. One may Thailand not with Germany comparisons (hygiene, cleanliness, etc.) , however creates this hotel a very high standard! It is simply a dream there:-) read more

My son (18 years) and i have a wonderful week in this hotel.
Despite the size of the hotel it was everywhere pleasantly quiet. The pools were all great and the beach is a plus. The food black ginger an experience. The complete the atmosphere was very relaxing. The design, the garden everything a pleasure. Also the offered excursions were used by us and particularly the temple tour was great. The morning sport found partly in the beautiful park instead. read more

If you not ramba zamba want, but with small child mostly the hotel uses, it was great. Restaurants and shops there is also in front of the hotel, but rather little after some days shopped around. Around elsewhere to take it is quite isolated. Excursions are possible, lots of spaces, as phuket town or patong (if you want) but far away. For this only 15 minutes from the airport - also beautifully for the little ones after 12 o'clock flight). With small child really perfect. Infrastructure of the hotel even great and you get everything you need ( baby carriage ..., bed for child with gift delivered etc.). Staff are very friendly, even if it usually takes a very long time. Excellent buffet for breakfast. To the diving not the ideal launch site. Tours usually only with a bus ride to the eastern coast the island (+1 hour). In spite of the many guests runs the somehow. Loungers by the pool were at any time of the day free. However we weren't in the peak season there. So for a comfortable vacation in a little luxury yes, for people, who are looking for action not really. read more

The complex is very large and clean. Somewhat annoying the loud air-conditioning devices. The pools are fantastic. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful. On the hotel are lots of restaurants for the other meal times with lots of different Flavors. All in all a very nice hotel. read more

The food in the hotel very overpriced.
Outside a little cheaper but there is no food for 2 to 3 euros, the small beach restaurants ask dinner from about 8 €on, but are a bit small to get you started :-)

Wonderful hotel with a direct access to the beach. Various sports activities ( for example Gym, Tennism kitesurfing or diving), partly for a fee possible. Spacious complex and lots of space and peace for the individual. Altogether a very pleasant ambience. Nice, hospitable and helpful employee without restriction. The rooms and restaurants are clean, spacious and completely good style. All together total relaxation. The beach is only by a small street from the hotel separately, on this are numerous beach bars and restaurants, as well as shops and various massage-studios. If you still see something from the country would, before ... place many excursions, rental car or scooter book. read more
