A beautiful large area in a large park where you many guests again and again a quiet place if you withdraw would like. The whole complex was very clean and well-kept. During our stay continued the guests as follows: about 60% dutch, 20% germans, 10% english and 10% other nationalities. On the whole an interesting mix. read more

    The rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished. The bathroom was spacious. Every room had an airco, tv, balcony or terrace, fridge and a safe. She were cleaned daily and made a very good and well-kept impression.

    There was a large dining room with a covered terrace. Furthermore, there was 3 restaurant in which you for a little bit extra appropriate benefits received. The food to evaluate is difficult as the potatoes like, the other noodles and a 3. is rice, we stayed on the large buffet always something to our taste found. There was a wide selection which something for everyone offered, was tasty and was always directly refilled so never something was missing. The restaurant was always clean and if something fell down stood directly someone as the these wegwischte. The staff is always present without being intrusive to appear.

    The staff was very friendly and always endeavors each desire immediately to fulfill. Unfortunately was very little speak german, but you could always communicate, the rooms were spacious and were cleaned daily and it was daily fresh mineral water placed. You could have your laundry done cheap. A nurse was 24 hours on the day to reach which immediately on request a doctor called. It was during the day always something for children offered ( Midget Golf, darts, archery, and so on.). With complaints they reacted immediately and this directly turned off.

    It by the entertainment team something offered, without being pushy. At the beach were various water sports. During the day there was child care available and every evening there was kid's disco which is very well-attended and it was the kits lots of fun made. The pool and the beach was clean and tidy, there were always enough loungers with mats free of charge available, in addition were always free fresh towels offered.

    The hotel is situated right at the sea, only by a street separated from the beach( what comfortable through an underpass be bypassed could). Directly behind the hotel the landscape to small mountains. To the next place Kusadasi it was approximately 4 kilometers. Directly in front of the hotel was a bus stop ( 1,50 Euro per person) or with the taxi which constantly in front of the hotel stood ( around 7 to 9€). After sulcik or Ephesus ( 25 miles ) by bus for 2 €per person. Taxi you have to negotiate.

If you on the day of arrival the shower itself scrub must say the already everything about the cleanliness in the hotel from. Even if an old facilitities are we must at least keep clean. Corners were just cleaned. I have never seen such a dirty pool see, I was disgusted to swim. The food was in the first days, but after longer stay one noticed no variety gave, the service was also very bad we were partly self service, drinks in/out privileges, plates yourself cleared away from the tables. The food in the snack bar was very very bad. ... All together the hotel I can for so much money is not recommended. read more

It was a great vacation! Especially we were from the well-maintained facilities and the enormous effort and the very prudent way of the staff impressed. Great and varied food, always and everywhere friendly service staff, as well as many pleasant details of the staff, the us the vacation 'around' made. Only point of criticism: it hardly anyone spoke German - basic English are urgently necessary - nevertheless: we will be back! read more

All together the vacation was very beautiful there, the speech of the children was however very different, maybe also on forthcoming end of the season. The waiters in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly, great was a meal in the club -restaurant. Drawback: for sending my 6 postal cards i had to at the front desk €9,00 pay, unfortunately you have today ( 8-12-12) in my friends not arrived, my wife are within 3 weeks arrived coincidence? Postfehler? Or earn at the front desk someone additional pocket money? read more

Beautiful and very well maintained beach-section. Very clean hotel with remarkable friendly staff. One felt very welcome and arrived. Good traffic connections with Dolmuş right in front of the hotel. After kusadassi about 6 kilometer. Water park only about 2 kilometers away. Ephesus can also take Dolmuş on the route. Price very cheap. Squirrels jump everywhere in the hotel-grounds and are very tame. à la carte restaurant available if desired. Sauna, massage and hammam for a fee. The extensive hotel with bungalows or adjacent single story small houses matched the landscape. There is a quiet spaces on the complex for ... people, the peace and quiet need. All together can only be recommended. read more

The hotel is a nice and large area with 1 or 2 story bungalows. The resort is in well-kept condition.     The rooms are nice, and cozily furnished. Also they are mostly spacious, but you for families up to three persons relatively small (economy rooms). The rooms plenty of storage space. The living room was very well-kept. The bathroom was very spacious, however were the joints of the soil, as well as at the duschwannenrand dirty or from the infested with mold. Unfortunately they had not enough warm water the showers (relatively cold about 25 °c).

    The spacious resort nearby Kusadasi located right next to the quayside. The hotel's own beach was reached through an underpass, without having to cross the road and shares, next to a small bar with plenty of seating, in two levels on. Some beach chairs right at the waterfront and more are on a concrete higher level. The beach is very narrow but well-kept. On the outer edge of the resort (for example room 544) is the much driven on road, so it is noisy. Otherwise the hotel is very quiet location. Around the resort is a mini market, otherwise no other shops. The center from Kusadasi, with a large harbor, at the often large cruise ships concerns, can be reached by the Dolmuş about minutes (1,50 Euro per person).

    The beach is in a short walk through an underpass. He is beautifully flat sloping, so that you can walk to. The center from Kusadasi is in a couple of minutes with the Dolmuş, every few minutes directly in front of the hotel leaves, to reach. There, there are plenty of shopping and entertainment possibilities. Of excursions is also each quantity is offered, nearby is a sort of dunes/desert landscape where one with the kard rum jets can, is a crazy amount fun. Efesus is also only a couple kilometer away. A small village with about 400 rooms, distributed on small units (2 floors). Built in 1966, in spite of the age super well-kept building. Large area with a lot of green lawn, palm trees, pine trees and flowers. In the catalog, the club with 4 stars, according to the all inclusive band are it 5 stars. The trip was booked all inclusive. The types of people were very international (Germany, Turkey, Netherlands, England, Russia and France). read more

    We had a superior room, a bit bigger facilities such as a normal room. However the complex consisted mainly of superior room. The rooms are equipped with tv, safe (daily fee 2,50 Euro), hair dryer, mini fridge. Every day there was a 1.5 liter bottle of water free to the room. As i have already mentioned was our rooms (room 330) not very clean. There were hair in the room and there were round corners. In the bathroom were in the shower mold, you could not have. Despite complaint, was little changed. Maybe we were just unlucky with the cleaning staff.

    There was a main restaurant and two specialty restaurants, which one unique to the extra charge of 3,- Euro per person could book. Any further reservation then with 10 Euro per person will be charged. The waiters/inside were friendly, attentive and fast. A special thanks i would like to waiter Sedat vocalize (polite, nice, attentive and despite high workload is always a smalltalk possible). We found the atmosphere on the terrace pleasant, as in the dining room.

    Very friendly staff, partly was the language also in german, otherwise the communication was in english. The cleaning of the rooms was not so convincing, in spite of the complaint, there was no improvement. We found a great shame. The complaints were taken serious.

    Driving directions from the airport to the hotel about 1 hour, to Kusadasi there were 5 kilometer, which is easily reached with the Dolmuş (stop directly in front of the hotel) distance. In Kusadasi itself there were enough shopping possibilities. Excursion possibilities : Ephesus (entrance only with turkish Lira possible) On the area there was a private beach, the through a small underpass is attainable.

Spacious and extensive well-kept bungalow location, the through a little driven on side street separated from the beach is.     Very spacious rooms with a double bed and a rollaway bed. The cleaning of the rooms was reliable and thorough. We had problems in the bathroom, the hairdryer, the button for was very unreliable, which had as a consequence, the hairdryer every few seconds was. These lack we had also at the front desk reported, only the new hairdryer had the same problem. On some days we had problems with the hot water, the only with maximum 25 °c from the tap came, after complaint at the front desk it went then however again, only after two days we had the same problem. Chip cards room key there is only one, that is of course not optimal, if one were to 2., or 3. to travel.

The only thing which you could eat, was the salad and the pizza, though they was fresh. Otherwise the 'hot' dishes by the pool mostly cold.

    At the front desk seemed you quite hard, you could get along with german but not too far, a few broken english should you can. At the hotel pool and in the main restaurant, mostly young, untrained staff, the now end of the season a bit bored impression. Who for dinner a drink like, the partial ignorant staff literally beg. The postcards, we at the front desk had made, are now about 10 weeks to end still not arrived.

We spend a very nice holiday in the Kustur club, although the first days of the October, it was quite warm. A varied buffet and very tasty, very clean and neat facilities. The hotel is very beautiful... The only thing which very disturbed, the hardly anyone spoke German... The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complex very big and neat. We (56 +51 years) were with the hotel more than satisfied. For lunch. And dinner should the direction, the apparently constantly locally was, ensure that the selected dress codes respected. Great hotel the old didn't look at them, if you consider how old it is. Apart from that we were very satisfied with the entire area. The only problem was the beach volleyball court at the beach it was but it has no net found. So we always had to on the hard court play what was not so nice. We wanted stop beach volleyball play. The beach is through a tunnel to reach which however not a problem is. The beach altogether is great and there are no rock ( tiny not worth mentioning ) in the water and ... you can very far walk in. The staff is always friendly and all are very fond of children. Food is so so because we are delicate but also we were satisfied. In short good club complex we can recommend. read more

Unfortunately was in September almost nothing more unfortunately. The room was more than deckig and broken the bathroom was dirty and there was black mold in the shower. The water from the shower was a salt water chlorine mixture. Loud Alltours a dopplelzimmer and a garden rooms have we get I think this is really not ok, and the friendliness at the front desk is just outrageous. We are as friends verrelst and are both 18 and were treated, as if we anything to say could. The complex itself is very well maintained and the restaurant is except the cleanliness ... of the tables good as well unfortunately was also noticeable the end of season was. The only staff what nice and accommodating was were the waiters. My conclusion for the hotel: it is in any case no 4 respectively worth 5 stars. The rooms are run down and dirty.
