If you on the day of arrival the shower itself scrub must say the already everything about the cleanliness in the hotel from. Even if an old facilitities are we must at least keep clean. Corners were just cleaned. I have never seen such a dirty pool see, I was disgusted to swim. The food was in the first days, but after longer stay one noticed no variety gave, the service was also very bad we were partly self service, drinks in/out privileges, plates yourself cleared away from the tables. The food in the snack bar was very very bad. ... All together the hotel I can for so much money is not recommended. read more

All together the vacation was very beautiful there, the speech of the children was however very different, maybe also on forthcoming end of the season. The waiters in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly, great was a meal in the club -restaurant. Drawback: for sending my 6 postal cards i had to at the front desk €9,00 pay, unfortunately you have today ( 8-12-12) in my friends not arrived, my wife are within 3 weeks arrived coincidence? Postfehler? Or earn at the front desk someone additional pocket money? read more

It was a great vacation! Especially we were from the well-maintained facilities and the enormous effort and the very prudent way of the staff impressed. Great and varied food, always and everywhere friendly service staff, as well as many pleasant details of the staff, the us the vacation 'around' made. Only point of criticism: it hardly anyone spoke German - basic English are urgently necessary - nevertheless: we will be back! read more

Beautiful and very well maintained beach-section. Very clean hotel with remarkable friendly staff. One felt very welcome and arrived. Good traffic connections with Dolmuş right in front of the hotel. After kusadassi about 6 kilometer. Water park only about 2 kilometers away. Ephesus can also take Dolmuş on the route. Price very cheap. Squirrels jump everywhere in the hotel-grounds and are very tame. à la carte restaurant available if desired. Sauna, massage and hammam for a fee. The extensive hotel with bungalows or adjacent single story small houses matched the landscape. There is a quiet spaces on the complex for ... people, the peace and quiet need. All together can only be recommended. read more

Very clean hotel. Long team, friendly employees. We were in spite of the large facilities on the personal atmosphere surprised. Good food. Only problem was, you need to the sauna bring towels, because in the sauna no be spent. read more

For normal expectations great place to stay. We would not hesitate to go back. Have however except for a visit in the town not outside of the complex done. To relax in the low season definitely recommendable. read more

    Very spacious rooms with a double bed and a rollaway bed. The cleaning of the rooms was reliable and thorough. We had problems in the bathroom, the hairdryer, the button for was very unreliable, which had as a consequence, the hairdryer every few seconds was. These lack we had also at the front desk reported, only the new hairdryer had the same problem. On some days we had problems with the hot water, the only with maximum 25 °c from the tap came, after complaint at the front desk it went then however again, only after two days we had the same problem. Chip cards room key there is only one, that is of course not optimal, if one were to 2., or 3. to travel.

    The food is inconspicuous, above average you can simply not described one. Who searches finds always something, little alternation in the restaurant during dinner, there is still room for improvement. Drinks from the dispenser is witnessed sugared water, as i have in other hotels already high seen better ones. The food by the pool is however just so much worse, every french fries booth here in Germany has better quality food. The only thing which you could eat, was the salad and the pizza, though they was fresh. Otherwise the 'hot' dishes by the pool mostly cold.

    At the front desk seemed you quite hard, you could get along with german but not too far, a few broken english should you can. At the hotel pool and in the main restaurant, mostly young, untrained staff, the now end of the season a bit bored impression. Who for dinner a drink like, the partial ignorant staff literally beg. The postcards, we at the front desk had made, are now about 10 weeks to end still not arrived.

We spend a very nice holiday in the Kustur club, although the first days of the October, it was quite warm. A varied buffet and very tasty, very clean and neat facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful, have very good entertainment the whole day. Panorama -restaurant is especially very nice landscape and fish restaurant. Pool cleaned every day. We (56 +51 years) were with the hotel more than satisfied. For lunch. And dinner should the direction, the apparently constantly locally was, ensure that the selected dress codes respected. The hotel is very beautiful... The only thing which very disturbed, the hardly anyone spoke German... The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complex very big and neat. Great hotel the old didn't look at them, if you consider how old it is. Apart from that we were very satisfied with the entire area. The only problem was the beach volleyball court at the beach it was but it has no net found. So we always had to on the hard court play what was not so nice. We wanted stop beach volleyball play. The beach is through a tunnel to reach which however not a problem is. The beach altogether is great and there are no rock ( tiny not worth mentioning ) in the water and ... you can very far walk in. The staff is always friendly and all are very fond of children. Food is so so because we are delicate but also we were satisfied. In short good club complex we can recommend. read more

Unfortunately was in September almost nothing more unfortunately. The room was more than deckig and broken the bathroom was dirty and there was black mold in the shower. The water from the shower was a salt water chlorine mixture. Loud Alltours a dopplelzimmer and a garden rooms have we get I think this is really not ok, and the friendliness at the front desk is just outrageous. We are as friends verrelst and are both 18 and were treated, as if we anything to say could. The complex itself is very well maintained and the restaurant is except the cleanliness ... of the tables good as well unfortunately was also noticeable the end of season was. The only staff what nice and accommodating was were the waiters. My conclusion for the hotel: it is in any case no 4 respectively worth 5 stars. The rooms are run down and dirty. The postcards which delivered do not come on! For young people definitely not recommendable. The first and last time Kustur club read more

Not far from Kusadasi located hotel ( vacation village) was 1966 built. It shows despite a great age in top condition. Very well maintained facilities, houses and bungalows are very presentable, the pools and the beach are in good condition. While we were there, there were very many dutch, french, belgian, and of course German in the hotel. The transfer time from Izmir airport about 60 minutes. read more

    We had a superior -room with double bed and single bed and baby crib and there was plenty of space for everything else. So very big. Color like new, floor tiled. Air conditioning worked very well. Flat -tv, hair dryer, as well as safe (! 2,50 Euro!) belong the inventory. Room and bathroom are in good condition. Merely the shower you can see the quality of the water at.

    We know other hotels with a better selection of food. But, what was offered was very good. We have only the main restaurant visited. There was the service and the cleanliness very, very good. Attentive and sufficient waiter were standard. There were theme evenings, so that it always variety was. Particularly the cold food and the salads are very tasty. Of course, there is also specialty restaurant, the for 3 €to be able to receive visits. The bars are good for the hotel distributed, but it at the beach and the silent -pool only soft drinks and beer returns. At the main pool and in the ADA-café there is the 'hard' drinks.! Unfortunately must after: o'clock drinks be paid. Also there is no ice in the all inclusive-program!

    The service is our sensations after absolutely great. We were with our baby there and the staff, no matter wether female or male liebkosten and played with the small. That was already very easy going and nice to look at. Also in the restaurant, great service. Drinks after 2 days without request were brought. Cleaning of the rooms: thank you Fatma. She was perfect and has every day with the small played and of course our room (213) cleaned and decorated. We got along with German very well and also complaints were in shortest time fixed. Doctor, mini market and other services are also on site.

    As already described is the sea great. Flat entrance and beautiful clear water. Especially for children a highlight. Loungers there are plenty of at any time. The protection from the sun is available, for babies and infants not optimall. In general quite clean. Therefore its fantastic be people from the water sports centre, located directly at the start the beach is located. Animation at the main pool was loud, you could also at the quiet pool retreat, the is very clean. The entertainment program is very versatile. Positive for skyper or facebooker to mention is, that wi-fi almost in the entire property available is.

    The complex is directly at a access road, but the bothered us only little. The beach is through a tunnel easy to reach. It is a small, but a gently sloping sandy beach. A market, a gas station and a disco are in direct proximity. Kusadasi is only a couple of minutes ( taxi 7 to euros) away from the hotel. There is each wednesday a great market and in the port are cruise ships to be seen. Further excursions we didn't go on, the offer is however quite large.

Unfortunately many false guests at the wrong time. We were very gladly in the Kustur-club and very many real friends there. I understand some review not. Like this naggers but please stay away. read more
