For a stopover or as a business hotel suitable, for private city journey it gives better alternative.
Hotel with 4 blocks a 4 floors with long corridors and numerous rooms. Nearby airport on a highway, with large meeting -center in a dreary area. Everything is on size and has no spanish flair. Shuttle bus-bus to/from the airport (for 3 of 4 terminal) from 05:00 a. m. until late in the night, all 30-60 minutes, even if you the times not so seriously can; very positive: if it larger events in the hotel returns, are also great shuttle bus-buses set ... in. Check in/out can then but also even totally be overloaded. They speak english, but also on efficiency from, in accordance with the explanations as you to the center or it is recommended to look at. A guess though, that one with a public bus to the next metro-station drive, but you can just as with the shuttle bus back to the airport and from there with the metro (1 change ) to the center. Far are in front of the hotel always enough taxis.
Room with parquet/laminate, clean, large bed (booked single room, receive double room ), tv, empty mini bar, safe (broken and was not repaired/battery changed). Room service is rather spanish/casual/inaccurate, which is not to the stars fits, but basically ok.
Breakfast (ditto lunch) in a massive hall with several buffet, scope /varied, the service is depending on time of day & number of guests sometimes overburdened.
In the sum: if you were a business event visit, you can good place to stay. If you Madrid see & to experience wants, then it is not a good choice.
(that the hotel for international guests thought is, one noticed not least because, under the glass top of the desk the instruction to find, in which direction to pray is. See photo) read more

Free shuttle bus to the airport to all terminals. Late check out was on demand free possible ( until 14 o'clock). For an overnight stay near the airport very suitable. Comfortable beds. read more

I have read some of the hotel on the internet. Most of it was really bad. I thought it was only for one night. But so very true, that hotel is really not recommendable. Bad location, very poor service and inedible food (got the stomach). The hotel is very large and absolutely impersonal. read more

A huge airport hotel with complimentary shuttle bus to the airport (at least 30-45 minutes notice and in advance, as the bus often crowded and guests can not be taken). The breakfast buffet is huge and of good quality, but it is reminiscent of a dining room in a mass tourism hotel. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The rooms are large and quiet despite the size of the hotel. A small spa and fitness area is also available, which also used at times and unfortunately crowded. read more
