Great hotel, directly at the beach and great views. The rooms are (if to the beach) spotless! The check in was perfect, the bell boys did a great job, ice cubes transported. The parking lot in front of the hotel are free of charge. read more

The hotel is despite his age and facilities as' golden girls' a dreamlike peaceful oasis and relaxation with directly at the beach. From the airport fll and Port Everglades there is only a few minutes drive-so ideal for a few relaxing days after a tour or before, or after a cruise. The service in all areas excellent and nevertheless down to earth. The breakfast buffet ($17,-) is for the price really excellent - especially the freshly prepared omelettes and pancakes to choice were brilliant. Thanks for really great days, we will be back! read more

We have our year's fort lauderdale short break lago mar resort and were completely inspired! The friendly and extremely competent front desk at the check-in gave us a first-class impression. The room (suite ) was very spacious, the friendly room staff made decent but, that the rooms always clean and tidy were. In the limited hotel, the same at the beach is located, really doesn't lack nothing: A stylish, comfortable restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a nice snack bar, some varied hotel shops, a beautiful pool area, children's playground. A special remark deserves certainly 'lucy', the local, always hungry ... only squirrel (squirrels), in the trees in the restaurant terrace lives and already in the morning to the entertainment of the guests its frühstücksrunden rotates \u263a We would definitely come again back to the lago mar resort! read more

A great hotel next to beautiful beach from fort lauderdale. Car is however definitely required, since shops not in the immediate area are. The pool area is very nice. The rooms are big and very clean. read more

    Actually we wanted to in the hotel have breakfast, but after so much rudeness, we had no desire the hotel further Dollar to give. Evenings have lots of guests your own drinks in/out privileges and have the pool bar set (had to).

    Friendliness is something else. Already at check in, we were taken by a member of staff, who spoke German, not with friendliness welcomes. His face verfinsterte still more, when he saw that we only one night remained (was the final hotel during our round trip and had no desire to a flughafenhoten in Miami). The staff in the home meets are, were it was not even necessary to regards. When checking out we are from a lady very unfriendly received.

Lago Mar is a good beach hotel in feet. L. Wonderful beach. Loungers by the pool included no sun screens, however lots of palm trees. Chairs on the beach US typical very expensive. Free parking, also Wi-Fi. The furnishings already somewhat older, but with charm. Very peaceful location, definitely car necessary. About 10 minutes to the airport FR L. To Miami Beach about 30 minutes read more

    We had a room with separate living and bedroom. In the living room was a pull-out sofa available, on the children sleep. Nevertheless was still sufficient space for a large table. Xbox available, is however subject to a charge. There is a small kitchenette, coffee machine available ( capsule filled daily). Shower and toilet in a separate room, is however very small.

    The pool is very nice. As we found it however felt, that merely the palm trees shade donate. Here should sun screens installed. It is nice that it Midget golf, chess, small children's playground in the pool area returns. So no boredom. At the pool as well as at the beach showers available. Great we found the hammock on the way to the beach. The beach is great-fine. We were lucky and could turtles hatch see. Wireless internet in the room and hotel area free of charge.

The hotel has very nice suites. In the lower area is it apart from the dining room a whole lot of common areas various species (sofas, armchair and chairs) everything very comfortable. It is very clean everywhere ( also the rooms). Guests there were many with different nationalities. We have German seen, but also americans and English. read more

    Bedroom with two beds and a sofa to pull-down in the living room. In the living room there was a tv and in the bedroom. Game console which you could hire was available. There was also a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The coffee is refilled everyday. Even detergent was the pool. In the morning, there was a newspaper. A safe was in the closet. There is a iron and an ironing board. The rooms are cleaned every day. If you in the morning yet Not ready at noon someone.

    We were in the hotel only breakfast. Breakfast is not really cheap. But it is worth the money. It is very plentiful and we didn't miss anything. There was even extra a cook the pancakes and omelets on demand freshly prepared has. Especially you need then to the evening nothing food. The staff are very nice and attentive. Fills the beverages again and again to. Tip we always so about 15% given.

    The staff are super friendly. And really all. Whether at the Breakfast or at the front desk. At the front desk there is an austrian. So also speak German. There are washing machines and tumble dryer which can use everyone. This cost nothing. Detergent can be bought. Complaints we had no but we had/could one night elongate, since we didn't go on, the tropensturms. The went completely unproblematically.

    The beach is really right on the hotel. Shops through two supermarkets are quickly (about 5 minutes) with The car to reach. There is a walgreens and a publics. Various restaurants in drivable environment. The pizzakette with the hat isn't recommendable. We were in Miami ( is approximately 30 minutes out) and in a large Reveals. The 30 minutes for the reveals you really should a Full day time.

We had very nice days in Fort Lauderdale. As we had a private car there had we were of course very mobile. If you to the bars on the promenade you would have to walk a little bit about 20 minutes (over the beach or street along). Parking were contrary to my previous knowledge free in front of the hotel ( self parking ). Unfortunately even here the loungers and screens at the beach only for 20 American Dollar/ day. By the pool there is no umbrella, however many palms, the sometimes give shade. Breakfast 20 American Dollar per person ..., dinner in the evening with normal prices as usual in the restaurants also. read more

Hotel with great value for money and in the typical American look with lots of plush, -a huge King size bed and super comfortable! Room with a kitchen, two tv and kosequenter air conditioning. Friendly, large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Only the permanent Venitlator it annoying. German speaking lobby. Computer room with permanetem internet connection, printer and everything you ( sometimes) need! Big pool with nice bar, palm trees and good restaurant. Very polite staff, the you like a tip ( tip) returns. Good and quiet location right by the sea. read more

We had the resort at the end our round trip posted in order to get something at the beach relaxation. We had a normal room and got nice front desk upgrade to a suite no extra cost. These us very happy and we had a wonderful room. Breakfast buffet is also from the hotel offered is however not cheap ($40 including tax and tip f. 2. ) the offered meals are fresh and a chef prepared omelets to order to. In addition one feeds in pleasant atmosphere. Since we were traveling a lot, I can for dinner say nothing. By ... the pool there was also a snack bar. The hotel lies great right on the beach and also has a great pool. Parking is free which in the USA is very important, as well as free Wi-Fi. Staff super nice for us it was perfect and we will come again. read more

Very beautiful hotel direct at the beach location. It is not the newest but the location scored. The staff are friendly and accommodating and will help you with bookings of excursions eTC. read more

Hotel has a very large pool and was located directly on a long sandy beach; the hotel was very generously equipped. Considering the reasonable price, it is quite a luxurious hotel. read more

We are now already for the second time in this beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette and a large balcony with direct pool view. We were disappointed over the service at the breakfast buffet. The staff was a little hard to clear the used dishes and the coffee we had to remind them several times. At Easter the service was much better! Free parking, good service on the beach and in the pool area. Delicious cocktails and burgers. Very friendly & competent staff at the check-in before the start of a perfect hotel cruise. read more
