The wohlfühlefeckt in the room was not one.

The bar, and the buffet was nothing special.

The staff was friendly with good german language skills. The cleaning of the rooms was enough.

For guests should the charges for beach chairs and umbrellas Umbrella at the beach not specially be billed.

The hotel is outdated, despite renovation there are signs of usage. On the whole the hotel is clean, the central location good. The way to the beach is approximately 60 meters. The staff is very friendly. Food i would than average rating. Drinks were customary. The hotel is noisy, 40 meters away there is a mosque... The room with shower is from the base area big enough. We had a double room booked, the room was unfortunately with 3 beds equipped, so we had the feeling in a youth hostel to stay overnight. The built-in closet was enough for our clothes not, it was missing Shelves. The hotel was not fully booked, it was the time in the hotel relaxed. Stress with the tourists there was not.

The location of the hotel for things to do is very good. The transfer took about 2 hours

Furnishing and cleanliness were good.

In the food area was from the staff friendliness and courteous. The restaurant was in clean state.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were acceptable. Cleaning was very tidy, laundry was regularly changed. Complaints were immediately taken care of.

Beach and pool were pleasant

Size of the room was normal. The food was good and varied.

Distance to the beach was 2 minutes away. Location of the hotel was good. Town center was with bus 5 minutes away.

The rooms are partly very different, as already mentioned front building and back building, facilities different in bed size, air conditioning, floor coating, tv, furniture in bathroom and room. Fridge and safe only for a fee. Size of the rooms 14 meters² so standard. The location of the room can be decisive for a peaceful vacation, in floor 1 and 2 above the bar is evenings but very loud, so we the room changed and are after couple of days in the 4th floor in front building ripped off with a great view of the sea and peace. To note, opposite of the hotel there is a mosque and the mopeds calls about 5 times per day to the prayer, this of course you can hear in all the rooms, only the back probably less, but that is just to Turkey and it has rather fascination from. The cleanliness of the rooms is okay, the cleaning maids tried very hard and are even once over a few Lira at the same time.

The food is the simple turkish cuisine, with the half-board evenings with about 15 appetizers and much salad and a warm food with side dishes, unusual well seasoned and very tasty mangled, the cook understands his handicraft, but he must admittedly had from the few money which he available has the best achieve, which makes it excellent, although after a week the courts repeat ( i) N 14 days there were 3 times Kebab, 2 times Köfte, 2 times fish, 2 times chicken, 4 times meat balls in various form) with rice, potatoes, homemade fries and finest vegetables as side dishes. So if you are the pure turkish cuisine not like it is here unfortunately at the wrong place. Drink prices in the hotel for beverages without alcohol low - beer and Raki etc. With the half-board for turkish very high standards (the state has unfortunately the taxes on alcohol doubled)-so large thirst then rather all inclusive book, although the offer quite poor-is only beer, Raki, Wodka and wine-and the only until o'clock - for all inclusive-guests there is only open drinks in the cup-for half board and other guests all drinks in bottles or cans with service.

The hotel staff is exceedingly friendly, every wish was as soon as possible, whether room changing, exchange of the bed, repairs etc. - very accommodating - at the front desk and at the bar is speak German. The cleaning of the rooms is ok, sometimes perhaps a bit superficial, but also here every wish at complaints fulfilled immediately. In my opinion the big plus this hotel, one cared for the guests at all and at any time of the day.

The pools at the hotel are rather limited to use as the pool between the houses but was quite loud, also because of the huge slide and the bar, in the back because of the older building by the pool but often quiet times, there can one also times in the hotel relax and in peace a few trains in the pool rotate, but the beach with the great sea use the pools but rather rare, usually if you longer times shade to spend wants. Internet in the hotel is okay, on the rooms it is usually good but also partly with lots of disturbances. A billiards table and a ping pong table are also.

Small hotel with 60 rooms, everything was very well arranged and almost informal, cleanliness all in all okay. Division of the hotel in 2 houses, at the front of the house a bit modern designed ( for example laminate floor and large lcd tv, air conditioning single-handed controllable). The hygiene is all in all okay, but on some days it will the cleanliness not so exactly taken and it remains some are in public areas. There is half board and all inclusive, either only with breakfast. The types of people are to 80% germans, turks, scandinavians and russians in approximately equal parts, the rest from other countries.

In a side street with little traffic, to the beach 50 meters on the one lane coastal road (a bit more traffic but the noise from the street limits ) - from the airport are at least 2 hours transfer time but mostly you will be as one of the first drop, with pick-up at the end of the vacation then, of course, pretty much the last. Shopping on every corner, excursions better not in the tour operator book - too expensive - recommendable would be here Aldi-tours in the it already for a very long time in Alanya gives

The size of the room was good. We had a double bed and a single bed in it. Also the size of the shower and the bathroom itself was okay. The room had air conditioning and a mini -balcony. Safe and fridge you had to extra pay. Tv was available. The furniture itself are already getting a bit old, but everything was clean.

In this hotel there is a bar, the restaurant for all inclusive-guests and an à la carte section. I would in this hotel definitely not more all inclusive book. The food was the large shortcoming, no variation and you have absolutely no trouble. If you saw, which the guests on the plates prepared was, the dinner then paid, was the offer for the all inclusive guests already a cheek against. 8 days long mainly rice and minced meat. Dinner was from 19:00 until 20:30 and if you 19:30 to eat came was partly no more filled up. We then complained and on the next day then worked fine.

To the service... Well too many friendly, except for the guys behind the bar. We were sometimes even complained that, if we have ordered. But perhaps it was simply because, that the season soon to end and was it simply was ready. Apart from that you could both in English, as well as German well communicate. The cleaning of the rooms was a bit slow in hallway, but then the last a couple of days worked well.

Sporting activities or animation are in the hotel not available, but because of the city and the beach also not needed. The hotel has a small pool, we have the however never used, were always only at the sea. The pool is also between 2 terrace fronts, thus has one also no sun and no view. Loungers and umbrella were in the hotel available. At the beach you had to this pay. In the hotel you could a bon acquire, where a little discount for the chairs at the beach got. 2 loungers + 1 umbrella came 10 tl, so about 5 €.

A friend and I were beginning September for 8 days in this hotel. Prior to I had some concerns, as it only stars but on the basis of the recommendation rate I thought, well you can try. The hotel itself is a typical city hotel. It's not so very big and also getting quite old. For cleanliness is however respected. You can breakfast over all inclusive everything. The types of people are different, when we were there, there were many dutch, Sweden, russians and German turks. So very mixed.

The hotel's location is great. Only about 50 meters away from the beautiful Cleopatra beach. Also are shops around the corner and everywhere there are pub where you delicious eat out can.

Big enough, simply furnished, everything okay. Safe in the wardrobe, tv on the wall (2 German program with us), we had double bed. Balcony with a view of one of the pools and the bar area. Always music, but at midnight though. Was ok. Air conditioning available, smelled however musty. Maybe cleaning or filterwechsel or so ( room 808). But it was powerful. Bathroom good, new, clean. If wi-fi was, then it was also in the room.

Only breakfast, was all right. Selection ok. Cleanliness was actually ok. But, the room, in the food during the meal times is developed, looks between the meal times often messy from. The shelf space not really wiped, there were still crumbs, it is awful. This is unpleasant. Altogether the room messy, uncomfortable, old, dirty. Atmosphere from the bar very pleasant, the prices way too high! 0.5 liter efes: 7.50 tl, large bottle of water: 3 tl More expensive than in the normal restaurant on the road. Since it's not so crazy much mood, the evening at the bar off. Buying one rather next door and drink are beer on the beach promenade - unfortunately! Large bottle of water in the shop next door: 0.5 tl

Were all very friendly, linguistically no problems. At the bar works however a young man, the seems somehow... I would like to ask him not insult, shall we say, the service was not the brightest. Cleaning of the rooms ok, however often very late. Towels could more often be changed (only every 3 days). Our complaints were friendly noted and it was cared. Altogether we felt very in good hands!

Small pools, the mostly in the shade are. Great in the heat! For us the refuge! Vine, the shade-comfortable. But :-) is not so, that we nothing to moan about - Of the 4 wooden beach chairs there are unfortunately 2 broken (we have the ' allahallah ' calling waiter shown). There is stuff turned off, empty boxes, broken loungers, ' a plan... They are so the refinement... \u263a Apart from that: comfortable, beautiful shade, we nevertheless comfortable. At the beach it was way too hot, too loud ( music, bumbumbum, I want my peace 'moaning') apart from that, very nice, enough loungers available, good service.

Altogether rather clean and tidy, however here and there missing the German thoroughness ;-) but we are now times not in Germany. 2 building, 4 floors-everything was already 80 times described. We had only breakfast and were also happy. We have chosen, as 2.5 stars not really good food expected. Otherwise we wanted limited be independent and this decision beureuen we do not. We have daily great in pub eaten, where eiheimische food-fantastic (bolu sofrasi, very close - very recommendable) Over the guest structure we can't say anything, since we hardly were on site, the last 2 days not even for breakfast ( since bolu sofrasi for 5 €a bombenfrühstück our choice was).

The location is very good. To the beach only across the street, a lot of shops, restaurants, hairdresser - everything was there. You must not into town slippers, but it's fun, when it sunset finally cooler. Boat trip recommendable: captain said, with its small, old boat. In the port - on the pirate ships was past and a small boat with a glass bottom search. Great!

Zimmerreinigug is as already described a catastrophe, the rooms are equipped with an airco, a safe 2 Euro fee during the day and a fridge 25 Euro the week fee. , a small balcony and unfortunately over too few shelf space.

As described above, drinks in all-inclusive only with little choice, The cleanliness in the bar area, in particular the tables are wiped, but they are afterwards exactly smudgy and kleberig as before, also on the warm buffet the upper rail where everyone with his spaghettigabel gegenhaut 't wiped, is already somewhat disgusting. The food consists of a very large part of finished products and reformed meats is tasty but ok

The staff's hospitality is divided into two parts, there is a waiter, the almost rips make it quite for all to make, then there is this young staff, only to youth groups for, to intensive turkish or English to converse and his work extremely haul leaves. The young man behind the bar don't know how friendly look and the large waiter uses more energy on a self-portrayal as his colleagues to effectively support. The cleaning of the rooms is a catastrophe. I have 10 days with a eingerissenen bed sheet slept, bathroom was only superficially to not at all cleaned, and the small rock from the beach there were also days on the floor. And if then until 17:00 the room still not cleaned, I wonder what the women the whole day? The towels only every 3 days changed which is also good, only I am of the opinion, that you at least just hang and they don't have to lie leave, where the guest left for example on the washbasin complaints from the nice man at the front desk solved immediately and also the boss from the hotel really makes an effort the wishes of the guests respond

The hotel is in such a condition, the best days behind itself. The starts at the elevator at, the also gladly times in the mezzanine floor, and in front of a wall opens the door, then these provisional steps to the cold buffet, it is not safe. Places to put things in the room are also not enough available, you live as it were from the suitcase. The all-inclusive offer is a joke. There are just wine, beer, vodka, Gin and Raki and a few non-alcoholic drinks. Local drinks as liqueurs, brandy ö. ä. If you here in vain. At a charge naturally everything is possible

The hotel is about 2 minutes away from the pebble beach, and chairs and umbrellas could at the front desk with 20% discount are acquired. This discount is but only for a certain beach section. In a well-deserved vacation attention should be paid to this is, that the hotel right next to a mosque, every morning from 5:30, through the loud speakers woke us up. So if you sleep in should it consider. The largest insolence however is, that the hotel according to description about 800 meters away from the town center should be, this is not the wahheit. Until the town center it is around 3 to 3,5 kilometer. Accordingly are the shops in closer environment not so large.

I can only say all great I had no complaints therefore I can since nichtst say cleanliness top one can very well in all languages to chat and the poersonal very friendly and children nice as we times a disk off

Well honest as one can still work but got the pool is ok is clean and sun protection is everything internet since it was only animation the I bring you next year with but ehrentamtlich, because they are really like a family there

Yes the size I guess at 80 room the condition to complex was clean, the rooms very clean I go food was okay the services are oK age average everything available but that is the that you need very children friendly I'll be back with my son there have a vacation
