Room with the ancient decor with a balcony and worked air conditioning! No 4 stars hotel room!

quantity but no quality!

Staff very unfriendly! Hardly was speak German only English.

Child care I thought it was really great! German entertainers were just great! Also aquagymmnastik and pool volleyball! Shops: a minimarket on the complex with overpriced prices. Suntan creams for 21 Euro I found a bit exaggerated. Access to the internet unfortunately nil return! Only in the hotel at the front desk! At the beach you had to loungers itself pay - 5 Euro on the day. There was no free drinks there. Apart from that it was a clean sandy beach Stayed in the pool area loungers enough. Showers and toilet not connectable and extremely dirty. Sorry. sauberkiet right nothing!

On the first glance nice hotel. Large nice with 3 pools and right next to the sea! The room was very dirty with ungewischten dust and with getränkeabdrücken on the table from the previous guests. When showering the water almost to the knees and ran not off. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired! I am actually lovers as well as omnivores and not very demanding but the, which served, I will not even my dog feed. Terrible! Almost everyday the same and the greek kitchen - no trace! Lunch we then simply denied or to eat to Mastichari went. ( next place with good pub with delicious food). Unfortunately for all inclusive it was very, very weak! Also as for the drinks it was very weak. Uso, Brandy and beer free. All cocktails you had to itself pay. Soft drinks - nA ja. I only water taken, as I knew what I had. Dishes and glasses - please be careful not the remainders of the vortag stuck. Guests: most German, russians, Poland.

Directly at the beach! Half an hour by bus away from the airport. Shops in the next place Mastichari. With the taxi for 10 Euro. Overpriced trips with rundschauen by the Island of Kos. Rather directly car rent.

The rooms are ample for the size. The interior was rather old and in need of renovation. Otherwise the bathroom was also in need of renovation, even after fast showering the bathroom underwater. ( partly renovated room available) The balcony was large. The furnishing of the rooms includes a tv and an airco. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved by time be sucked could sand to remove.

The buffet was rich and something for everyone. Unfortunately are the dishes partly quite quickly cool, so that the food partly was lukewarm. The main courses varied daily, the dessert was however almost always the same. The kitchen is very Italian influenced. More greek specialties would be desirable and in need of improvement. The drinks were no branded articles as you in Germany knows ( Cola etc.) and very sweet. The service in the restaurant was good, empty plates were quickly cleared away.

The staff were friendly and understood the mostly German. Flaws in the room ( broken tv remote control) was right fixed.

The complex offers 3 pools with different incentives. At the activity pool was a lot of find daily (except saturday) games such as water polo and sport, for example water aerobics, instead of. The quality of the water was good and enough chairs and sun screens available. At the beach have stronger wind seaweeds front in the water accumulated, however further outside was the water very nice. The loungers at the sea cost 5 Euro (2 loungers, 1 sun screen). The public toilets and showers on the complex are however in need of renovation ( doors partly not lockable) and not very clean, otherwise gather there many mosquitoes. The entertainment team was very nice and gave a lot of effort. Evenings found various events in the theater instead, the very amusing were. Otherwise there were a pool party and a beach party oriented. For children there were during the day entertainment program. Access to the internet was in the hotel lobby over wi-fi possible, however was the net overloaded to rush hours, so I problem had me log in. At einkauftmöglichkeiten is located on the complex a mini market and about 5 minute walk out another supermarket.

The complex is quite large and offers many guests capacity. However spread the guests within the complex on the 3 pools and the beach, so that you are not cramped and always a spot found. The outside areas were very well maintained and there was a beautiful pool area. The all inclusive went until o'clock and involves many soft drinks and alcoholic drinks beer, wine, Brandy and Ouzo. Under the vacations were many germans. There were all age groups represented, young couple, young families and so on

The hotel is situated right on the beach, approximately 200 meters. By bus you can easily Kos (city) in 20 minutes. The place Mastichari is about kilometers away, which one on foot over the beach and by bus can complete. In the immediate area was a supermarket, a bar and other hotels unfortunately nothing.

Ageing decor. Sweet small, old tv. Only the private and ntv. No ARD and ZDF Bathroom could be improved.

Big restaurant. You can sit outside and on the sea views. Bar open from 18:00 o'clock. Until: o'clock all inclusive afterwards it costs money. Wine, beer are ok. Cola/ fanta/etc. Is artificial taste. We only not at all try Food was after a week already somewhat monotonous. All luke warm, but it tasted good.

On the complex are 3 pools. I'have never seen, that the quality of the water time has been checked. I think a problem, especially for the price the baby pools

Is about kilometers away from the village matichari. You can with the taxi for 10 Euro reach. There fantastic beach and some pub To the beach about 500 to 700 meters. There chairs and sunscreens for a fee of 5 Euro. You can drinks and ice buy.

The room was good, but dirty and the cleaning lady comes 6 days per week. Mirror were dirty and not cleaned. The batwaschen and towels were einbishein gray and waste away dirty. Lots of different tire in the room.

The food was often cold and often didn't taste. The gatrenke waste away like sweater with soda from. Snack only 2 small meal. Ice only for children.

Service was good, all are helpful, but only a woman spoke German.

For me pool was good, clean, liegestule katastrofa dirty. Animation great.

The hotel didn't deserve 4 stars.

Well... Good. In the nearby was mini market and 3 bars. For a bit more, we must to Kos go. To the beach ( very long) we are 300 meters gone. Often whales.

The room was big, repainted and clean. It was besenrein cleaned.

Last year there were for breakfast always rolls and freshly baked pancakes. This year in the whole stay only 2 times rolls, pancakes not at all. Jams not the wide choice. Evenings was outside daily cooked, which delicious was. This year only 3 times, and the food was not enjoyable. Chicken was not through-roasted correctly, the meat spit was 20% meat, 80% fat. Afternoons and evenings there were always the same. Rice in different variations, fries, beans and pasta. As was correctly saved. Otherwise got one if one not right at the start there was other things to eat. Once there were mashed potatoes, unfortunately there was nothing more. I waited to, that new delivered, it took 5 minutes, then suddenly potatoes in Ölsoße, the not enjoyable were. Sausage was never refilled and some other things. Drinks were way too sweet, not enjoyable.

For the food was basically only for 2 persons set up, we had to every time a waiter ask, still 2 further covers to bring. From they came hardly be. Sometimes we were even a dirty table, but it made no effort, the table-ware of the predecessor clear, only after asking. In the room was on the first day everything was nicely done, the schlafbekleidung nice folded, in the bathroom the towels well presented. We gave the cleaning lady a tip and since that day, nothing more. The towels were carelessly in the bathroom, were sometimes not very clean. Soap we got only at the start, as it uses was, no new. The toilet paper was not refilled, the we had to the public toilets get. Probably the tips too few.

Entertainment was great! Our kids were enthusiastic. Flo and Sandra gave itself trouble correctly so that the children did not become boring. Entertainment was from 10-12:30 hours and from to o'clock. Unfortunately was the evening entertainment not so varied like in the spring. We missed the comedyprogramm. The dance performances are great, but a little too much.

We were last year the first time in this hotel. Because it a very lovely vacation was, we booked this year also the same. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We have learned, the hotel owner changed and unfortunately had the lots of negative impact, especially the food concerning.

The location at the beach was perfect for us, we had directly at the beach a room.

The rooms were spacious and furnished nicely, however the mattresses were very worn out. The small tv from the 70. Years did not work, and a possibility chilled drinks in the room to have scheiderte at the lack of mini bar. The bathroom was strong in need of renovation. There was a nice balcony with a wäschereckchen and balkonmobiliar

The food was good and tasty prepared. But unfortunately there were the beverages in thin plastic cups, no matter wether coffee or alcoholic beverages. The pool bar at the quiet pool in the last week closed, because the hotel from the 1 October end of the season has.

My impression was, I was as a guest not at all from the staff notice. Only speech they reacted irritated and unfriendly understood often no foreign language and couldn't be opened the wishes a.

The entertainment team had to the beginning end of the season set, therefore found no animation more, except for the presentation of a movie. The loungers and sun screens at the beach had their best times behind itself and the high rental fee not worth it.

A very nice hotel complex, unfortunately mostly neglected and in need of renovation. The toilets at the pool' s were closed when they defected are. The rats were not more unsociable and ran during the day over the path, or were at the pool bar on the pergola on. Largest deficit was the lack of mini bar

To the beach were only a few minutes to go, one is however on a drivable vehicle directed if you a bit of the island want to see. Wonderful island with many beautiful prospects and sights

As already mentioned, it could be once again be renovated. The silicone seams in the bathroom and the amerturen were not very nice to look at. But it didn't bother us. We had a room right next to the sea with a fantastic view. What else could you want? The mattresses were hard, but brand new and everything was clean.

We were with the food satisfied. Clear it might be a little kind be arranged. But there was always somewhat delicious which you could put together. Also it was in terms of choice more than enough. There was always fish, pork, beef, turkey. Grilled vegetables, salad buffet... Maybe you at this buffet just a little be creative.

Everybody was hard working and friendly. Again praise to the child care, as well as at the entertainment team, which also really nice, funny evening shows offered. The lady at the reception spoke perfect German. There is on the rooms no fridge, can however for 5 Euro per day a rent. At the best one directly with arrival questions, as not so many are available.

Pools as the whole complex already older but nice. If there at the sea was very windy, there was in the morning problem four loungers next to each other to find, which however not a problem was. In the course of of the in the morning, it eventually worked. Mini market on the complex is cheaper and more choice, as the supermarket outside. 3 chairs on the beach cost on the day 5 Euro. Wonderful beach. Animation as already mentioned was great.

The hotel is actually somewhat outdated now and some could a renovation stand. We had a family room with a view of the sea and could every evening from the terrace from a wonderful sunset see. The rooms were clean and spacious. The cleaning woman brought every day enough fresh towels and was endeavored. We have a beautiful vacation at the gaia royal village for. The paths to the sea and pool, as well as the kindersolinoclub were easy to reach. The staff were friendly; especially praise would we the entertainment team from 1a 2 fly. To the beach we had approximately 100 meters, so a absolute winner. There is a German speaking water sports school. Our large has the surfschein and was really amazed. Tam, tam bar is very recommendable. At the beach along reachable in circa 20 minutes on foot. colles restaurant, delicious food and wonderful view of the sea. Excursion ship Eva from Kos (city) from 10:30 A. M. until: o'clock. It is not a problem by bus to Kos (city) to come. With the Eva be wonderful bays for snorkeling driven to and there is a really good food. It is in a bay and is a unique experience.
