An old Palazzo, a former schwesternkonvent, was very modern construction, without wonderful old structures to hide. Location middle in the center of ascoli, just a minute on foot to Piazza del Popolo. nagelfrisch renovated, very tastefully in the old Palazzo adapted in relation to materials and colors. Very beautiful room and bathrooms, everything very clean. For a city hotel (especially since such a beautiful) very cheap. Overnight stay with breakfast in the double room during our travels only 99 Euro. Somewhat remote garage costs 15 Euro per day, car is brought and in/out privileges. read more

    Room big enough, brand new furnished included air conditioning, tv, mini bar ( water free of charge ), safe. Bathroom was very nice and really big,

    No private restaurant, but excellent restaurant exactly next to the hotel, almost in the same building ( la locandiera). Pub kitchen in really good quality to moderate prices.

    Staff are very friendly and around the well-being of the guest endeavors. Liked to give tips for restaurants etc. Communication in English not a problem.

    Middle in the city centre, better for a city hotel not. Everything on foot reachable in a few minutes. Good excursions in the winegrowing region around offida and sibillinischen mountains.

A superb restored Palazzo in the middle in the town! There is almost nothing to had, the rooms are not big but functional it is everything, mini bar ( free soft drinks!), safe, cable for internet. The beds are good, the bathroom is spacious, but the shower stall larger could be. Garage or parking definitely requests before then they also works the! The breakfast in ' undercooled' breakfast room is Italian, for us German took some getting used to, but the coffee served. The employees are unbelievably helpful and explain- on German-what in the area worth seeing is. In short: ... an ideal hotel at a few days in the brands to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the Adria! read more
