    I booked a junior suite and was not disappointed! Daily there was a fruit plates on the terrace. The bed was very large, the bathroom clean and attractive. In the room there was a safe, bathrobe, slippers, a beach bag and also umbrellas. Tv and dvd player were also available as a kettle and a work desk with free wi-fi-front desk. All in all a very nice room.

    For breakfast there was asian and european food. The eggs were cooked to order and everything was up to the closing time at 10:00 hours sufficiently available. To 14 days it could become somewhat monotonous. It is a pity that you on vacation at 10:00 a. m. breakfast-a late riser breakfast would have been desirable. I booked half board. For this you get a number of coupons. With this coupon you can then either lunch or dinner in the restaurant at the sea eat. As it is not raining, we sat every evening al fresco. I am very pleased about that. Unfortunately, the order the food a bit of an inconvenience. Three different set menus were presented to us. A you could even the food together, the two others had voreingetragene menus (example: western set a or awestern set, etc.) The similar names had also will inevitably lead to confusion and thus also to not ordered food. Then the dessert forget, then the freely selectable menu shifted and for the rest of the week not found and so every day something new, something didn't work-lesson for the next time: no half-board book-better in Chaweng in one of the many restaurants eat out!

    All found staff were very friendly and helpful. English not always understood and with the local dialect spoken. An employee in rezeptionsbeobereich speaks good german. Without knowledge you should do another hotel. ;-) To the gastronomy i had a criticism, but probably not completely serious -i found a great shame! For my birthday there was a from the hotel a small cake with personal congratulations, which for breakfast bag. All in all a good service, unfortunately not outstanding.

    The pool is nothing for langstreckenschwimmer! It is very nice laid out, but if you want to swim, then you can actually only a palm swimming, because the water on the other side not deep enough. But also with appropriate depth one cannot without at the edge or at the palmenumbau to push really swim-for cooling off and a little swim is enough the pool but!

As often described is the complex well maintained, rooms are simple but clean and differ only in the location and size (except the villas at the beach) the other accommodation we would than bungalows designate not a villa. Breakfast is good, pleasant guest structure. All age groups. read more

    The service in the field of the chairs in the hotel by the pool and on the wall (there was sand in the hotel poured) is good. We immediately to our rep turned around and wanted the hotel change-supposedly was despite higher price a change not possible. The rep was unfortunately not very chatty-we were pointed out, that the wall will not notice and no time to look at.

    Yes, that is since november 2012 the problem. To the protection the hotel a wall on not more existing beach built: necessary-yes-but we want a beach holiday at the beach and not the hotel are! Most days the waves were so high, that access to the beach was impossible. In our travel time was the entire foundation of wall undercut and the waves directly at the wall and at some days to the loungers in the hotel. So there is no beach! The traffic connections and the restaurants were good.

The hotel is in a good and clean condition. The staff is very nice and friendly. Especially the good german speaks is always very helpful. In november/december 2012, a retaining wall between hotel and beach creates. The surf was always more. The beach is over 2 stairs. We only found. There is even worse. There is often a strong waves and swimming is limited. We can the frühlingsrollenverkäufer at the beach absolutely recommend. Tastes great. In the hotel had food could be expensive. We are always into the city run. Takes from the hotel circa 10 minutes. The restaurant ninja ... we can really recommend. You will find fairly at the end the main street(shopping street) on the left side city outward. Tastes very good and is inexpensive. In the hotel same there are a lot of german, english and partially older russians with their young wives. We had a normal villa in penultimate series. Completely sufficiently and only about 20 meters away from the beach. The villas are very clean and well equipped. The pool is to forget. As is our bathtub exaggerated as large. The resort is a bit secluded on the south end of the beach, which one hand, distance to the hectic hustle and bustle in the town and the guests nevertheless not completely isolated. One of the more beautiful facilities at the Chaweng Beach with friendly staff and good connection to the beach, the public life, as well as tourist attractions on the island and in the surrounding area. The rooms are nicely furnished, a small terrace before the bungalows invites to relax. We were altogether very satisfied with our 5-day stay. read more

Wishes are fulfilled immediately, staff absolutely friendly and very helpful, to point out would be at the front desk nat, he spoke excellent german and care to his guests, and in the restaurant the ken, he is german spoke a lot and was immediately there if you have to look. The service is in this bungalow complex excellent, we were already in hotels with more stars, where the service was not so good. Also with complaints from other guests the complete beside it were (the edge of the pool would be sharp! ) Was not drüberweggeschaut, but one promised remedy. ... Was our umpteenth time in paradise. And it is just a wonderful hotel. Were even 2012 excellent and with good reason. We have completely contented felt. Can only be recommended. You are not directly in the center, has nice peace and above all hardly any russian fellow citizens is the more and more and also accordingly behave.. The only thing which you can complain about is the beach. There is unfortunately through the global warming not more. The water level has increased. It had a wall was hoisted become otherwise would be the first bungalow's the water the victim. read more

For a three stars hotel ok. What we rather shocked is the island. No way paradise. Our overall impression now home: trash, smell, poverty, prostitution, massage, noise & drugs. The cleanest place were the gas stations. The hygienic conditions outside of the hotel area are for women of all ages an impertinence. The 'stroll' on the beach road to the gauntlet everyone wants you in its restaurant skew, Everyone wants the sell something (somethings=drogen) and massage naturally also. For i don't 24 hours itinerancy. read more

After a long search a gem found, grounds were very well arranged, the grand villa deluxe, very spacious, everything as, that you need, great, large terrace, mini bar refilled daily, cleanliness is capitalised, service was very good, you had a problem, it was taken care of immediately, had only breakfast, what absolutely sufficient but varied. read more

    The food in the hotel restaurant was good, unfortunately little thai kitchen, more european, but tasty, hygiene and attention great, grateful for a small tip, but not pushy, prices at the bar and in the restaurant not overpriced, waiters at the bar ( boy, toy, etc.) Always ready for fun.

    All staff was very helpful and friendly, with english you got along fine, for guests the only spoke german, was the always friendly nad available, for every problem approachable, great of german powerful, was not of the peace to bring, rooms were cleaned each day.

    Thank god no animation quiet music at the bar and in the restaurant, sufficient sunbeds at the pool and the beach, unfortunately, there was (a few) guests, the vain have tried, a liege to reserve(but not gladly seen), showers by the pool with shower lotions are provided.

    The hotel lies at the end of of the Chaweng-beach, therefore very quiet, directly at the beach, short duration to the restaurants and shops, had us for 2 days a scooter from a local austrians borrowed and the whole island on your own, very recommendable, also the excursion with the samui- ilands tour to the marine national park.

    Have overnight stay with breakfast elective. For 2 people and 2 bags, the grand villa bungalow enough room. Bags on the closet; and the drawers use for details. The chippings of the airconditioning the bungalow is sometimes disturbing. The bathroom is big enough. Very well-kept and cleaned daily. Very clean.

    Very, very good cuisine and bar. Breakfast: many kinds of bread (whole wheat bread) to enjoy. Thai soup, eggs and fruit. Coffee was from a coffee maker. Delicious. Every thursday is cocktail reception with snacks. Daily, lunchtime, come but also waiters and questions, whether a snack like. Very well maintained sanitary area in the restaurant also with cotton.

    Very short transfer time, about 20 minutes, to the airport. Hotel with directly at the beach. Very calm but centrally located and only a couple of minutes until to the center easily accessible. Highly recommend is the market. Cheap traditional eating and drinking for small cash.

We had the paradise suite included jacuzzi booked. Cost bungalow about chf 500.00 a night. The beautiful flowers in the jacuzzi, a nice gefaltetes towel on the bed there was just on the first day. On the 2. day the jacuzzi cleaned, after you had to this clean. The room was mostly only in the afternoon cleaned. Great hotel of the location ago. Value for money of the paradise suite is however not. read more

Avoid this resort! Not only baukonstruktive, but also hygienic problem made a stay almost impossible.     The bungalow was wonderful! We have the grand villa and a free upgrade to grand deluxe villa get. The room is big enough and nicely decorated and the bathroom for thai standards huge, there is also the wardrobe and a luggage rack. There are enough storage space and a modern rain shower. A flat screen tv and dvd player is available, we have however so good as never used it. There is a kettle and daily instant coffee and tea it filled up. The mini bar is available and of course a bit more expensive than outside in restaurants. But the best thing about the food was gigantic large terrace, where we much time in the evening to have spent.

    The restaurant we have mainly during the day use, for small snacks... Pizza, burgers, sandwiches, thai soups etc. And it every time really wonderful tasty! For lunch there were always fresh fruit juices at half price(melon, pineapple, banana and so on) costs circa 2 Euro for two drinks and well worth it, as they so tasty. Also in the evening there were always happy hour cocktails, perfect for sunset and the cocktails are also fantastic mixed, everything fresh ingredients! Also the cleanliness of the restaurant is spotless, could find nothing negative about it. All of the staff were at any time very friendly even if you times no tip gave ☺

    Friendliness is in this hotel largely written! If you had questions they helped immediately. I had a small mageninfekt in/out privileges and the staff i have tea to make my stomach happy and every day asked, whether it is doing better today. The room was every day tip top cleaned. My son has its stuffed animal in the hotel forget what he already his childhood and it was on email inquiry helped immediately and to our next hotel in Thailand, on the other side of the country in the andaman sea sent. Again many thanks to chutima t. ☺

    There is entertainment in this hotel not. The pool was beautiful, not very big, however absolutely sufficient. In november the wood around the pool renewed, as i said, since this wood was already a bit old. The loungers are beautiful beautiful wood with comfortable cushions and everywhere there were umbrellas, at the beach there is plastic, which completely okay and also there are enough umbrellas available. There is a shower by the pool the magical nice and looks very pleasant was for the salt water abzuduschen. The beach was cleaned daily and solltetagsüber sometimes washed up, get it immediately a staff out.

    The beach is the 'best' on Chaweng Beach, clean, quiet and yet centrally located. This is our 3 holiday on koh samui, and this hotel had the best location! For shopping and the restaurants you have to only a couple of steps go, you in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Chaweng Road his, recommends a shared taxi (for one way no more than 50 Bhat are charged) and saunters comfortably to the hotel back.

In October we were in this wonderful bungalow complex. Everything was perfect! Friendliness, willingness to help and cleanliness it is at the top. The complex is nicely decorated and you feel at home from the first moment. The staff were very competent and had always a smile on the lips. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and there the complex is quite small, knew the waiters always what you wanted to drink and brought this to the breakfast table. The view of the restaurant overlooking the bay of Chaweng is just great. The hotelbarpreise are also completely reasonable, why not ... veräumen should a delicious watermelons drink during the relaxens in the sun to order. The hotel complex is very quiet and you get from the 'Chaweng- trouble' nothing at all. Of the hotel beach section is very clean and nice, and if nevertheless times one or another from the sea washed up, remove the ' beach boys' this as quickly as possible. Chairs and sunscreens were immaculate and you got always fresh towels. Gladly I would like to still mention, that we very excited by ' nate' were. With its good German language skills he always can help. It is the good soul of this facilities and us very well looked after. The second time and better than ever! The location is almost perfect. Busiest beach and town, but at the end of the beach. Therefore, it is very quiet and you didn't really have to go too far, in colorful Hustle and bustle of Chaweng's atmosphere. Everything is in the resort relaxation and relaxation laid out. Samui paradise is at the end a long bar and shopping street of Chaweng North and is nice and quiet. It is clearly one of the most beautiful in Chaweng, if you hotel complex from the beach from compares. In Chaweng North is a bit more going on and there is more to see as in Chaweng South. The beach is otherwise better. Who party vacation want to do, but in Lamai find more. The hotel complex with the circa 15 bungalows is uniquely beautiful, because it is a small jungle of palm trees and tropical plants is, between which ... one through goes. The gardener make whole work. The rest of the staff from the hotel is very friendly and fulfilled our every wish. From the food in the hotel we can only the breakfast rate, because it is easy to lots of restaurants gives nearby, you want to try. The breakfast buffet is good and sufficient, but not so very varied. There is bread for toast, no rolls and the normal the offer for cereal, yoghurt, fruit, vegetables, sausage and cheese. In addition many warm dishes, also typical Thai with rice. The deluxe bungalow is big enough and nicely furnished. The capacity for clothes was a bit, but you need not much. In August do not thick sweaters and jackets take, evenings around half 10 we had partly still 32 °C. When it rains it is a bit cooler, but the showers are always short. And you can buy emergency anyway enough. The' normal' bungalows are our view a bit closer and the bathroom is probably relatively small. The beach at the hotel is nice and there is enough chairs and umbrellas. At the front desk there are tips for excursions, Island maps and a computer for e-mail letter. Excursion tip to buy souvenirs: fisherman's village in Bo phut. A small supermarket is only 5 minutes away by foot direction Lamai from the hotel.     Nice attractive bungalows. There is grand villas, grand deluxe villas, junior suites, suites, as well as a hammermäßige honeymoonsuite. The facilities are different... Thai-style or modern. See you at the best on the homepage of the hotel, because there are different accommodation pictured. Each villa or suite has a terrace ( partly with a view of the sea), air conditioning, tv, kettle with kaffeezubereitungsutensilien, telephone, safe, mini bar. Our room was always clean. The rooms are in the November all spruced up, therefore remains the hotel the complete November 2012 closed.

    There's a restaurant with direct view of the turquoise-blue sea. You can also directly at the beach eat. You can breakfast, lunch and dinner in this restaurant nehmen.     Directly at the beach. Absolutely quiet, idyllic location at the south end of the Chaweng beach. Only 10 to 15 minutes on foot and you are right in the middle of everything, nevertheless in the hotel no trace of noise.
