A great hotel with great friendly hosts. We were last year already in the hotel Edda and it was this year just back very nice. The food we found this year even better, although it last year already delicious was. Not free the hotel has Edda so lots of regular guests. read more

We have the hotel Edda because of the very good reviews and they can only confirm. To point out are especially - the amazing service - the easy going atmosphere - the very nice new room - close proximity to ski lift directly at the sellaronda - the regular evening, by the boss himself prepared, fantastic 5-course menu with culinary delights For our next holiday in Wolkenstein we know now the right address. read more

Small hotel with large and stylish rooms and with a lot of wood so just great rooms. The best however the kitchen. The chef cooked himself of the highest standard. It is simply nothing to criticize. With two, whether Mr or Mrs D. you can furthermore great conversation lead - especially in the evening the last course ( dessert). In short: this hotel drops in things quality and hospitality standards. read more

A very nice skiing vacation is now unfortunately behind us, in a hotel, that probably only hard to beat can. The rooms are excellent, new, clean and very peaceful location. The food in the evening was very tasty and from talented hand prepared, with fresh ingredients -first-class! The terribly friendly and forestalling kind of the boss/of the chefs seemed no time fake or played. When you felt totally comfortable and welcome. Close proximity to elevator the hotel makes to a absolute recommendation. But now enough the good words: I would like to not too much praise, because I want to ... definitely next year come back again, and it would be a great shame, if all rooms already were full. Love family D. keep up the good work, you're absolute great! Many thanks for the wonderful stay leg you! read more

Hotel Edda is a somewhat smaller hotel and is very clean and well maintained. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and really cares for the well-being of its guests. from the guest structure were in our time German, Austrians, Italians and Netherlands present. read more

    the rooms 2010 were renovated and in an Alpine-style newly built. We had edelweiss room and was very commodious. The rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV (all German Channels receivable) and you can easily accessible from the bed from television. The rooms and the bath were cleaned every day and everything was very clean. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge, but depending on the location of the rooms vary in function well, as it seems that the Wi-Fi Router in the second and third floor not the greatest coverage.

    The breakfast went from 7:30 A. M. until 10 o'clock. There was a rich breakfast buffet in the something for everyone was. We found it very good, that you not only the usual coffee and tea complimentary got, but for example a cappuccino, without then extra pay to have. For the dinner between 19:00 until 7:30 P. M. you should be there. Every evening there was a five coursemenu. You could not in principle, but it should sometimes there you don't like that, you could tell and the chef made a little other. For a three star hotel really good.

    the hotel lies a bit out of Selva di Val GARDENA/wolkenstein direction district plan. Walk to the town about 10 minutes opposite the hotel is the Fungeia chairlift. This is about 300 meters long and from there you can cross, either to the next lift the Ciampinoi high or even until the locality purely. You have the perfect in both directions the Sella runde. In the evening one drives then again the Ciampinoi or PIZ Sella and get back on the elevator on Fungeia.
