The hotel is in a nice location at the vistula river nearby the wawel castle and within walking distance to the center.
It is very moden, wifi is including, gym, jacuzzi and pool. The water the pool was relatively cool however.
Modern garage 45 zloty for the hotel guests/ day.
We had a room with a partial view of the wawel castle.
The restaurant is very modern, breakfast and dinner are plentiful and good. Beer is in Poland cheap, wine unfortunately not.
Very international clientele. read more

The perfect hotel for the city trip in this wonderful city. You should try a room with a view of the wawel to get. However you must then in the lower floors with noise be prepared. A busy street runs directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are functionally furnished and safe already getting old - however not 'run-down'.
Next to the hotel there is a the milchbars (bar mleczny )-a real highlight. We stayed on the expensive breakfast and our traditional food supplies. A real culinary journey! Very recommendable, however at the weekend closed. read more

Nice city hotel, very Central, close to the city center. We had a great view on the Wawel castle. With our small dog we could go very good 'dressed' on the promenade of the river Vistula river right outside the hotel. If you open the window, it is unfortunately very loud, since the hotel is on a main road. In the rooms it is but a air conditioning. We were only disappointed in the sauna, the very small and is also not really was warm. The pool on the other hand is great. Also the breakfast corresponded to a 4-star ... hotel.
Overall the hotel made a very good impression on us. read more

Hotel has great location, directly in front of the door tram a; to foot in 15 minutes to the Rynek. Lying in a quiet room, but overall clairaudient; the pool and sauna area clean, but to cold.; breakfast was OK, but each day the same, no variety, including line at the coffee maker; overpriced New Year's eve, new year's eve menu was nothing special; not real hotel after Western criterias 4 * standard. read more

The house, on the banks of the river Vistula, is relatively close (about two kilometer) to the old town center as also (about 1 kilometer) to the Wawel castle, and is a perfect starting point for excursions in and best suited to Krakow. The construction is simple and functional and the typical charm modern hotel chains. Also the decor of the room (standard) is the general standard in this hotel category, simple, functional and unpretentious. The room service and the cleanliness of the room were quite pleasant. Only the accommodation of the clothes and was given a open laundry, clothes ... similar construction, not so comfortable and so had a part of the clothing (not last also due to space constraints) remain in the suitcases.
Our room was at the front to the main, quite noisy main road. The soundproof Windows very effective and was however a good night's sleep.
The breakfast was varied and good, and the choice offered for different tastes and preferences something surprises. The service in the breakfast area was mostly friendly and reliable. Also the staff at the reception was marked by the friendliness and helpful from. A real communication was it to any time, since you are in almost all services can communicate with english. As a conclusion: we have a generally positive impression from the Novotel and would like to take another lodge. read more

The hotel is new, the Arccor group. which you saw immediately. The staff but re-training. You can tell the guest mind". A shame. The entire staff made before the guest always fear. No information regarding the location / hotel / surroundings at check-in. The selection of food in the breakfast room was rather limited. The whole time "howling off" from the boxes in public areas and lifts strange jazz music, the constantly annoying. Otherwise, a nice well located house, in the a short stop. read more

The hotel is approximately 15 minutes (by foot) to the old town. It is located on a busy street. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is delicious, though there is no surprises offers (in our holiday week there were the same every day). You don't speak German, but very good English. All staff are very nice. Rooms are large and clean, only the textile floor coverings murklig seemed a bit. read more
