Very nice, kind, green, well-kept hotel complex with fitness center, Ayuverda -possible, but a relatively small pool a super beach section with sandy beach and restaurant at the beach. Possibilities for tennis, cricket, fishing & tennis exist. As it is a rather small hotel, it was lots of space at the beach (pure luxury!). Rooms are very stylish and for 2 people optimally, the third bed for an adult is a short, unfortunately useless Rollaway. This will the room small. Cleanliness is very good, staff friendly. Bathroom brilliant. Small safe in the room is ideal for cash etc. To provide. ... Note: food( breakfast, eating and drinking) in the restaurant are very expensive (swiss proportions). Have hardly ever in the hotel dinner: in front of the hotel stand small trains' s. For 100 RP (circa 1 SFR) one drives at the Kovalam beach, where it lots of different restaurants and you great food can. Can hotel highly recommend. read more

Qualitatively great hotel in direct proximity to the beach and with its own section of the beach.
Rooms were very nice and fully equipped, staff very helpful.
Food and drink prices moderate (had only booked breakfast).
Location rather somewhat outside. read more

The hotel is a bit isolated on the coast Kovalams and the path to the beach 500 meters about cost.
The rooms are super clean, include cable tv, safe, fridge and a large and clean bathroom.
The two restaurants are perfectly designed, though a bit expensive, therefor the service and the taste was excellent.
The staff are very polite and helpful, complaints were gladly taken and fulfilled all expectations.
The bottom line: if you're going to Kovalam quiet, in a friendly atmosphere and comfortable to stay this is in the Taj well cared for. There were only a few other ... hotels nearby, they readily available. read more

After two-week tour of Northern India were five days in Kerala holiday to relax and unwind scheduled. The Taj was 'showboating qualities '. Due to the hillside development is the house for people with a handicap was only partially suitable-here should in the first the location of the room to be.
